Highly recommend Even Flow! This is one of two projects they worked on(believe it or not, these pictures are from the smaller project). Our home is from the 40s and needed a massive overhaul on pipes(lead and galvanized), sump pump, main water shut off, spigots, and water heater. The job was done impeccably and we are loving our amazing water pressure and additional space in the utility room with the tankless. We are so grateful to Even Flow for taking care of it all and would use them again in the future.

Fantastic work from start to finish. My furnace went out on last night, I was able to call around 930 at night and actually speak to someone. She was so nice and grabbed all information. The following morning Jay showed up ready to get things back in order. He quickly diagnosed the issues and gave me a few options to go about fixing the situation. He definitely knows his stuff. 100% would recommend. Super fast service and got my heat running again 12 hrs after placing a call.

Even Flow is the 3rd HVAC company I’ve used in the area and they are hands down the best around. Jay has helped me fix my thermostat on a Friday night via FaceTime, answered my questions via text, offered creative solutions for my 120 year old home and greatly improved my air quality by installing a whole house air purifier and humidifier. I couldn’t be happier. Even Flow will be only call for HVAC and plumbing going forward. I’m so grateful they were recommended to me.

Today Ben serviced our home and he did a fantastic job. Not only was he personable and friendly, but he really knew what he was doing. We are in the middle of a basement remodel, and we couldn’t proceed until a plumber came out to move a pipe. He did it quickly and cleaned up well after himself. Before he left, I asked for some very quick advice on my kitchen sink. We have a faucet where the head of it can come out and then it should retract back. I could tell that the weight on the hose under the sink was wrong, but wanted to know the easiest way to fix it. He just did it for me and it took him roughly 5 minutes or less. Ben was great and knowledgeable. I’m very thankful for his services. Thanks again, Ben!

I have had Even Flow come to the rescue several times. Every plumber and technician that has come into my historic 1920s home has known how to fix the weird non-standard plumbing at my home.Jay came today to install a new water heater as I woke up to standing water in the basement. It was the fastest, cleanest install I have ever seen. The price was fair. And could not be happier.I will go with Even Flow for all plumbing, heating, and air conditioning needs forever.

I called Even Flow late last week to come out for a plumbing issue as we were noticing water on the kitchen ceiling, most likely coming from the kids bathroom above. Ben was our technician and he was great. He arrived on time, was personable, funny, and helpful. He explained what he thought the issue was, why he was going to do what he did, and how we could potentially fix an issue in the future.Ben found and fixed the problem without unnecessary work and cost. Our boiler was leaking and Jay from Even Flow called me back after hours and walked my husband through what to do to stop the water from coming from the radiators and the living room ceiling. He was here the next morning to fix the problem. I left messages for other places but Jay was the only one that helped us.He also got3 radiators to work that haven’t worked in years. He got us a good price on parts. He also fixed my leaky shower Even Flow is the best. I highly recommend them.

Ben was amazing! He was able to come to our house on short notice to help with a drain clogging that caused sewage water to come in our basement. He was very thorough and made sure the job was done right! I recommend anyone to call Evenflow for all your plumbing needs! We had Jay out this morning after a friend highly recommended him. our unit completely went out last night. He came and gave us a quote this morning and we planned to get started on the project tomorrow. Jay called me a little later than our initial meeting and said he was sending Chandler out to get going and that our unit was on its way. Chandler is a fine young man and came and got right to work. the unit showed up and so did Jay. the two of them worked to completely install our new AC and we are back in business. I highly recommend Even Flow Mechanical and Jay and Chandler for the outstanding work and excellent customer service.

A couple weeks ago I came home from out of town to a cold house. Of course it was a Sat evening! My neighbor referred me to Jay. Jay was able to get me up and running again. Jay followed up with a complete service call of my furnace which revealed that my unit needed to be replaced. Jay and his team removed the old unit and put in the new furnace within a day. Highly recommend Jay very easy to work with. Will have them out this summer to service my Air conditioner!

These guys are the best! I have specifically used Jay multiple times on our home, but tonight was just the best. Christmas evening...10:30 p.m. I feel the first floor getting cooler, and notice that our smart thermostat says something is wrong. I call him (couldnt recall if it was the office #) and not only does he answer, but walks me through for 90 minutes via Facetime! On Christmas! Who does that? He also made sure we were doing the right steps, and gave us different options. Patience beyond belief, as I am not the most handy person. I would give them 6 stars if I could, and would recommend to anyone. Thank you Jay!

I couldnt recommend Jay enough! He not only was able to fix the issue I had but, was also more than willing to help walk me through the repair to try and save me some money while I was waiting for him to come by. Although I was unable to fix it on my own, in lieu of his very clear instructions, he was able to fix my issue quickly, professionally and was a good conversation all while doing so. And it was a Saturday! JAY IS THE MAN! Give him a chance and you will not be disappointed.

This company is incredible - personable, professional, they are truly emergency room surgeons to houses - who take pride in their work and get the job done - my second house I Wheaton had a sewer back up - they jimmied their schedule to get someone out that day as I was flying out in afternoon - it truly would have been a disaster with sewage in house & basement into showers/baths if they did not care to get in that day - diagnosed problem and cleared out 3+feet of blocked sewage in outdoor pipe - I felt like they were front lines WWI soldiers the way the worked through hard yucky stuff to correct what truly was an emergency. And today - they fixed a leaking sump pump pipe again another rescue that could have left a lot of water leakage damage. HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys -they are honest experienced experts in what they do and they work with the utmost integrity and professionalism. Im super grateful. they are my heroes.

Made 30 calls to 24 hour services/Emergency Services, All but one answered! That one call and they were on the spot. Repaired the unit and we were up and running in no time! We called jay to help us with the renovation of our back room at our flower shop and he went above and beyond for us! Our previous faucet was the wrong size for our sink and was not flush to the wall. It was also off center on the wall, which we were set to live with until Jay informed us it was something he could easily fix. Jay patiently and professionally guided us through the whole project. He shared faucet options with us based on our aesthetic for the project and helped us select the perfect style for the shop. He also worked with our contractor to ensure the faucet would sit flush against the wall with the tile.In addition to piping the sink to be center on the wall, helping us select and install our faucet, and ensure it sits flush against the wall, Jay installed shut off valves from our water main so we don’t have to shut off water to the other tenants the next time we need work done (our shop sits street level in a multi-unit apartment building). It was something we didn’t even know was possible.The finished product is so beautiful and we can’t recommend and thank Jay, and Even Flow enough. Renovating is stressful enough, do yourself a favor and hire Even flow for your next project- it will be one less thing you have to worry about!

Jay is knowledgeable, courteous and a very skilled craftsman. He came out of his service zone to help my family and I install a fabulous new furnace and AC unit (including a new line). He and his partner showed up first thing in the morning and got to work removing and fabricating the units. You could tell he is excellent at his craft as the fabrication looked great inside the home. Once completed, Jay checked all the utilities and even helped out replacing the dryer vent that had to be removed for the install. I would highly recommend him as he is also very good at responding to calls or texts and knows his stuff. The cool air conditioning works great during these Chicago summers. Thanks again

Jay is a very honest and knowledgeable. He came out to fix my furnace that wasn’t working when it was -20 outside. I called him first thing the morning and he immediately went to the supply shop to get the broken part and come by the house to fix the furnace. He had it fixed within 30 minutes and cleaned everything out for us. He could have easily over charged us for the call during the extreme cold but instead he went over and beyond to fix our problem at a fair price. Highly recommend!!! Will be using him for all of my needs! CALL HIM!
