Over time, theyve also installed a new faucet set in my powder room and effectively dealt with multiple bathroom toilet issues. During my most recent interaction, Liam and Damian adeptly replaced a leaking shut-off valve on my main bathroom toilet. They arrived right on time, displayed utmost professionalism, and cleaned up after the job was done swiftly and efficiently. One thing that stands out about the technicians from Theodore & Sons Plumbing is their cleanliness. They always ensure to remove the boxes and any other trash related to the job. Nicholas and another plumber visited my home to provide a quote for a new boiler. My previous boiler had been condemned by another plumbing service without my knowledge, so the house was quite chilly, around 45 degrees, when they arrived. Nicholas confirmed that the boiler did need to be replaced, but reassured me that it could still function until we had a new one installed. He turned the boiler back on and then took the time to thoroughly explain the advantages and disadvantages of both boiler models they were quoting, as well as the extent of work that would be required. The quotes were sent to me right when he promised they would be. i cant praise this plumbing service enough for their professional scheduling, communication, and knowledge. highly recommend.

They further asserted that we had a collapsed pipe under the sidewalk and proposed a hefty charge of $8.7k for a new cleanout pipe and pipe replacement. However, Nicholas from Theodore & Sons Plumbing arrived at our home promptly and discovered our buried cleanout pipe under some soil and grass. He efficiently cleared our drain. Utilizing their advanced camera system, he confirmed that our pipe was in perfect condition and not broken. The entire work was wrapped up within a few hours. They deserve more than just 5 stars for their excellent service.

Not only did they rectify the issue of broken sewer pipes, but they also took extra steps to ensure that the original grass was restored to almost its original condition. They ensured that the sidewalk remained untouched even though the final connection required the removal of 2 sections. They were respectful, informative and really friendly. i would definitely welcome both of them back to my property for any future plumbing needs. On the final visit, Liam suggested that I should consult an electrician if the leak persists, indicating it might be an electrical issue. Following his advice, I called in an electrician. However, the electrician identified that the problem wasnt electrical and that a valve needed to be installed by the plumbers. I promptly contacted the plumbing company again and they installed the required valve. I also sent a written request to the owner regarding the electricians fee. In response, he informed me that they dont provide warranties. Although the invoices I received indicated that there were no charges for their three visits because it was covered under warranty. The owner was hesitant to pay for the electrician, stating that they had been incurring losses each time they visited. He was firm on not offering any warranties on their products or services and also declined to replace the brand new water heater. Despite all the efforts, the water heater is still leaking. However, Im hopeful that Damian and his team will address this issue effectively in the coming days. Despite a few hiccups, I appreciate their dedication and responsiveness in El Paso.

My parents have purchased two water heaters from this manufacturer, with the first one causing issues right after the warranty expired. Living an hour and 45 minutes away from my parents in El Paso, I handle any problems they face. I explained the situation to Brad, who promptly went to check the heater himself. He contacted the manufacturer, explaining the issue and the parts needed. The manufacturer promised to send the parts overnight, but they didnt arrive until the following Monday. During this time, my parents, both in their mid-70s, were without hot water for a week. Brad fixed the water heater as soon as he received the parts, which pleased my parents immensely. However, a week later, the water heater broke down again. The manufacturer promised to send replacement parts overnight, but once again, they arrived on Monday. I contacted Brad, who ensured that Gary, another plumber, promptly attended to my parents water heater. The heater is currently functioning, but without the kindness, understanding, and prompt service of Brad, Gary, and the rest of the plumbing team, my parents would not have hot water. They suggested that they could head over to a plumbing supply store, call us to discuss what was available and matched with our existing plumbing fixtures, and even send us photos to choose from. Thankfully, Brad came to our rescue in El Paso and installed a new pressure valve, shut-off value, hot water heater expansion tank, and replaced all the copper piping outside the house.
