The plumber, Ian, arrived and displayed utmost professionalism and courtesy throughout his visit. Despite me having to intermittently attend to my toddler, Ian was very understanding and patient. The issue was traced back to an old leaky faucet. Ian suggested a replacement with a new model that he had recently installed for another client. Initially, I was reluctant due to budget constraints but upon learning about the reasonable pricing for both the faucet and its professional installation, I gave him the go-ahead. Ian promptly procured the faucet and installed it. The end result was impressive! The new faucet added a stylish touch to my kitchen and Ian did a fantastic job cleaning up afterward. Brett and Ian run a family-owned operation and their service was exceptional. I cant praise them enough. Im especially grateful for their swift response.

Brett was a bit short with me, but he called the following morning to inform me that Ian would be arriving shortly. To my surprise, Ian arrived ahead of schedule and he was a pleasure to work with. He successfully fixed our kitchen sink plug, hooked up our new refrigerator to the water line, switched out our washing machine hoses, repaired our secondary kitchen sinks shut-off valves and aerator. He also returned a few days later to fit our new kitchen faucet. His work was impeccable and the whole experience was a triumph. Im beyond pleased with the plumbing services I received. My toilet was refusing to flush and was even backing up into my bathtub and floor drain. Given it was late in the evening, I had little hope of immediate assistance. But to my relief, they responded promptly and arrived in no time. Brett was the plumber assigned to us and he did an outstanding job. We had an issue with the stem breaking in our shower faucet. As someone who knows as much about plumbing as I do about the cardiovascular system, I was pretty lost. Ian was a big help in choosing fixtures that would be a good fit. When Brett arrived, he discovered that the entire shower valve within the wall needed to be replaced. This was no shock to me as we had already re-piped the entire house except for that particular wall section. I would give the team from Patton Brothers Water Heaters a full five stars, but Ian didnt inform us when Brett would arrive at our home in El Paso. Fortunately, I happened to be home on that lucky afternoon when Brett arrived.

Brett from patton brothers water heaters did exactly what he promised. i had a leak somewhere beneath the slab and originally had a different plumber come out to guess where the problem was. this guy merely listened at the sink, gave me an estimate for the repair or for a complete plumbing overhaul, and charged me 50 bucks for telling me what i already knew. then, i called patton brothers water heaters and spoke to brett. he suggested bringing in their flat rate leak detector to pinpoint the exact location of the issue. brett assured me he would be in el paso the following day to address it, and provided me with a quote over the phone. true to his word, the leak detector specialist came out, located the issue, and brett followed up with the repair. he did so at the lower end of the quoted price, which was much appreciated. the team was incredibly fast and efficient, with a friendly demeanor that made them feel like family. they were in and out quickly, and made sure to clean everything up before they left. i cant recommend them enough for any plumbing needs. youre in good hands with brett and ian from patton brothers water heaters.

When patton brothers water heaters was still known as perleoni plumbing, i was very satisfied with their service. it was a relief when brett, a technician who had serviced my home before, showed up after the company changed hands to andy wotton. i had a project in mind that involved moving my washing machine hookup from one part of my basement to another. it wasnt a huge distance, but it was far enough to necessitate new piping. brett came over promptly and provided me with an accurate quote. he even took the time to explain the quote to me, since the project was fairly involved. the new location for the washer would necessitate a utility sink and a pump to return the water to the drain. while a utility sink wasnt part of my initial vision for my new laundry room, i understood the reasoning and appreciated bretts explanation. they were accommodating in scheduling my appointment, and were flexible when i requested an earlier date. one thing that stood out was how they were honest about certain days being busier due to emergency repairs, and we worked around that. it reassured me that they would prioritize my needs in case of an emergency. the pump and sink were installed on a thursday, and to my surprise, i didnt mind them at all. they are now tucked away under my living room, and the pump is hardly noticeable unless you really listen for it. i bet i wont even hear it once i get some insulation. they thoroughly tested everything before they left and everything seemed to be in perfect working order. but the real test came when i started using my new washer. ive done a few loads of laundry since then, and everything has worked flawlessly. ive found the sink to be more useful than i initially anticipated. from the first call to the final payment, every interaction with ian and brett was positive and respectful. i highly recommend patton brothers water heaters for any plumbing needs, big or small. i know ill be calling on them again for future projects.

What stood out was his willingness to contact the technical support team to figure out what more needed to be done. Later in the evening, I indulged in a hot bath without any interruption in the hot water supply. I felt compelled to let Brett know how much I appreciated his efforts. I am part of an energy protection plan, and I will be commending Bretts excellent service to them. I strongly believe they should consider involving such dedicated professionals more often. Previously, I had Ian visit, who after a brief 15-minute check, said he needed to locate the parts. It took weeks for him to finally admit he couldnt find them, and suggested a replacement instead. These heaters can cost up to $800, so you can imagine my concern. When Brett arrived, he found what he needed and got approval to order the parts within a day. We experienced a couple of leaks in the ancient copper pipes that supplied water to our kitchen from the main service in the basement. in an attempt to stop the water flow, i turned off our main shut off valve, only for it to start leaking as well. luckily, all this was happening in a utility room with a concrete floor, and the water was draining out under the foundation. within a short time of reaching out, brett was on the scene. he did a commendable job replacing the main shut off valve with brass fittings and swapping the old copper with pex in just a few hours. brett was polite, well-informed, efficient, and communicated effectively. the work appears to be done skillfully. i am relieved and satisfied with the outcome.

He and his team reviewed the situation and gave a terrifc recommendation on how to proceed. While it’s hard to actually go underground and see the work done, Vincent did show me the camera videos (live) after the work was complete. When the team finished filling the hole they’d created, we did have a small problem with the access pipe sticking out too far. But Vincent responded and came the next day to resolve it. Prices aren’t for the faint of heart, but it should pay off in the long run. And Vincent was great to work with.

My place of employment received a call from the water authority at about 9:30 am, questioning if i was filling up a pool due to an excessive amount of water usage being registered. i immediately headed home after denying their assumption, only to discover a spring in my front yard near the water meter. after successfully turning off the water supply at the meter, i started searching for local plumbers in el paso. i stumbled upon a plumbing service and was impressed by their online reviews and overall digital presentation. i promptly gave them a call and explained my predicament. the man on the other end of the line was incredibly professional and assured me that they could dispatch a plumber between 12:30 and 3 pm. by 2:30 pm, ian from the plumbing service was at my doorstep. he quickly assessed the situation and got down to business. after excavating the circular box around the main water shut-off valve, he discovered a split pvc nut attached to the pipe leading from the valve. the presence of electrical power lines running across the water line made the repair a tad more complicated than usual. however, ian proposed a clever solution that ended up saving me around $150, much to my delight! ian completed the task efficiently, enabling the restoration of our water supply in time for dinner preparation. he was a cheerful and professional individual, making the entire experience quite pleasant. i thoroughly enjoyed our conversation while he worked. im thrilled that i discovered this plumbing service and ian. i now have a reliable plumber at my disposal.
