Living out in the county it’s always hard to find professionals to come out to install appliances or have major services done. Reliable Plumbing is one of the few who not only came out but to install our new stove but has been there every time we needed them. The first time was for a slab leak we had that they fixed as well that day. We have recommended them to friends and family now because we love them. Thank you to Christian and his partner for coming out again in putting our new stove. If something comes up again, we know who we are gonna call.Update 8/9/24: so after getting our new stove installed, our water heater decided it needed work too so we called Reliable Plumbing. Brian and Danny were amazing and right when I met them I knew they were gonna be great. Brian is great at explaining the process and how the codes work to make sure everything is up to code and safe. Despite the space we had for the new water heater, Brian and Danny made it work with without having to cut into the wall which was what was originally planned. We are always happy to call Reliable Plumbing and we will keep calling you all if anything happens. Thank you again for helping us.

Without a doubt. The best plumbing company ever. I’ve been a Master plumber for over 51 years. I can say without hesitation, Reliable Plumbing is the best to call for all plumbing needs.Being disabled makes it difficult for me to perform even simple plumbing jobs at my home when needed. I have had Reliable at my house several times since my disability to make minor and major plumbing repairs. I’ve used Reliable Plumbing a few times now. They’ve never let me down. Most recently Brian and Danny came out to fix my garbage disposal. Not only did they fix that, but they seen I had another issue and went out of their way to make sure that was fixed also. I will always recommend reliable plumbing hands down. We are long time fans of Reliable Plumbing. In our latest encounter, we called them to do a quick toilet inlet water repair, which they did quickly and at a very reasoable cost. As a part of their service, they checked the household water pressure and found it to be very high. Had they not checked the pressure, we could have had a water line break with disastrous results. Reliable replaced and installed a pressure regulator and averted what could have been a major issue. The two man work crew of Michael and Luis showed up on time and worked diligently to complete the installation. The costs were quite reasonable. The City Inspector confirmed the work quality and the neighborhood problems of high water pressure causing leaks and line breaks. Thank you, Reliable!

Let me start by saying I never leave reviews for anyone its jusy not my thing but these guys are so good i had to. Reliable Plumbing was dispatched to my house today by American Home Shield to deal with a leak that was inside the walls of my house. Luis and Mike were here 15 minutes early. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. These two were so thorough that they check everything twice infront of me to insure that they fixed the problem. I would absolutely recommend this company anytime you need work at you house and beyond that I would absolutely recommend Mike and Luis.

They’re contracted with American Home Shield and I’ve also needed them to redo an entire plumbing repair to replace old cast iron in an entire house. Reliable Plumbing has been excellent in major work that I needed done at an older home I purchased. It started with a slow drain from my kitchen sink which I tried various DIY methods to clear out (draino, vinegar + baking soda, drain snake, etc). After multiple failed attempts, I decided it was time to call a professional and went with Reliable Plumbing based on their stellar Google reviews.When the initial crew arrived, they wanted to tackle the issue with a heavy-duty drain snake based on my reports and their 1st-glace evaluation. After further inspection, they warned me that the pipes in my home are very old and unfortunately might be cracked or have collapsed based on their age. They said a camera snake was needed to confirm before doing any more work. They let me watch them with the camera and showed me everything they saw regarding the confirmation of the unfortunate, that my pipes were indeed old and cracked, and in some places collapsed.I was then put in touch with the owner, Raymond, about all of this. He came by later on that day to scope everything out and was quick with an estimate of the major work that needed to be done, which involved replacing old pipes underneath my home. After review of the estimate and comparing it to other services, it was indeed a fair price and I went ahead in utilizing them for the work to be done.Everyone from Reliable plumbing who came out to perform all the work needing to be done has been excellent, to include Nick, Daniel, Luis, and Juan. I would happily recommend Raymond and Reliable Plumbing for their outstanding service.

Ivan and Victor arrived at my house and completed an excellent job. I called on Monday and requested an appointment. I was in no hurry so they scheduled me for Friday; however, they told me if they had an opening, they would call me.On Wednesday, I received a call that they were on their way (two days early). The first job was easy, a small leak and they had it fixed in about 10 minutes. The second job was a leaking bathtub faucet. I had already bought the replacement when Victor said he would be able to fix it before breaking sheet rock and tile. About an hour later, he was able to fix my faucet without tearing anything apart!!! Not only Victor fixed my bathtub faucet without tearing apart my wall, he saved me money by not using the replacement.I am very reluctant as I had called other places (Roto-Rooter being the worse!!!) wanting to charge me at least $400+, Reliable plumbing was cheaper, better and professionally done.You will not be disappointed!!! I recently had a tank-less water heater replaced with a brand new one from this company. The two gentlemen that did the install were very professional and obviously knew what they were doing. The owner of the company stopped by to check on the two plumbers about half way through the job. He went over what they had done as well as advising them of what they needed to do to ensure the job is done properly. I appreciated the owner making sure his employees were doing the job to his standard, which they were. The owner takes a lot of pride in his company and is very professional. The old system I had wasnt even up to code since it was so old, but with this new water heater, all my piping and tubing were completely overhauled to meet code requirements and was done very well. As for the end result, the hot water is great and works better than it ever has. If I have any other plumbing needs, I will definitely call this company to do any work needed. This company offered me a one year warranty on all labor and parts. The owner stated he stands behind his work and knows the job is always done right. I am very pleased with this company and I definitely recommend them. If you want a good, clean, professional job, this is the company for you. Thank you Reliable Plumbing!

Reliable Plumbing Co., is a really good company to call for plumbing services, especially in an after hours situation. The two techs that came to work on my water heater were not only very friendly and personable, but very knowledgeable, and they fixed the problem in the time they said it would take to fix it... 1 hour! Plus, they helped me with contact info to the manufacturer since it was still under warranty and I received a refund on the gas valve which they replaced, at a $150 credit. I highly recommend them to anybody!

They live up to their name and were able to show promptly within 2 hrs as stated on initial phone call.Ivan and and Andres showed up and got straight to work identifying the problem right away, Ivan explained what the issue was and what was needed to repair it. Just had another great experience (2/20/19) with Reliable Plumbing. I had major work done in my crawl space, two main lines replaced. The whole job took a day in a half. Excellent service, but most importantly, honesty.Unexpectedly, my 6-year-old water heater started leaking a significant amount of water. I called several plumbers and as soon as I mentioned water leak they would respond the water heater is bad and needs to be replaced. I started researching on the internet and found out that that statement is incorrect. Most plumbers I called said they would only change the whole thing and refused to come see if it was repairable. Some said they would charge $100 to diagnose. One company actually came and looked a it, and determined it was not the tank rather the gas valve. They would charge me $500 which I thought it was outrageous since a the whole tank itself costs $550. Reliable Plumbing was very professional and came over assessed the tank and determined that in fact it was the gas valve. They charged me $250 for the piece and labor. It only took 1 hour to fix. Julio and his partner even checked the water pressure of the home (most probable cause of making the valve break) and they adjusted the water pressure because it was elevated.This only made me wonder, how many people is deceived into buying a whole new water heater when in fact the tank is completely fine and the problem is the gas valve which is attached to the tank.

Called them .... worst issue, they broke our toilet and never took responsibility for it. Nice guys, but if you have an issue, you are on your own. I will never use them again. After paying $150 for a new toilet, (which they broke but never took responsibility for) I was annoyed. They did give us Military discount, but that was one third of the cost of the toilet which they broke. Sorry about the bad review guys, but you did not make this customer happy. Oh, and you left your trash all over my yard. OK Im done. Next time -Yellow Pages.If you are looking for a plumber in the El Paso area, look no further than Reliable Plumbing. I called Reliant on Tuesday night due to a leak coming ftom my toilet tank. Not an emergency but i wanted to schedule an appointment for a plumber to come out Wednesday morning. The gentleman who took my call was professional and reassured me that he would send a plumber out in the morning.Wednesday morning at 9am Albert and Charlie were knocking on my door ready to work. They assessed the situation and determined that my toilet was 15 years old and needed to be replaced. I agreed but worried about having to schedule another day to get it replaced. No worries. Albert said that they would get on it right then. They called to confirm that they had the appropriate toilet in stock. And let me know upfront the price of the new toilet as well as cost of labor. Work was completed before noon. I had guests arriving to stay with me later that day so they helped me out of a real jam. They did a great job. They left everything clean. They use a shopvac to suck up all the water and they take the old toilet with them. I was impressed with their work and trusted them. While i had them there i had them take a quick look at my water heater. Albert right off the bat noticed a code violation performed by the previous homeowner. I will definitely be using Reliable!
