    Mechanical Technologies did a wonderful job for me. I needed a new water heater after mine just started pouring water. There was no shut off valve on the water heater itself, so I had to turn the water off to my entire house. They were able to come give me a quote the same day (a Friday) and they installed the new one, along with bringing everything up to code, the next day (a Saturday afternoon) Thank you so much for bringing a tech out on a Saturday so that I could have water in my house again, on top of having hot water again! Alex came and gave me the quote. He was very knowledgeable and professional. The tech was also super knowledgeable and his work was so professional. I highly recommend Mechanical Technology!

    Perfect installation. Timely. Neat and Courteous. This is my 3rd installation with the company. I trusted the brand they use and how professional the installation is. They dont just leave wiring or cords hanging around. They vacuum up all the mess and dont leave any trash on the premises. This is a company that I trust enough to recommend to others.

    The Tech, Luis, was amazing, he checked the heating system thoroughly. This was the first time in 17 years that our heater was vacumed and we have service the agreement. It was very dusty. Luis advised that this should be done every time a tech visits the customer. I was very pleased that he was our Tech. I am going to request him. Thanks Luis!!

    After having no luck with 3 previous plumbers including a $400 non fix we had a hard time having somebody come out timely. I called Mechanical Technologies and they came out to perform the estimate same day. Troy was very approachable and listened intently to everything I said and was good at answering questions. They gave me a same day estimate and had me scheduled and parts ordered before Troy left. I hope the replacement water heater goes as smooth.

    Update: 12-12-2024 Success!I now have 4 units that work. I must admit I was skeptical when they told me they were replacing my condenser, but they sent the original crew today, and they were able to get my units working. They made sure to test everything before they left. I am so excited to have functional units.The process was a little rocky but all that matters is they work.

    I was so very happy with the all the work and help the associate provided me. His estimate was so much lower than another company. The two installers who came to take out the old and replace with new were great. They said it would take 1 and one half hour to complete and I think it was less time. Everything is working great. Thank you!!!! I want to add that originally going to Lowe’s off Northern 2879 I was helped by associate Jackson at the help desk I rate him #10 as well as the associates from Mech Tech. Again thank you.I am a senior trying to exist.

    WOW! Very Professional. Was having trouble with some mini-splits and the company that installed them was unable to repair them so after contacting the manufacturer, I called Mechanical Technologies and now 6 of the 7 units are running. I anticipate the last one will be fixed soon. These people are very professional, response time is great and price is reasonable. Highly recommend.

    Rudy is the best he came and saw the issue, had to get the whole unit swapped. Mine was from 2004 after converting house from evaporative cooling. Long story short it was great took them about 6 hours and they cleaned up really well after themselves.

    My down stairs furnace stop working right after a major snow storm hit Santa Fe. I found their advertisement from Lowels give them a call and before I knew it I had the furnace working .     Amazing job! The tech actually listened to us! Refreshing when we’ve had other companies say no what I was saying couldn’t be the problem and never even bothered to check what I asked them to. Even though I have had this in the past and knew it needed to be checked. We’ve been dealing with our AC freezing for months now! This tech not only checked what we had said needed to be checked but sure enough that was the problem. Poor guy took out enough animal hair from inside our AC to make a onesie for the winter! He was amazing and best part was the cost was super reasonable… Thank you! (Incase you’re wondering I do change my filters often, but my house is a bit of a zoo with 4 cats and 4 dogs all of which shed!) These guys will be back out in the spring to check again!

    Highly recommend this company.Chris came to check out the air conditioning unit in the duplex I am renting, and he could not have been more amazing! He was running early so the office called to see if he could come before the scheduled window which I appreciated since I was not home just yet. Much better than an unexpected early arrival. From the moment Chris arrived he was professional, patient with all of my questions, and he fully explained how the entire system works. (This is our first time having this particular kind of unit and I knew nothing.) we walked through the entire home so he could show me how the different dampers and vents were best utilized. He also recommended a different type of filter so the unit wouldn’t have to work so hard. I have not had a technician so thorough come to any home I have lived in. He was also extremely polite to my kids and dogs, despite it being a bit chaotic in the home as we unpack and get settled in.To Chris’ boss - keep this guy and give him a raise! He took a huge weight off our shoulders (and our electricity bill) and I am sure he has for many other customers as well!

    New to town and they treated like Family. We moved to El Paso and AC went out after one day in August. Mechanical Technologies saw us day we called, most were backed up for week.The technician spent 2 hours to fix but finally we agreed 18 year old system needed to be replaced. Being authorized Lennox dealer they sent great 4 man crew out next day and installed. I went with because of their A+ BBB rating, which they definitely deserved. Also, reasonable prices, save yourself some time and go with the best.

    I scheduled an appointment for AC leak. The Tech performed a full system evaluation and found unit leaking water due tobroken condensate pump. The Tech replaced the pump, and tested the unit; all working properly with no leaks detected.My only issue is that my bill was about 100 dollars higher than I was originally quoted.

    Called about our AC compressor unit making an unusual noise. The problem was noticed on a Friday, and Mechanical Technologies were able to arrive on Sat. Ricky, the serviceman, was able to troubleshoot and resolve the problem quickly/thoroughly. During this warm weather it is great for the exceptional service!! Called and had the Technologies group come by on Nov 2024 and perform a heater tuneup. Timely work and a very knowledgeable employee. Heater appears to be more efficient. Thanks.

    Water heater stopped working 7am. Went to Lowes Website, placed an order 730am, Mechanical Technologies contracts w/Lowes, ( customer doesnt buy products no ) Lowes contracts Mechanical Technologies. When the guy at Lowes asked me for my info, I hesitated, because I was going to buy a water heater. He explained HOW it works.Drove home, phone rings from Mechanical technologies, they send a guy to my house to check things out. 1130am he comes over, explained everything, I payed him in full. The driver was dispatched, 1pm driver shows up, shuts water off, does his job, 330pm I had a new water heater. The sequence is fast. The job is quality. No fuss.

    The installation of the hot water heater went very well. The installers did a good job. I just wish they wouldnt have started near 3 pm. One of the workers had to go to several home improvement stores for parts for the job. Luckily they completed the job when it was getting dark near 6 pm.

    They were outstanding! From Alex the sales supervisor to the installer they did a great job. There were a few small issues that they gladly took care of and get this, went over and above to correct the issues and exceeded my expectations. Ya really. Imagine that in todays world a company that cares about its quality of work, its reputation and how they treat their customers. Needless to say I have a new HVAC company that I call and have faith in that they will be there when I need them. Now if I can just find a car mechanic like theses guys. I know good luck with that. Do yourself a huge favor, when you need heater, water heater or A/C service this is the company you want!     I called Mechanical Technologies and reported a problem with the thermostat. Shortly afterward as promised, they sent someone to my house. Mr. Ramirez, the technician, knew immediately what the problem was and explained to us what needed to be done. He returned the next day and replaced the faulty part. We are very happy with the quick response time, and the excellent service provided by Mr. Ramirez, the technician.

    Saul was fantastic!!! Our dog had chewed through the wiring of our unit, he was super quick and efficient, very polite, explained everything, and got us up and running in no time!!     During our spring maintenance the tech let us know our fan was not working properly. A few days later a different tech installed a new one at zero cost to us as it was still under warranty. I was told the original fan was defective. Both technicians Adrian and Sergio were on time, respectful and patient as I was asking many questions. We bought refrigerated air and windows from mechanical Technologies and are thinking of buying a door.

    I have been with this company since the refrigerated unit was installed. It has been 10 years, and overall I have satisfied with their service . The maintenance services done on the unit yearly, and service calls when the unit needs troubleshooting have all been satisfactory.     Very responsive and professional, and also honor the warranty. The A/C (HVAC) was not working properly in the morning and during the day the temperature will be at 100+. So I called them at 8am and the technician arrived by 10am. They realized that the Control Board needed to be replaced. So the next day it was replaced in the evening. The A/C is working great. I really appreciate the prompt response and the professionalism!

    I had a Nest thermostat that was frozen … the device would not respond at all, even with new batteries. I contacted Mechanical Technologies and they were able to schedule a technician. After running diagnostics it was determined that the unit had completely failed. Did not have the same Nest model on his truck but was able to get a replacement at the local supply shop. Had new Nest installed and connected to my WiFi in about 30 minutes.

    Rudy and his apprentice Saul came out for what I thought was a quick fix. My heater was blowing out cold air, what I thought was the ingnitor swith issue turned in it to something completely different. Rudy found a propane leak in the piping that 3 other companies did not find when they came out. He fixed the propane leak and went back to the issue I called them for. Turns out the original installer failed to convert the unit from gas to propane which was causing the system to shutdown as a safety feature. Since this company did not install it I am waiting for the installer to come in and fix the issue. I was very happy with the service Rudy provided.     We highly recommend Mechanical Technologies. Daniel has been out to our house a few times. He has always been on time, professional, and has done great work. He found a leak in the evaporator coil. He replaced it (which turned out to be more of a pain than expected) for a reasonable cost. When we informed them that this didnt fix the problem, Daniel was back the next day (even during a really hot busy time in summer), found another leak that was slow enough that it was not detected the first time, fixed it, and recharged the system for no additional cost. I would gladly do business with this company for any of our HVAC needs.
