This was the first company that answered my call late in the afternoon after several calls to other companies. The water heater was leaking gas and water at my condo so it was a bit of an emergency. The water shut off affects 3 of the units at my building so I didn’t want to inconvenience them for long either. Quin answered the call and was very friendly and assuring. I received a text that Isaiah and Tony would be arriving at a certain time. They called 15 minutes before arrival. They were very friendly and efficient. They talked us through the process and explained our options answering all our questions. They were an extremely professional, reliable, efficient and friendly team. The gas line and water heater were replaced in less than 3 hours. My neighbors were not affected and they disposed of the damaged water heater. The cost was more than I expected but I feel confident it was done correctly, immediately and I will definitely call again.

Expensive, but overall great work on fixing my outside water faucet. Cut into wall to fix piping and repair old pipe. Work was great, hole in wall was cut slightly smaller than 6x9. I grabbed cover from Lowes, fixed hole size and covered. Ill definitely call them in future. Guys were upfront, cool and explained what they were going to do. He also threw on a nicer faucet for me.

TYJ came out to install four specialty air assisted toilets in my home, they also removed and took away the four old toilets. Isaiah and Tony came out for the install which took quite a few hours. They were courteous and very friendly and took extreme care to look out for my two elderly pups whom are deaf and like to supervise. That meant a lot to me! Its been a week and I can say with confidence the toilets are not just installed but professionally installed properly. Their work is excellent and worthy of five stars AND your business. Quick edit: Surprise discovery. Im not confident coins are the proper method to stabilize a toilet installation but I am definitely not a plumber either. Thats for you to decide. My husband spent a considerable amount of time reinstalling two of the toilets. I would still recommend them but just check the job when its completed.

Tony and Art did an awesome job rerouting a pipe for my disposal. I came to them with a leak near my faucet and they troubleshooted everything to find the true source of the problem. DO NOT believe the bad reviews about this company. I just had Isaiah and Tony here twice and they were the most professional and kind plumbers Ive ever dealt with. They came to fix a bad smell we were having from a toilet, replaced the wax ring and noticed some other issues with the flange and fixed that too! Then a few days later we were having a leaking issue from the tank on the same toilet and they came over right away and spent time actually talking to us and explaining the issue with the toilet and then fixed the leaking tank as well. They stand by the no leaks guarantee for sure! Thank you so much TYJ and thank you Isaiah and Tony!

TYJ came to our rescue on Saturday afternoon! We were on our way out to attend a small family gathering when my husband noticed a leak in our backyard. We called several plumbers but everyone was booked for the day or could not make it out for several hours. TYJ Plumbing got to our house within 15 minutes of contacting them. Both gentlemen were professional and fixed the leak in what felt like 10 minutes. It was a bit pricey but given that it was an emergency and they were on call, it is understandable. They give up their Saturdays to be on call and that has to be worked into the price of their service. Thanks to TYJ Plumbing, we were able to make it to our family gathering a lot sooner than we expected!They also identified two other weak points in some pipes outside and gave us a free estimate for getting that fixed at a later date. Based on my experience, I highly recommend their service!BONUS: Now that I know what their name stands for, I like them even more. Thank You Jesus Plumbing! :)

I called TYJ plumbers for the first time last week when I could not get a hold of the plumbing company that I had been using for many years due to they werent answering the phone or were too busy. My issue was I had a toilet that was not shutting off,and the water valve was broken not to mention a front water spigot that was in horrible condition. Quinn arrived very promptly, a very nice man with a great attitude and demeanor, he gave me a straight up estimate and got to work in a hurry. There was an issue with the outside spigot where he didnt have the parts that I needed and said he would come back tomorrow and at which point I paid him in full for the job, though not completed. Instead of running off with my money never to return he promptly came back As promised and finished the job with quality work and parts to my liking, and I wasnt even home at the time. Now that I know that this is a trustworthy reliable plumber I think I will be switching to TYJ plumbers in the future instead of my other long-term plumbers which I was not even able to get a hold of when I needed them. My husband and I found TYJ via a google search and originally called for pricing. When the plumber we hired went radio silent we called again after hours to TYJ and they had someone out within the hour and able to hook up our water heater in under an hour as well. I found TYJ Plumbers based on a google search for plumbers in Horizon City. I had an emergency with a clogged main drain that goes to the street. This happened late in the evening just before guests were to arrive for a party. Basically, we had no toilets or could not run any water down the drains, yikes!. They answered my call promptly and showed up just as promised and took care of the problem. I greatly appreciate that they took the time to respond even though they had just gotten back from a Christmas vacation, he literally answered while getting off the plane. I highly recommend using their services.

They came within the hour, gave me options on repair and immediately got to work. The pipe was clogged worse than expected but they still made short work of it. Price was fair, and after completion they even inspected my water heater at no additional cost.

My water heater broke down on a Friday evening. I didnt think Id have any luck getting it repaired or replaced being that it was so late in the evening. But, I gave TYJ Plumbing a call and they replied within a few minutes. After texting with Eric and Fabian, they arrived at my home within an hour to give me a free estimate. After patiently answering all of my questions and concerns, they gave me a fair price on the installation of a new water heater. It took them about 2-3 hours to complete the job from start to finish leaving everything clean once they were done. Id like to say that I was extremely impressed with these two young men. TYJ Plumbing of El Paso:No B.S., they get the job done. Ive had a major shower clog issue for quite awhile. A so called professional came twice this year & was not able to clear the blockage. I had also tried myself. I then found Quin & Isaiah of TYJ plumbing who although they had a busy schedule they squeezed me in just hours later. They analyzed the situation & discussed the location & cause of the problem. They knew not to go thru the roof vent as that could bypass the location of the blockage. The equipment they used was heavy duty & after 20 minutes they busted thru the clog (as hard as rock) & pushed the debris out thru my main. I am so ever grateful to these gentlemen. Had issues with my kitchen sink and both restrooms in my house, I needed issues to be resolved fast was recommended TYJ Plumbing from a friend and they responded right away. They have great service and are very informative. Tony was a great technician he handled every problem quickly, and his supervisor Quinn explained what caused the issues and gave some recommendations as to what not to put down my drains, I was very satisfied with my service and will definitely be calling back for any other issues come up in my house and will definitely refer to all my friends and family. While in town briefly I noticed a leak with my parents water heater. I didn’t have much time and needed to find someone quickly. I called these guys — they were busy so I left a VM and followed up with a text. They quickly responded and also came to the house to assess the issue. By the next day the water heater was installed and left in perfect working order. I had an absolutely amazing experience with TYJ plumbing. I was having issues with both my toilets for months, and nothing I tried would fix the issue. I called TYJ Plumbing, and within two hours they were at my house to give me an estimate. The estimate was of fair value, and they had parts on hand to fix my toilet. Within an hour, both my toilets were repaired! I would highly recommend TYJ Plumbing to anyone needing any sort of repair that they offer. A man named Quinn that is employed with TYJ Plumbing responded right away. He asked me to send him a picture of the problem, so I did. He text me right back and told me what my problem was. I told him I was pretty good with fixing things. I already had it pulled apart. He told me I needed to replace a certain part. So I did and it works perfect. My wife was going to shower at 0330 before heading to work at at 0430. She yelled the water is not getting hot. Checking the water heater I saw that it was leaking into the water pan, the pan was full and draining outside. We took cold showers for two nights until we were able to purchase another water heater. It was 17 years old we had no other issues with it other than the heater coupler. I purchased the water heater from Lowes a $629.00 AO SMITH 40 Gallon Gas Heater and the contractor quoted 1100 same day install. We felt that we could find installation for less. I called four other companies who were booked through the following week and could not do same day installation. THANKSGIVING is the next day. I contacted these guys and they could do the same day install, they would come by my home and start the emptying process, pick up the water heater at Lowes and do the install for less than a $1100.00. Between the call and the completed installation less than two hours. GOD IS GOOD. I got my disability pay that morning to make the purchase and have it installed without being completely broke. My daughter was coming home from UTEP. What a Relief.. THANK YOU FELLAS👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

I had the pleasure of meeting Quinn and Eric. They arrived, assessed the work needed to be done and picked up parts. When they came back they went straight to work. The entire time, both of them were great communicators and set expectations for the work being done, and explained after-care and advice to prevent any future problems. They were awesome and very fairly priced compared to other companies, especially at such a last minute (and work on the weekend) . Im planning on calling them back for more projects and will definitely recommend them to anybody needing work done. Turns out I was about to break some important parts but they cut out a portion of the wall and explained what I did wrong before PROPERLY and PROFESSIONALLY removing and replacing the faulty equipment.
