They efficiently removed an outdated toilet, replacing it with a new one, fixed a damaged shower arm, cleared a blockage in our kitchen sink, and uncovered the kitchen line clean-out that had been obscured by stucco. They then performed a high-water pressure cleaning of the pipes. The team, including Howard, Devin, and Brent, are all professional, approachable, neat, and punctual. They typically manage to schedule us in a couple of days after we make an appointment, always show up on time, and do a speedy and excellent job. The cherry on top is that their rates are significantly lower than their competitors. For instance, the cost they charged us to replace the old toilet was merely a third of what another local company quoted us! However, when we contacted this new team, they promptly set up an appointment within a day. They even proposed an immediate service, but our situation was not urgent. True to their word, they showed up the next day within the agreed upon time slot, giving us a 20-minute warning before their arrival. Upon reaching, they introduced themselves at the door, dressed in identifiable uniforms. They took the courtesy of wearing disposable coverings over their shoes as they entered our home, which is an appreciated gesture from a plumber. They efficiently carried out the necessary work on our bathrooms, and made sure to discuss our options with us before starting any work. What stood out was they had a carpet rolled out to lean on while working, and even sprayed a freshener leaving our bathrooms smelling better than before! This is the kind of approach you want from a trusted professional, not someone whos quick to talk money without first understanding the issue. After his initial assessment, howard asked if he could take a look behind a section of drywall. I trusted him enough to let him take a peek and, sure enough, he discovered a crack in the back foundation wall. The previous four plumbers had missed this completely, not even bothering to search for it. He couldve stopped there and started talking prices, but he didnt. Being the thorough professional he is, howard suggested we run the garden hose to simulate rain hitting the back of the house. Im not quite sure how to start, so pardon if my review seems a bit scattered. ryan showed up to inspect and swap out a pressure relief valve and he was extremely thorough in checking both the heater and the pipes when something didnt seem right.
