I am very pleased with the work done by Tech. Mr. Hernandez. My call was answered within an hour. Mr. Hernandez was very thorough, knowledgeable in offering alternative solutions to correct existing problems. Be prepared for an expensive job. That is the only downside to my experience with Mr. Rooter Plumbing. Otherwise they are the people to call.

I had a great experience. A plumber named Joshua helped me out significantly by explaining to me what could possibly be wrong at my house. He was very knowledgeable and very respectful of my property. There was also great costumer service through phone call by Perla. She sent out a plumber right away to my property. Very happy with Mr Rooter service! Had an emergency clog with backflow into our shower and could not use the bathroom at all. When I called in the dispatcher was so polite and sweet and really to urgency with our situation. I was expecting to wait a good while but the technician Murphy arrived within 20 minutes of me calling. He did a great job and was very professional and pleasant. He knew what he was doing right away gave a very quick estimate, and at a really reasonable price. He then had the whole job done in a little over an hour which was amazing 🤩 A total of 2 hours from the time I called til the job was complete and we had everything running smoothly again 💯🔥We will definitely be using them again in the future 😁The employees of this company are really doing an amazing job. Great service by Manny. He gives an assessment of your problem and explains options clearly and honestly! Manny has great work ethic and does the job right the first time around. He checks and double and even triple checks his work to ensure proper functioning and confirms with the customer. Employees like Manny are hard to find these days. We had a prior Plumbing company come do some work a few months back and the work was subpar. I was hesitant this time when I had to get a plumber. It so difficult to find quality people with good work ethic to do work on your home, especially when it is so expensive. Manny placed a new water heater, placed a temp valve, got rid old unused pipes and fixed two toilets all by himself and did it with professionalism and thorough application. He took a big weight off our shoulders and he has relived our stress. Thank you Manny for being one of the good guys!!!! We will definitely be repeat customers if we need plumbing services.

After getting a couple of estimates to repair shower faucet valves and diverter valve in an old bathroom I decided on Mr.Rooter. My experience with them was A1. After agreeing on what I wanted done Manny the plumber was at my house first thing the next morning and got going removing the old and putting in the new while taking care to avoid any damage to the ceramic tiles wall. In the end the work was done very well and I will be calling them again for other work I need in the near future. Thanks guys

He suggested the lesser of two expense options which turned out to be perfect. He cleared both toilets and was out the door within an hour. The people I spoke with on the phone and Jacob, who came to the house, we’re all very polite and I will definitely use Mr. Rooter next time. I have a need for a plumber.

They had to dig a hole in the middle of our patio to un clog and replace a section of the sewer line. When all was said and done, the installation was done neatly and the area was cleared of all debris.

I had a leak in my bathroom sink that occurred overnight and urgently needed to be fixed. I had used Mr. Rooter in the past to replace a drain and do pipework, and was very pleased with the job they had done. I called Mr. Rooter when they opened and spoke to Pearl. Pearl was super courteous and assisted me right away. She sent technician Mario, and he arrived at my house within 20 mins. I had known that I had needed to replace the sink itself and multiple pipes and valves. Mario provided me with an excellent estimate to have all that work done. I had also purchased a vanity for the sink and Mario agreed to install that, as well. I cannot explain how pleased I am with Marios work! I highly recommend Mr. Rooter for any plumbing work that you need done.

Our helper Sergio was very helpful and kind. He replaced our old valves and installed the new faucet we supplied him with. He is professional and his work is very clean and the overall function of the new valves works better. Our old valves had been damaged by rust and calcium but he was able to fix all of it. Great customer service and customer experience from Mr. Rooter Plumbing of El Paso. Specifically from Pearl and Tony. The intake process with Pearl was very fast and she was very friendly and helpful when I had my hot water heater go down and needed it back up quickly. It was about a 30 minute response time from the time I called and spoke to Pearl to the time Tony the technician was onsite. Tony was quick to diagnose the issue and from the time of diagnosis to hot water heater replacement it was about 2 hours. Tony was very proficient, friendly, and professional. Hats off to the business owners for hiring good people and maintaining a standard of professionalism customer service and customer experience that is hard to find these days. In the future I will go to Mr. Rooter of El Paso for all of my plumbing work and I highly recommend this team to anyone that requires the same. Thank you!!!

The dispatcher was extremely helpful in providing information about availability and timing when I first called. Gabriel came out and gave me a free estimate on several different projects I needed done. He was awesome, explained everything that they would be doing, and the process of how everything would happen.All of the estimates were emailed to me and I was able to take my time deciding which services I wanted completed. Once I selected a service, Gabriel came back the same day and did the work for me. Unfortunately he discovered some cracked piping in the process which also needed to be replaced. He was clear and upfront about the problem and the cost of repairing it before he moved forward. I wish every service contractor I work with in the future is like him!5/5 stars. Their prices are a little higher than some other shops but the quality of labor and professionalism is top notch. I have extreme confidence in the work that was performed. Would hire again!

We couldnt recommend this company more. He came out and did everything he could to try and fix the problem. When he couldnt, he came and showed us the issue with their camera so we could see the problems ourselves. They had the quote out to us within hours for our repairs, and are more than happy to work alongside our home owners insurance. He repeatedly mentioned they werent the cheapest out there, and would not be offended if we got other quotes. But, that they would do the job right the first time, came with warranties, and they were honest, kind, genuine. The plumber was a stand up guy. We will use them for all of our plumbing needs. He even went as far as diagnosing a problem with our air conditioner, on his own time, that the air conditioning company we HIRED didnt diagnose or fix, that solved our cooling problem we had been living with 90 degrees in ours home for weeks with. Excellent service! We had a pinhole leak from the hot water pipe. Water was seeping up through the floor. The technicians did an amazing job by carefully isolating the exact underground location of the damaged pipe using their sonar equipment. Gilbert is a super nice guy, very knowledgeable and professional. My concern was about the flange and foundation of my toilet, since there was a leak from underneath. He said the flange that holds the bolts was still in good condition. Replaced what needed to be done and asked me if there was anything else he could take care of. I would recommend him and the company to everyone I know!! What I also liked, was how clean everything was after the job was complete. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

I would recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing as I called early one morning because of a leak and they were very professional and courteous. Within a couple of hours Manny came and assured me he could take care of all of it. It was a great relief that he came promptly, explained what he was doing and took care of the problem. 5 Stars!
