    Oasis has been absolutely fantastic to my mother! She’s been in need of some plumbing repairs and they have consistently exceeded expectations. This is a family-run business, and while I know there are more individuals who deserve recognition, the ones that come to mind are Mando and Becky.     This family owned business is exactly what El Paso needs. My parents 20 year old water heater had been leaking for some time until water appeared from the baseboards. We tried shutting off the water but the valve was stuck open. I immediately googled East El Paso Plumbers and Oasis Plumbing showed up, I called and someone picked up immediately because it was business hours. After relaying the scenario, they said that they were on a job and would get back to me with a time. They did shortly after and said that they could come right now! They showed up and got to work on draining the system, removing the heater, and connecting the water lines so my parents would still have water. We made all the necessary repairs to the heater closet, and called them back for the installation of a new heater. They scheduled us for the next day and showed up on time with everything needed for the job! They are a professional, courteous, knowledgeable team. I am grateful to them for their timely service and expertise. They exceeded all expectations and I am saving their number to give out to anyone that I know with plumbing issues. Thank you for getting my parents hot water again!

    Called them in the morning and came out within a few hours, didn’t sell us on anything we didn’t need, repaired our toilet and fixed our shower head in under an hour. Great price for both with parts. I would highly recommend to anyone needing repairs done. Very professional and knowledgeable!

    Great service! I called another company yesterday and expected them today- no call no show. I called oasis and they were super helpful, gave me a quote via text (cheaper than the other guys too), and showed up with an hour or 2! Super quick and Armando was nice and professional.     Would like to thank Mr Armando Rodriguez for the prompt service provided to my elderly parents, I called in afternoon and was advised they would try to make it today if not for sure next day. Low and behold they arrived late in the day and fixed leak in washroom. As per my parents they were very satisfied with their professionalism,clean work and prompt service completed and most of all the price charged since they are on a fixed income . They are definitely going to call him with any future repairs. Will be highly recommended to family and friends if any plumbing work needed.

    I had a crisis, i called Oasis Plumbing, they assisted that same day 👍.Oasis cancelled a copper water break tubing from under my residential foundation. The water rose about an inch onto floors and carpet.I was educated that day, No more breaking concrete OASIS Plumbing said .They capped underground tubing and went thru the wall and attic bringing costs by 50 to 70% less, a 5 STAR Workmanship.I know this independent business will PROSPER GLORIOUSLY. They continue to aquire knowledge by educating themselves on the newest plumbing material and technology.They mentioned a New Flexible plastic tubing in the market that will WITH-STAND El Pasos Bitter Heat and Dryness to replace copper and be utilized in these HOT and Zero Humidity attics.OASIS Plumbing is100% Highly recommended in my book and neighborhood 😁👍Most neighbors here in the eastside area have OASIS Plumbing # saved in their favorites 😏👍

    Called Oasis about a leaking water heater on Monday morning and they sent a plumber out by noon. Mando Jr.s professionalism and willingness to answer all our questions was so helpful. When you need a plumber, dont go to the big box store to get answers. Call the professionals at Oasis. I highly recommend this company and we will be using them the next time the need arises.

    Cannot recommend the Oasis team strongly enough! The entire Oasis team is outstanding. From the initial call, to the updates on arrival time expected, to the essential service provided at a fair price. Mando Jr finished a fairly complex job for our family yesterday, taking it on despite it being toward the end of his duty day. He tackled the job with quiet professionalism and won the battle against a stubborn component. We are grateful for his response and the time he devoted to restoring proper plumbing to our kitchen. We’ve called Oasis for help in our recently purchased home twice in the past two weeks and have been equally impressed both times.

    How to slide emergency had called a couple of plumbers before. Called Oasis because it was near to my home. So glad I have, young gentleman came told me the problem fixed it in minutes. Fast even went beyond insulated needed to be insulated so happy save me so much money and time. Work done pristinely.     This was one of the most professional maintenance experiences I’ve had. Although contracted by my realtor, I wanted to take the time to give credit to this business. Sometimes, requiring maintenance work as a woman is intimidating within the home. I felt like I won the maintenance lottery when a woman and a man showed up. I think this is valuable to mention in the event other anxious women are reading this. I didn’t specifically request a female tech, but maybe one could with these folks if any anxiety is in the way. Thanks for not being creeps, Oasis! Furthermore, my toilet issue was very quickly resolved and everything has been without further incident. The gentleman was very patient with my follow up questions, and alleviated concerns related to water damage that may have impacted my downstairs lights.

    I highly recommend calling Oasis Plumbing Repair Company for any plumbing work you need.Our hot water heater sprung a leak in the middle of the night. After getting the leak stopped I called Oasis Plumbing when they opened in the morning, and in spite of their scheduled work for the day they came to my house before 11:00 am to provide an estimate, and then had all the new water heater installation work completed before 2:00 pm. The work was very high quality, the price was reasonable, and the service was professional in every way.

    Oasis Plumbing Company has saved us so much money. Last year our water bill was through the roof up in the 1000s, and we couldnt figure out why. I had 3 experts come to our house before I called Oasis, and neither of them could find the leak. So I finally contacted Mando at Oasis plumbing. He came over the same day and immediately saw the issue. Not only did he mend the leak, but he also gave us pointers on reducing our water consumption. As a result, our water bill dropped significantly. I am now paying much less than I did before the leak! I highly recommend this company.

    I needed a sink plumbed and a drain cleared. I called other businesses but no one either answered, returned my call, or tried to charge me for some emergency fee to come same the day. I got ahold of Oasis and they were able to send someone within an hour no upcharge No nonsense.The plumber they sent was Armando. He was very professional you did a good job. He made sure to test the plumbing before he left and cleaned up after himself. It was like he was never even here. I will make sure if theres any plumbing I need in the future I will give them a call first above everyone else.

    Update to this review* Just used them today Sept 16 2022! Last time was about 5 years ago, glad to see they have same great service and prices. Called at 9 am, said be there before noon gave me a call at 10:30 that they would be here in 20 minutes. Always recommend them to all my fam and friends.*Very happy with his service to our water heater. We thought we were going to have to buy a new one but he was able to fix it. Called him at 10:30am and he called me at noon to let me know he was on his way. Very nice man, reasonable price, will call again for anything else.

    The team of plumbers (possibly father and daughter) showed up same day within a very reasonable time and got my pipe leak fixed quickly and for a LOT less then my quote from another company that barely even moved my refrigerator to see where the issue was exactly. This team even spent an extra 10min helping me with my shower faucet at no charge since it was such a small issue, but still very much appreciated! Will definitely call them again when needed.

    Mando and his daughter Becky came out today (Saturday) and used a water jet to clear our sewer line. They only charged $200. Rotor Rooter wanted $675. It is now working. They did an excellent job. They are very friendly yet veryprofessional. I would HIGHLLY recommend them again.

    My first need for a plumber since moving to El Paso. Mando and Becky called ahead, arrived on time, hit the ground running, worked hard and fast. Efficient. Professinoal. I scheduled to fix one toilet. They were gracious enough to check a second toilet and determined it needed repair as well. Mando handle the upstairs. Becky, the downstairs. They fixed in minutes what I couldnt fix in hours. (They didnt even make fun of me for messing it up so badly!) They were both extremely conscientious, polite, mask-wearing, professional and cleaned up quite nicely. No trace that I had repair work done whatsoever. Several payment options are available.
