Was serviced by Sun City Plumbers duo team Tony Martínez and Zach Padilla for my Water Heater because the H2O Heater shut off. Tony cleaned the H2O Heater, checked the pilot control, and Zach checked the exhaust on the roof and adjusted it to allow proper ventilation for the H2O Heater so Tony could turn-on my H2O Heater. This thorough check made possible for my H2O Heater to be turned on and saved me hundreds of dollars to have the pilot control replaced which was not really the issue. My boiler only needed a cleaning and the outside vent cap only needed adjustment for the carbon dioxide from the H2O Heater to properly be released outside and so my H2O Heater could be properly turned on. They did a professional job and left the work area clean. These are the go to plumbers who do the job right the first time.

If I could give more stars I would! Extremely satisfied with Frank and his team. Vicente and Tony went above and beyond what was originally planned to give me a better outcome than expected. Started with an appointment to look at the job, got an estimate (way under what others has quoted me for the same job) and they kept their word as to when they were going to come and do the job. Had them install new water lines and washer hookup with new drain, new gas lines for stove and gas dryer, and new shower water lines and plumbing for restroom renovation. They went out of their way to explain everything they were doing and notified me before doing something that wasnt part of the original plan. They made suggestions, gave me options and let me make the decision as to which way to go when something unexpected came up. Made sure to clean up after themselves and ensured I was satisfied with the job. Highly recommend Sun City Plumbers, no matter how small or big the job. I called them after I talked to others about replacing my water heater, while others give me a quote for thousands, Joe gave me a quote thats less than half of what others offered. On top on that, they send Eric right away and willing to get down on their knees and get dirty, and I really appreciate their hard work, and education they have given me about plumbing.The 2 days wait for a water heater was worth. George and another gentleman came to install, and they were really good on explain the process and make sure the job was done nice and right. Noticed that the water pressure in our home was too high. The water company came out and confirmed that the pressure was over the acceptable PSI, and that the volume was also elevated. Eric and Ramon were able to quickly identify the best location to install a pressure relief valve. They had the work done in the same morning. I am always nervous when trying a company for the first time especially when it deals with important things like my house, but i have so much peace of mind now knowing that i have a good plumber.I had washing machine valves and the box replaced. Zach called me ahead of time, was friendly and patient when i had questions and went above and beyond even when i asked about something unrelated to today’s service call. I really appreciated that he cut the drywall neatly and minimally and used a box where the face is removable in order to facilitate drywall install.

We called Sun City plumbers to fix two of our toilets. One toilet just needed a flapper which was done in a timely manner. The other toilet was flushing real slow after our technician Zach, who is extremely informative as to what he was doing, tried to clear the clog With a snake. He wound up, taking the toilet off and lo and behold. There were roots growing up the pipe. Zach showed me the roots which shocked me that they were that far up. He wound up, pulling all the roots out he could and got our toilet flushing properly. I am highly recommending This company for any plumbing needs you may have. Zach was extremely professional informative, and a genuinely nice person to converse with.

Although my landlord of 2 years is in Cali, hes very attentive. He contracted with Sun City, and Vicente and Tony were here the second day to check out a master bathroom sink leak. They were scheduled between 12-2, and arrived at 1205. They were courteous and professional, and found the cause within 5-8 minutes. They were also friendly and, thankfully, not Cowboys fans, which is a good thing, because I would have ragged on them for that Bills game I attended back in December. Mercilessly. To Vicente and Tony, thank you. To their boss: if this isnt your A team, or even if it is, you run a helluva shop. Ill pass along the card the guys left to my daughter, who happens to own 4 houses in the NE, because trust is not freely given, its earned, and your team earned mine. Sun City Plumbers is the best. I called for service on a wall heater unit that had been leaking natural gas. The employees showed up at the time I was told. They used their specialty tools to pinpoint the leak. Replaced the old parts. Cleaned the wall unit free of dust. Restarted the unit and tested again for any natural gas leaks and for carbon monoxide. The heater is working great. Mauro and Joel were very courteous and professional. If and when needed again, I will call Sun City Plumbers. 🌞

I would definitely recommend Sun City. I found them through the Rinnai website when my water heater was giving me a weird code and refusing to give me hot water. From the first phone call they were professional, answered questions and gave me multiple times and days to choose from. The tech showed up on time within the window I was given, asked about the problem, checked the water heater and showed me what he suspected the issues were and fixed it. He also provided some future service suggestions for optimal function without being pushy or trying to sell me on them. Ill definitely use them again if I need a plumber!
