This week was hectic with all the plumbing issues I was having but since the moment I called Roto Rooters they were there to help they made sure I received a same day appointment and it was within a hour of calling they sent out Juan and he came in and resolved all the issue I had. I’ve been trusting Roto Rooter for over 25 years.Today’s work was provided by Mr. Orlando Muñoz in which he did an EXCELLENT JOB!!!He was cordial , listened to my concerns, very respectful and asked questions to be well informed of the problem.The main line was cleared with no issues and he cleaned up after himself.I will definitely continue to request Orlando if any other problems arise.I also want to commend office manager Diana , she was very helpful and caring.Thank you Orlando!

I called this Roto-Rooter location on a Saturday afternoon after I accidentally dropped a ring down the bathroom sink. I was expecting them to be too busy to be able to provide immediate service, but a technician arrived a little over an hour later. I explained the situation to the technician, named Victor, and explained that the ring held a very significant sentimental meaning for me. He was very compassionate, understood my concern, and was able to retrieve my ring from the drain. I’m very grateful for the speedy and compassionate service I received from this team at Roto-Rooter. We contacted Roto-Rooter to check and clean out our sewer pipes. As a result, they found a break in our pipeline which had caused some backup issues. Gus and Raul were able to locate the break/hole is our pipe and replaced the section of piping. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter and especially Gus and Raul for any plumbing and/or sewer work.
