    Water heater was leaking, of course on a Saturday of a 3 day weekend. As we started trying to find a plumber we quickly found it difficult to get someone to come out before Tuesday, even one who said they were open 24 hours. Luckily we found Pure Plumbing and gave them a call. The were able to send out Bryan within 2 hours. Bryan was fantastic! He explained our options thoroughly, was professional and friendly. He did an excellent repair job. He completed the work in a reasonably short amount of time and saved us from not having a shower for 3 days!! I would highly recommend Bryan, he was excellent!

    Jacob and Dillon took care of a leaking toilet for me. Very professional and respectful. When they arrived, they covered their shoes so as not to get the floor dirty. They quickly diagnosed the issue and were very efficient and timely with the repair. Jacob explained everything and was very personable and reasonable. Highly recommend!

    I recently had Pure Plumbing come out to perform a maintenance check on my natural gas fireplace and fix a leak. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. The technician, Bryan, was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and ensured that my fireplace was safe and functioning.     I received great service from Jake and Burns the other day (8/15/2024). They were able to quickly diagnose where the water leak was coming from in the ceiling in my carport. They replaced and fixed the area without any issues. They explained the issue to me that made me feel more confident and comfortable with having them do the job!     Late Sunday evening, I discovered a leak from my 2nd-floor bathroom. After calling several 24-hour plumbing services, Pure Plumbing was the only company to confirm an appointment within 15 minutes of my call. The other companies didn’t get back to me with appointment confirmations until nearly an hour later.What really stood out about Pure Plumbing was the personal touch—they sent a photo of Jake, the technician, along with details about his years of experience and even a fun fact.     I had a kitchen faucet that sprung a leak over Labor Day weekend. I am self-employed and couldnt wait to get it fixed during the week. This was -- by far -- the BEST plumbing service I have ever had. Theyre not cheap, but I had an emergency situation. Bryan S was my plumber, and he is 100% the best. He was on time, explained everything in advance, and did excellent work. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone for any plumbing need. I cant say, Thank you to him enough.

    We selected Pure Plumbing for a very extensive and expensive whole home sewer replacement. Literally everything below ground was replaced. Their bid was competitive with others we got but they could start earlier and complete faster. They also kept at least one of our bathrooms connected at all times so we didnt have to stay in a hotel and my wife could still work from home. Other companies told us wed be in hotels for 3-7 days which would have driven the cost way up as well as disrupted my wifes work.They finished the repairs in TWO DAYS, beating their own estimates.

    A few months ago Pure plumbing rerouted my drain system via trenching and helped with a few other plumbing needs. They were efficient, offered a quote that helped me, and were very open with their communication on when to expect their arrival, what the job would be, how the job was going, and how satisfied I was some time after the work was done.     We called Pure Plumbing to replace a water heater that had started leaking. Our house is old and the water heater is located in an extremely inaccessible spot. We had only one day to get it fixed before embarking on a long planned, Texas-sized roadtrip.We called Pure Plumbing after searching for local plumbers. They were very responsive and scheduled a specialist to be on-site promptly to begin assessing our available options for fixing the water heater situation.We were astounded when they said they could replace the unit that same day. We wouldnt have to cancel the trip!Later that day, as promised, a team arrived and got to work.This was clearly the last of several jobs they had completed that day and it was a really tough one but they stuck to it and got the job done. They fabricated new connections that greatly improved the setup for the new unit making it so much easier to manage in case of emergency in the future. Not only that but it looks great too! I can tell they really love their craft.I would call Pure Plumbing without hesitation the next time I have plumbing needs. They saved the day with professional service and dedication that went above and beyond. My experience with them was great!

    Bryan with Pure Plumbing is hands down the best technician I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. He was so knowledgeable! He listened to my wants/needs for a new faucet for my kitchen and while he gave me an estimate for what I thought I wanted, he also provided multiple options of what he recommended based off my lifestyle, needs, ect. He didn’t just throw numbers at me like so many other companies do, but took the time to fully explain all options, what they included and why he was recommending them. I ended up choosing one of his options based on his through explanation, and he was able to complete the work same day. He was so courteous and kind in working around my dog and my toddler, who was obsessed with him! He cleaned up after himself and also took the time to look at the other plumbing fixtures in the home to make sure I was all good to go. 10/10, I’ll only use Pure Plumbing from now on!

    Jacob and his team at Pure came out and saved our kitchen sink. Hubby was making dinner and in the middle of dinner realized that our sink was no longer draining, black water started emerging from the pipes and we had no way to finish making dinner. Jacob kept us informed the entire time of what he was doing and gave us suggestions on some better care practices for future prevention of the same occurrence. He was so nice, was able to fix the issue surprisingly fast and even cleaned up everything including putting stuff back under the sink for us! If anyone asks me for a plumbing recommendation it’s literally this place. Highly recommend.

    Jacob and Burns were here and did fantastic job diagnosing that I dont have burst pipe nor need re-piping, but just that I have a blockage. They ran a camera from the clean outs instead of the toilet and were able to push through and destroy the blockage and all debris including some tree roots. Very happy with their service and absolutely recommend their honesty! In addition, they have some top notch tools which expedite the job and makes it a lot more accurate and effective!

    A huge thank you to Pure Plumbing for installing our new fireplace insert! Jacob was very thorough with the whole installation. From reading the entire manual on the insert we purchased to inspecting all the hardware in and around our fireplace to make sure everything was safe. He went above and beyond our expectations. There was a slight communication issue about our scheduled appointment time but it says more about a company’s integrity and work ethic on how they fix a mistake than the mistake itself. 5 stars doesn’t seem like a high enough rating for the service we received because we had the best experience. Jacob was professional and personable and it felt like we were just catching up with an old friend. We will be using PURE plumbing for any future plumbing needs and will continue to recommend them within our community.

He replaced my aging water heater with an upgraded model with all new copper/valves.     Had a leak in my bathroom drain coming from the AC in my attic. Bryan Schaubroeck was able to come by and identify what needed to get done. Replaced the P-trap and other PVC pipes under my sink and cleaned out some of the junk down the drainage pipe. Was very helpful and explained everything very well. Great job overall!

    We just moved into our new home today, and as soon as we connected the fridge and turned the water on, the valve broke, spraying water everywhere. It was 10:30 at night on a Friday, but Jacob came out quickly and had the broken valve fixed in no time.     I recently had a leaking hot water heater dripping through the light fixture in my closet. I reached out to Pure Plumbing because of their high customer rating. The most helpful and friendly voice answered my call on a Sunday and sent someone out to take a look.     I had a terrible situation today when a “handyman” came to “fix something” but instead cutoff the entire water supply to my house “accidentally” and then fled with my $650 check. Turns out Sunday nights aren’t the most convenient time for serious plumbing problems let alone to fix someone else’s mistakes. However, thanks to Bryan at Pure Plumbing, my family now has running water. He completely fixed the damage inflicted by the “handyman” and even fixed a different leaky toilet while he was here…all in record time and at a reasonable price.     Woke up Friday morning to a pool in my front yard. Main waterline break. Called all the usual suspects and got a variety of VERY scary quotes. In the process found Pure Plumbing through Home Advisors / a.k.a. Angi.com. At first dismissed it when I noticed the review was for Las Vegas. But checked online and found they indeed are now operating here in Plano TX. It was 4:30PM Friday by the time I called them, but they agreed to come take a look and not even call it after-hours. Daron came in, diagnosed, gave me 3-4 options with pros and cons. I chose to run a new line since the old line runs under some massive trees and probably is just waiting to break again in another spot. Their price was a good 20% cheaper than the competition, and they could start right away. A crew showed up next morning 8:30Am and started digging. 40 trench, plus the city, home, and sprinkler system boxes had to be found and exposed. Then Daron showed up and laid down a new line, new valves, new boxes, the whole 9 yards (er.. thats 27 feet, so the whole 13.3 yards).Couldnt be more pleased with the work. Thank you Daron, I now have a new favorite Plumbing company. And kudos to your trench digging crew, they even removed and re-planted a bush that was too close to the house shutoff valve.

    Had the pleasure of having your Master Plumber Jacob Morgan come to our house to replace the water inlet valve and toilet fill valve. The toilet is in a half bathroom with very limited space for me to do anything like the work needed. Plus I dont have the necessary tools.     I highly recommend pure plumbing! We could hear a leaky pipe in our kitchen, so we quickly shut off the water and called the first plumbers we searched for with good reviews. The technician arrived the same evening we called (I had assumed during the freeze that it would be at least a day), and found/fixed the leak quickly. The pricing was fair and the technician was transparent about pricing throughout the process, which was refreshing - it definitely didn’t feel like a price gouge or money grab situation which is what you worry about during hard freeze where plumbers are in high demand. Aside from fixing the leak, they took some extra time to educate me about a few things on my home’s plumbing system, so I can hopefully prevent freeze-related plumbing issues in the future. Overall I was very impressed and will definitely be calling pure plumbing the next time I have a plumbing issue. Happy we found them!Editing my previous review because Im unable to add another one.     Our water heater started to leak overnight and in the morning our garage floor was covered in water so we logged onto Angis to find someone to come out and look at the water heater Pure called right away and scheduled a free estimate appt and within one hour he was on his way. The company notified me that my technician was Uriel and he was on the way shorty he arrived and checked out our issue and discovered that indeed our hot water heater needed replacing so after 10mins he gave us 3 choices of estimates for a complete install and after reviewing we chose the best fit for us. He left and came back with all the equipment needed to complete the job and the company set up everything for the permit and inspection to be completed after the install. At 3pm everything was completed and Uriel hauled off the old equipment. We could not have had a better experience and Uriel made sure we were completely satisfied before he left and had answered all of our questions. The price was right and service was excellant!!!!

    Pure Plumbing sent Daron Branch to fix our plumbing leak. He showed up with a big smile. He was very professional. He worked very neatly, and he quickly discovered we had a couple of leaks. One leak was under the house The other leak was in a wall. He explained pricing options. I picked my best option. After that he completed the repairs with quality parts and left the work area clean. I had called several plumbers the day I needed service but none were not available for another week.     We had a hose bib rupture from the freeze in January that I didnt realize until I started spraying with the hose for weeds and had water back up into my house and around the brick!     Darin Branch, ladies and gentlemen. I dont know if you can request certain people for service, and Im sure the rest of the employees at pure plumbing are good, but I think I just dealt with the most competent and honest plumber I have ever met. The number is saved for all future plumbing needs. Fact. Its hard to find people you can trust, like a good mechanic, or a doctor, or an electrician. Thank goodness I found these guys! For this job and all future plumbing needs I might have! I had a backed up sewer drain and ended up having to hydro spray the entire line. A snake would have been a temp bandaid. The nasty solid grease chunks that came out blew my mind! At no point in the process did Darin try to oversell or upsell me on anything that he didnt think I should consider. He was polite, considerate when entering the house, and explained everything to this curious customer (I tend to ask a lot of questions through the whole process). We have cast iron and PVC under the house, and with any 60-year-old cast iron piping it will need to be replaced at some point. Guess whos going to do that for me? Tim Riskey came in representing Pure Plumbing with a mild mannered personality consoling us for the flooding of 1st floor under foundation water leak. Dig crew was out next day and within four hours the leaking pipes was exposed and ready for repair. Knowing how busy Plumbing work is we had no problem with next day Repair.     Pure Plumbing did a great job of locating and repairing a break in my sewer pipe. All of the employees were very respectful and the company is good with communication. One concern I have is that their phones are not answered after business hours even though the web site says they are available 24 x 7. My job required 3 visits. The first visit was to identify the problem. This work done by Jacob who was very knowledgeable and professional, I highly recommend Jacob. The second visit was a man who dug up the pipe. My main concern was the third visit when they made the repair. The crew seemed a bit unprepared and had to make 2 runs to get new saw blades and glue for the PVC pipes; furthermore, I had to provide them a spotlight to work because they only had cell phones for lighting. It took the crew 7 hours with many attempts and calls to the more experienced coworkers before the pipe was finally repaired. I give the repair crew kudos for their dedication to getting the job done right but it took far too long. Overall I would highly recommend Pure Plumbing. I have used their services twice and found them to be very professional and good at keeping their customers informed.

    2007 water heater finally gave out and on a Saturday of all days. When I called, they were able to get me scheduled the following Monday. Michaela was so nice over the phone. She even gave me a call to let me know Bryan was on his way Monday morning. Bryan was able to install my new water heater within hours. He gave me a lesson on how to maintain the water heater by draining it once a year. Pure Plumbing even scheduled my inspection with the city. Being the loyal customer I am, I asked Bryan if he had a magnet with Pure Plumbings info on it...he didnt have one at the time, but he literally mailed me a magnet within that week!     We kept getting notices from the City about a leak at our house, continuous water useage. Two leak reports and three plumbing companies were unable to locate the leak.     Pure Plumbing is great. I live in an older house (built in the 1970s) so I knew I would need a plumber I could trust because older houses always have plumbing issues. The are professional and friendly, show up on time (with advance notice so there are no surprises), evaluate the problem and explain it to you and give you options (not only the most expensive one) and estimates, then fix the problem for the estimated amount so there is no “sticker shock” at the end.     When my wife and I first used Pure Plumbing back in 2021 we were SUPER impressed with their professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness. This first time we called them they installed a brand new disposal unit in our kitchen and its been working like a charm ever since.When I found out recently that we needed new pipes installed under our laundry room sink I knew exactly who to call.     I had just purchased a new house and was looking to replace the bathroom plumbing, so I called Pure Plumbing to come diagnose the issue. Before replacing it our knowledgeable technician, Uriel, identified that the faucet pipes were extremely loose and needed securing to avoid future water damage. I hadnt accounted for this repair but Uriel provided his I hadnt accounted for this repair but Uriel provided expert opinion and guidance on the work.I went ahead with the repair work instead of the new fixture install and boy am I glad I did. Uriel did an excellent job making the repair which required opening our wall to get to the pipes, sizing and installing a wooden 2x4 to secure the pipes which were loose and rattling. It was a long job, done really well and my bedroom, where he cut the sheetrock, was left clean. Highly recommend Pure Plumbing and Uriel, thank you!

    My goodness! After searching for an emergency plumber to come out on a Sunday, having someone almost immediately respond to our appointment request was such a relief. Daron I showed up as soon as his other jobs were completed, and got us fixed up so quickly. His calming demeanor was wonderful during a stressful leaky situation. He not only turned off the water, replaced our leaky valve, made sure our water, pressure and temperature were sufficient, he did it all with wonderful customer service, and a smile throughout.     We were experiencing water leaking from an unknown source. Our carpets were getting soggy on the other side of the wall. I called Pure Plumbing and Daron was at our facility within the hour.     After I called half a dozen plumbers near me, I found this place who said they could send someone to our house by the end of the day. We had a busted pipe in the walls and needed immediate service. As they promised, someone called 30 minutes before showing up that afternoon. They guy was straight to business and worked fast. Before he cut the wall open, he told me the total cost upfront ($800+). I knew that price was on par with other quotes I had received, and I wasnt going to say no anyway. He found the leak immediately, cut the wall open (about a square foot) and patched it within an hour. Very professional, upfront and efficient. Highly recommend them.

    Have to describe the great plumbing service experience I just had in the middle of the night with Jacob and his company Pure Plumbing.Three toilets and two showers started backing up and flooding my downstairs bathrooms at about 1am this morning. Called my regular (now previous!) plumbing company - no response. Tried two others that claimed online that they were 24hrs, also with no response.4th try was Pure Plumbing, based on a great online review from another guy who had an issue just the other night. Jacob called me back within an hour, and was at my door within another hour, at about 3am.Very courteous/friendly guy. Texted me when he arrived instead of knocking/ringing the doorbell, as he knew this would disturb my sleeping family. Thats just really thoughtful and much appreciated.He advised that it was likely the main, since all of the downstairs bathrooms were affected. Used a camera to find the blockage, actually showed it to me on the screen, then brought in another machine to clear the blockage. Was completed quickly and professionally, with explanations all the way through.Everything about the experience with Jacob was friendly, no drama, fully explained, quickly executed, and reasonably priced.And this guy is the owner, who is on call with the rest of his guys.     Jordan and Devon were great - they were able to identify the source of our leak, which wasnt a domestic plumbing issue, but an issue with our fire suppression system. So, while they werent able to actually fix anything they were extremely efficient and professional in helping locate the source. I also called several plumbing companies that day and Pure Plumbing was the only one that made me feel like my time mattered and that I was important. All other companies said they would try to squeeze me in or just didnt make me feel like I was an urgent need to them. Pure Plumbing put me on the schedule immediately and Jordan and Devon showed up with two hours. They also connected us with a restoration company to help with repairs. I would highly recommend them!

    I called Pure plumbing when none of my toilets were flushing, maybe one was draining so slow and I had a full house of family over for the holiday weekend. I was worried no one would be able to make it out but Uriel Arriaga came out Sunday and worked on my home all day and found the problem. He was able to make my toilets and showers usable for a day or two. We recently bought the home and the clean outs were compromised and did not know so they hurried back a day later dug in two locations, got clean outs installed and cleared out the pipes where the camera kept getting stuck. He did this all in one day! Him and his team worked from 7 AM TO 7PM to get the problem solved and I could not be more grateful. I will definitely be using Pure Plumbing for ANY issues I have in the future.     We had a late night emergency with clogged sewer main. Jacob was a consummate pro and made a house call at midnight. The next day he and Marcos were in an 8 foot trench and worked to replace a broken cleanout and sewer connection, getting us back on our feet fast. Cant thank Pure Plumbing enough.Jacob was also courteous, patient, and kind when explaining. He never had issues showing evidence of work needed and gave us several options to fix the problem.
