“ I recently hired Plumbing the Right Way to fix a leak in my hot water heater and add a pressure tank. I couldnt be happier with the service! Not only did they arrive promptly, but they also tackled the job efficiently and professionally. My hot water heater is now leak-free, and the added pressure tank has improved water flow throughout my home. I had a wonderful experience with Plumbing the Rightway! The tech whose name was Charlie was very knowledgeable and pinpointed my problem right away. The receptionist Anetra was very pleasant and professional. They were on time and taken care of a couple of days later. I would recommend them a thousand times over.

I had a major pipe leak after hours. I called around and got only answering machines and had to leave a message. Plumbing the right returned my call 30 minutes later and came out right away to rescue me. Several hours later the pipes were repaired for a good price. Now I only had to clean up the water I didnt catch before turning the main valve off.

Our water heater went out on New Year’s Day! Fortunately for us we have a home warranty through American Home Shield. The first company they referred couldn’t even take a look until Friday so I asked for another company and I’m so glad I did.The technician from Plumbing the Right Way came out and was courteous and thorough indicating we definitely needed a new water heater. He promised he would call AHS that evening although it was already after 6 to expedite the receipt of the heater and have them call me that night as well. The CSR at AHS had told me it could take as long as a week to have the heater authorized, ordered and then installed. However, because Plumbing the Right Way expeditiously completed everything on their end, the heater was authorized, received and installed on Sunday morning.Our broken heater was 15 years old so there were several modifications that needed to be made. I was impressed by his experience and confidence. After installing the heater he gave me good instructions in the event we needed to make any adjustments; he also made sure he cleaned up all of the packing material and other debris from the installation.I would HIGHLY recommend this company and will request AHS refer them whenever we have any plumbing issues!

5 stars Completely installed a new water heater from start to finish in 2-1/2 hours. Everything up to code. Took the old heater and did a good job of cleaning up. Will definitely use them again in the future if I have anymore plumbing problems.Very nice.

Went through our home warranty and were assigned Plumbing the Right Way. Charlie came out and evaluated the issue and i agreed with his assessment that the PRV needed to be moved from the location in the ceiling to the wall. He came and fixed the problem, and when the water heater drain valve leaked because of me draining it, he fixed that and the Hot Water Pressure relief valve. Good quality workmanship and easy to work with. I will use him again if necessary.
