Todd did an excellent job replacing a broken pipe in my yard. He hand dug it and took extreme care of the surrounding structures. His prices were reasonable and his work was efficient. He also called me when it was complete and explained everything and how to keep the problem from happening again. I hope I never have to call someone to replace a pipe again, but if I had to, I would call Todd!

After I posted a search for Plumbers, Todd, with Pipe Dreamz, called me within minutes, and was out the very next morning, ON TIME! Todd gave me a very reasonable WRITTEN quote. Todd and his partner showed up at the exact scheduled time that he told me. Two hours after he began the installation, they had installed a brand new water main line from the water meter to my house. They had advanced tools that left my yard looking like it did before they installed the pipe. His price was almost half of other quotes, and he refused to take extra, even after I tried to pay him extra. Integrity like this is hard to find. GREAT WORK!!! My plumber forever!!!!!

As a woman, the hardest thing about hiring a contractor is the fear of being taken advantage of.....Todd shattered those fears. His price was reasonable, he was knowledgeable and address all my concerns, he respected my property by minimize the breakage across the yard and left a small foot print behind the major work done. He also fixed my water heater valve that was leaking no charge as I attempted to pay extra. His work...its superior and I highly recommend Pipe Dreamz (Todd) No buyers remorse here....just GRATEFUL

These guys came out because I had a leak in the front yard. They had to dig up the yard and replace the pipe.These guys were respectful of the property and respectful during the communications process. Somehow they managed to dig up the yard, replaced the galvanized pipe with a PVC pipe (or cPVC), cover up their tracks and left the property in a matter of 4 hours, maybe 5 tops.They were professional, quick and affordable. I highly recommend them.

Stop! Dont waste time or money!!!I found these guys on Home Advisor, Shannon was a really friendly and knowledgeable guy over the phone. I was hoping he was going to come to the job but he wasnt able to make it but he assured me he sent his best guys out.Im a single parent and I dont have time to make mistakes or the money pay into corporations.I had Kurt, Tacoma and Shawn come out.Tacoma was the first one on site I spoke to him for about a half hour he was able to give up a conversation and a funny guy. Then the head honcho came with his son (Kurt/Shawn)I always get nervous when someone brings a youngster along. When I say this kid immediately got to work I mean it.Im definitely going to put more reviews out on these guys. Very fast and professional. I will be calling them for more work trust me!

I had contacted Pipe Dreamz for a second opinion on a sewer line obstruction. Todd arrived the next day at 10 am and immediately went to work. Todd was incredibly kind and down to earth and attempted to clear the line (with the caveat of no charge of it didnt work). Within 30 minutes he had performed the same work another company did in 4+ hours (and billed the life out of me to do so). While neither company was successful at the time, Todd was completely honest and did not bill me for his time. Instead we began talking about next steps.Todd quoted me 20% less than the other company. Due to time constraints, I did not use Pipe Dreamz for the job, but I dont have any hesitations in giving them a call if I ever need additional plumbing work.

Todd answered every question I had in a thorough, positive and courteous manner. His communication was virtually instantaneous (usually within minutes) and clear. He showed up on time, answered all my job site questions and completed the work sooner than I anticipated. Now the great news, Pipe Dreamz cost was 50% or more less than other bids I received. Initially I was skeptical of his lower bid but after reading the enormous number of positive reviews I took the chance and I could not be happier. We made an inquiry around 9 P.M. and he communicated immediately (during the holiday season mind you). He made availability for us to replace the entire water main the very next day (80+ Ft.) His affordability in this economy was also very much appreciated. He worked with our family financial wise and offered incredibly competitive rates compared to other local companies. He also took the time at no extra cost to check other minor issues for our family which was really the icing on the cake. I will always recommend this business!

This was a job that warranted a second opinion. I was upfront and told Todd/ Pipe Dreamz that I would be seeking a second opinion. At this point is where he separated Pipe Dreamz from t he competition. Todd told me what the other company was going to quote me, left me a tool to turn the water off and on at the main, and gave me a schedule for open appointments. After I got the second opinion and was charged for a quote, I knew Pipe Dreamz was the company to stick with.Before it was all done, Todd replaced:1. My main line2. My neighbors main water line, and3. Helped neighbor #2 troubleshoot a leak which was the result of a worn flapper.I am sticking with this company for life. I could go easily go on about how he was able to quickly diagnose my problem and identify poor materials used in my neighbors repair that took place 5 years ago. I called another Plumbing company about the same issue (clogged drain) and their attempts were unsuccessful. I called and spoke with Todd and he promised to come out the next day and he did. Needless to say, my tenants and I were VERY pleased with their service. He quickly locate and detect what the problem was and fixed it. I would recommend these guys anytime. My Project: Install, Replace or Repair a Main Water PipeI hired Pipe Dreamz because unlike Delta Plumbing, Pipe Dreamz gave me a reasonable quote from the getgo. Shannon and Todd came out early Sunday morning and by 2:00 pm they had ran a brand new water main line from the water meter to my house. The leak was repaired just like that. They had all the right tools for the job, they didn t stop until the work was complete and the yard was back in order and all debris was picked up. I honestly felt that Shannon and Todd were extremely honest and ethical and I am so grateful that they did such an awesome job for me.
