Had a great experience with Daniel at Loop plumbing today. On time (5 mins early), super professional, extremely knowledgeable and very thorough from removing shoes at entrance to job cleanup. Most importantly, the work is flat rate, no trip charges and no extra/hidden charges when job was complete. Will instantly be elevated to our first call “A” plumber in our professional trade list.

We just moved into an older house with ancient pipes. Learned quickly that wipes do cause clogging. I called around looking for service late night on July 3rd, and he offered to come 7AM on 4th of July! I mainly chose Loop Plumbing because it was very apparent he has a lot of knowledge and experience during our phone conversation. Upon his arrival, he evaluated the issue. Worked his magic and we had a working toilet in 30 minutes…it actually works better now. A couple of days later, we noticed our sink was leaking water. He arrived within 45 minutes after the call. Rescued us twice in less than a week. During the process of both services, he told us what to do to prevent future issues, and was happy to let us watch him at work for educational purposes. Love it when you find good people doing good and honest work. Also very kind and respectful. Affordable prices as well. Daniel with Loop Plumbing is 5 stars and then some.

I submitted a request via Yelp for a persistent (>3 year) stubborn slow to drain sink assessment that historically has been responsive to anti clogging agents, but had recently become a nuisance again. Daniel responded to my request within 2 minutes late on a Saturday night, offering his predicted price as well as appointment availability for the following day (Sunday). The company I actually submitted the request to had responded with sorry were closed, can help Monday.I had an appointment scheduled within 20 minutes of my initial outreach.He notified me when en route the next morning with an ETA and honored the discussed appointment window.He diagnosed my problem quickly, was thorough in his plan and explanation of how plumbing works in and under a house built during the time period mine was, explained the root of my problem, was successful in extracting a barrette from deep within the drain pipes, and instructed me how to troubleshoot a slow drain problem in the future.He left me with a business card and made himself available via phone to answer any questions/help me troubleshoot a minor issue on the future virtually if I ever need to.I have previously been loyal to a well known grand scale company in the metroplex, but his pricing, and customer service far supersede those Ive experienced in the past. I would certainly call him for problems in the future, and would recommend others do too!
