Landlord contacted Draintech due to a major backup in the main line that needed jetting asap. Kyle was awesome and they were shorthanded that day. Kyle came out and did by himself what the competition said was going to take 2 people to do. He did it with a smile, and was very pleasant his entire time working on the sewage line. Very accommodating and prompt upon arrival time.Kyle took the time to explain everything going on in detail and was upfront with pricing, even though the landlord was paying for the repair. Draintech was half the price of the competition. Kyle even videotaped the issues which he stated would be recurring if the pipes were not replaced. He was 100% right as two weeks later, the problem reared its head again and the landlord had the grounds dug up the following morning and the pipes replaced.All the way around, Draintech gets 5 stars for everything from start to finish. In a time where nobody wants to do anything, but get paid, Kyle and Draintech made old school customer service still exist. Thanks!

I had an issue with a blocked kitchen sink yesterday. Draintech came same day and fixed the issue for me. Crew was friendly, fast and knowledgeable; price was reasonable. Happy I called them & highly recommend for any drain issues.

Same price to get septic cleaned out as the other guys, who couldnt clean whole tank out. Guy was beyond knowledgeable about septic systems and verified that my septic tank was working properly. 10/10 Recommend them any time you have an issue with septic.

One year ago today Draintec DallasPA serviced my Main Sewer. From start to finish my experience with this Company was top-notch. I would recommend them to anyone. James arrived, diagnosed the problem and completed all necessary work in a professional manner. No further problems developed. Cleanup was mostly done by James. Yesterday I received a call about a clogged toilet. I called Draintech and spoke with Karen and she got a man out to me within an hour. Kyle was the name of the tech who responded, showed up on time and within no time, unclogged the drain. I had tried everything, chemicals, wire snake, you name it. I called yesterday for backed up Main sewer drain, they arrived today.James was kind and answered all my questions. He was quick and efficient and had me back up and running within an hour. I have used other plumbers and had to call drain tech in a lot less time than I should have. Also, my service today was $40 less than what I paid the previous plumber just back on October 30th.I will definitely be using them the next time I have an issue and I highly recommend them!Thank you so much James!James also said if I had any issues within 30 days he would come back free of charge! Couldnt ask for a better service!
