Wow, I don’t know another word to describe my experience with Chasteen Plumbing. From scheduling the appointment to fixing my plumbing issue, the process was seamless and speedy. I was very satisfied with the plumber that came today. He informed me that he didn’t have the proper part and the job had to be rescheduled. I informed him that the bathroom sink water was a little slow draining. He disassembled the sink and brought out some debris that was causing the slow drain. I was very thankful for that. Family owned & operated. Always responsive & reliable. Most recently, an experienced professional quickly identified the leak in my main water line leading into our home caused by roots of shrubs. He repaired it quickly and confidently while leaving my yard just like he found it. Chasteen has long been our first call for all of our plumbing needs. -

Had a water leak in the dining room wall, service man Remington, a GREAT young man located the leak cut two small holes in sheet rock repaired the leak no fuss no mess. Before he pulled out of my driveway i realized my old water shut off valve was leaking he came back in and replaced it on the spot. We would adopt Remington if possible! Super GREAT guy and super GREAT service from the moment I called and spoke to Brent Chasteen until job was finished. 5 Giant Stars!!!!!!!! -
