If you want a company that genuinely cares about the people they service, look no further. Our HVAC went down during the coldest temps so far and Tramont was there the same day, had the part ordered, and the day the part came in he was back at our house installing it. Collyn was very clear with communication, costs, when the part was supposed to to arrive, etc. Definitely will continue to use them for our HVAC needs.

We had our HVAC replaced with Tramont and they are absolutely amazing! Our unit was older and had some issues and they were very upfront with the pros and cons of repairing vs a new unit. Ultimately we decided on a new unit and they were here on time, very professional, and got everything up and working. We had also used them for something minor in the summer and they cleaned my unit while they were here that time, and took extra precautions to make sure my chickens didn’t get into any of the cleaning supplies. I also want to add that anytime I call them they are very quick to respond and get someone out asap! Highly highly recommend this company!

Collyn and his crew were great. They replaced my old ductwork and installed new flexible ductwork in our unfinished basement. They installed an Aprilaire dehumidifier to help with humidity issues in the unfinished basement as well. Theyre very punctual and reliable and we highly recommend them. These folks are very knowledgeable and they go above and beyond to make their customers happy!

Experienced an issue with our HVAC. Collyn responded with a timeframe for the visit. He called earlier than expected to see if it was OK to come out. Very respectful and thorough in his evaluation. Identified the issue and had new parts on the way within a couple hours. Repairs were made early the next morning as soon as parts arrived. He asked if I had any further questions and made sure that I understood what had caused the issue in the beginning. I give them five stars all the way around! Excellent service! Will be my first choice next time I have any issues.

If I could give this company a 10 star I would. EVERY representative of this company has been an example of what I would expect from a professional company. I was treated as a priority and really felt like I was the only customer they were working with. Called Tramont as a second opinion for my dead ac unit. I wish I didn’t waste my time with the other company. These guys were straight with me when discussing options. They got a new unit in the next day and even lent us a portable ac unit for the night. Their pricing was way more reasonable than the initial company which was about $4000 more and the unit is bigger than expected. These are my go to guys moving forward and have already suggested to other people.

Tramont went above and beyond when I needed them to move my entire HVAC unit in my basement because of foundation restoration being done to my home. We were going to be without AC for almost 3 days but Collyn told us we could use his mobile AC unit that Tramont conveniently had at no extra charge!Alot of this was planned last minute due to having to coordinate with the foundation companys schedule. BUT, Collyn and Austin made it all work. No hassle. I contacted Tramont about our dryer vent. Small closet, upright W/D. Flexible ductwork to the vent in the wall behind it was getting smooshed causing a fire hazard. Collyn recommended venting it downward behind the washer and then piping it out through a basement wall. Perfect solution. We’re very happy with their work and timeliness, and would definitely recommend Tramont for heating/cooling needs.

My air was reading over 10 degrees hotter than what I had it set at and the next few days were supposed to be record temps… I called several companies and couldn’t get anyone out sooner than late the next day. Found Tramont and reached out, they were able to come out and check things first thing in the morning. Turned out my coil was frozen over due to my unit needing a major cleaning! They got me up and running within about an hour and a half, explained what would help moving forward. Extremely professional and made me feel at ease the whole time. Scheduled appointment for maintenance check up on my heat/air unit. Austin was very thorough, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. He cleaned the unit, checked its efficiency, and replaced a part. He also confirmed for me with photos the condition of my duct work located in the crawl space. As I suspected it had issues. We discussed options and have a plan in place when this heat wave eases up. Meanwhile my unit is working great.

Our upstairs HVAC started to go out just before vacation so we waited till we got back and it had totally died. It was the night of July 3rd and my wife asked if anyone could come look at it that week. Collyn responded and said he could come the next morning which was July 4th. We said he could wait till the day after but he came out and looked at unit. It had no freon left, so we decided to fill it up and hope it would make it thru the summer. Unfortunately it only made it another week, so we called Collyn and he came right back out. We asked for a quote to replace it and he had multiple options within an hour. We chose one and he had the equipment ordered and came out to install within 2 days. They took the old one out and installed the new one in a new location for a future remodel we are planning. He and his crew had it done in a day and cleaned up after themselves. We will be using Tramont Heating and Cooling for future projects at the house.
