My mother and father built a house in 1959 and my mother lived there until her death at 90. The house was well maintained but naturally, systems were old and worn out. In January 2020, Putnam Plumbing replaced the water heater which had been poorly installed and was a hazard. They also replaced the water system which was no easy task because the pipes were in a crawlspace, very tight and difficult to get to. The work was very good and finished in a timely fashion. We could tell a difference in the taste of the water immediately! This past January when the house was under contract to sell, the buyer asked that some leaks in the waste pipes be repaired. Once more, Garry and his crew worked in less than easy access and replace the cast iron and made the necessary repairs. It looks beautiful and I am sure that those repairs will add to the integrity of the house. Garry was responsive to our needs, and made every effort to handle business in a kind and professional manner. He makes every effort to make his customers happy and takes pride in his work. I recommend this business and would not hesitate to use Putnam Plumbing again.

Kevin and Putnam Plumbing struck again with amazing work and service. This time we called to get on the schedule to have a new dishwasher installed. We were scheduled for Friday but they had a cancellation and called to see if they could get out job done today. Yes we could have paid Lowes to do it but we would not have received the service or attention to detail that we receive from Kevin and Putnam Plumbing. Not only was the dishwasher installed but Kevin found a problem with the drainage system that had not been installed properly. The drainage pipes that were used prior to Kevins work were very, very, loose, installed improperly, and on the verge of coming apart thereby causing a flood in my kitchen. Kevin saw this problem, pointed it out to us and explained what was done incorrectly, then proceeded to fix the drainage problem thereby saving us a disaster and possibly a lot of money in floor and cabinet repairs. Kevin proceeded to run a test on the dishwasher, pick up all the trash from the installation, put everything back the way it was when he arrived (including a table I moved out of his way), and hauled off the old dishwasher. Amazing work! Love my new dishwasher! Great people, and my only choice for a plumber.

They replaced all the drain lines in my house and not only did they do an excellent job it cost less than half of what another company gave me an estimate for. The workers werecourteous and very respectful of my home. They came when they said they would and worked everyday until the job was done. I highly recommend this company. I wish I had known about them last time I needed a plumber because I used Hiller and I feel like I was way overcharged and the cut every corner they could.
