Buck’s sent a guy out to install a water pressure regulator for the house. Assessment was made and determined the regulator should go out by the meter instead of in the house. I was charged $125 for service call with it being reimbursed on the final bill. When they came back to do the work I only got 1/2 of the service call back, the office noting that they have to pay for gas etc. I had to remind the service guy to credit me for the trip charge. The service is great and men are friendly and seem knowledgeable and go out of their way to help you. The work was done satisfactory.

I was really happy at how prompt they were at coming to pump my septic tank, I had to be pretty persistent in trying to get some follow up work scheduled, but they have fixed my septic issue. The operator was amazing and heard a completely unrelated leak from under the house that they came out the next day to fix. I would absolutely call them again!

Scheduling was very easy and we received texts to remind us about our appointment, let us know when the truck was on its way, and thank us after it was completed. More importantly, the gentleman... Bobby, who actually did the work for us was very nice, attentive to detail and did a wonderful job. I hope that Bucks appreciate Bobby because he was a great representative for their company! These guys work very hard. I don’t even think they take breaks, barely. The owner, Shane, jumps in and works just as hard. At the same time they are all always smiling and friendly. The job looked good and when they are done they try to make everything look neat. We had an entire field line put in and septic pumped. After they were done the yard was more level than it was before. I highly recommend them.

I called after hours and left a message and I messaged Bucks on Facebook early the next morning. Found a small leak in a water line in my basement Tuesday morning. Contacted Bucks and had an appointment scheduled for Wednesday afternoon between 12 and 4 PM. They sent Devan and he was at my house at 1 PM. He immediately identified the issue and worked with me to understand what he was going to do to repair the leak on a corroded pipe. After that leak was fixed, he identified another leak in my crawlspace, which he promptly fixed. Pricing was reasonable, since he replaced about 7 feet of pipe and a tee in a crawlspace and in a tight space in my basement. Total charge was $190. Devan was done before 3 PM. Devan was courteous and efficient, and I am highly satisfied with his work. I plan to use Bucks again when I have a future plumbing issue.

Even though our house is only ten years old, and the septic tank had never been pumped out... it was extremely full, and turned out to be quite the job for the guys. Since we are the second owners, and there are only two of us... the items found in the tank would have had to come from the original owners. Things that obviously should never have been flushed down the commodes.The guys earned their pay on this one. I’m very pleased with the service, and all the information they passed on as to how to properly maintain the septic system. It was recommended that we pump it out again in 4 years, and with the proper monthly preventative maintenance... it should be a much easier job. I will definitely use Bucks Plumbing again. We recently encountered an issue with our septic system. Bucks was the only plumbing company that was able to come out and address our issue within a reasonable amount of time (its not very fun not being able to use the plumbing). When they pumped our tank, they indicated there was a problem with the drain field lines. They answered all of my questions and guided me through the process of obtaining an appropriate EPA permit to perform further repairs. Once the permit was provided, they had everything fixed faster than I anticipated.

Bucks scheduled an appointment for the same day when I called them for help with a totally backed up sewer. They came when they said they would with the equipment that they needed. They quickly found the septic tank, pulled the access lid and cleaned the tank. They determined that the line to the house was clogged and were able to auger the line from inside the septic tank and remove the clog without needing to enter the house. I was very pleased and impressed with the knowledge, courtesy, and consideration of the professionals who did the job. The cost was reasonable. I was very happy with their service and will call them next time that I need help with plumbing and septic problems. FIVE STARS!

Technicians arrived same day as the call and completed the work in less than 2 hours which included cutting into my concrete patio to repair a leak in my main waterline. The owner of the company arrived also to give a hand. They were professional from the tracking application showing when they would arrive, to making sure their feet were covered to not track into the house to explaining what I could do to patch my concrete myself. They also advised me on a future septic repair. Theyre definitely my go to for future plumbing and septic needs.

April 14, 2017I’m a senior, which means I’m on a fixed income and wasn’t born yesterday; I know good work when I see it. I have also lived and worked in this area for thirty-two (32) years. I never had any septic problems until about three (3) years ago and I’ve used Bucks services for all my septic needs (Ive watched my neighbors complications with numerous other septic services). Bucks have performed regular services, emergency services, installed a two (2) foot Riser for me, as well as a major tank repair job that I’ll tell you more about in a moment. They have come in the dark, in the rain, in the cold, and when it was dark, raining and cold. In all of those circumstances, everyone was always pleasant and professional.The latest work that Shane and his crew did for me, was the major tank repair that I previously mentioned. Because I have a half-bath below ground level, my septic tank is buried three (3) feet below the ground’s surface and that is just down to the top of the tank’s lid! Anyway, the original sealer that was used to enclose the hole around the inlet pipe had disintegrated. Every time it would rain, water would pour into my tank causing it to fill rapidly and back the line up so that I could not use any inside water.Shane and his crew dug a trench approximately three (3) feet wide and seven (7) feet deep in order to clear the dirt and mud away from the inlet hole. Once that had been done, it was discovered that the inlet pipe had been bent in such a way as that it was climbing uphill before entering the tank. This was probably due to the soil between the house and the tank, becoming excessively heavy with rain water and then bearing down on the inlet pipe. Also, a small section of the tank’s lip had disintegrated and was allowing water to flow into the tank from above.A larger hole had to be dug to discover how much of the inlet pipe needed to be replaced in order to have a downward slope on the inlet pipe from the house to the tank. This hole was approximately eight (8) feet in circumference and seven (7) feet deep. Next, the inlet hole had to be patched up to seal where the inlet pipe entered the tank and fresh concrete had to be placed where the tank’s lid had disintegrated. Keep in mind, replacing the tank wasn’t an option due to the underground water. Besides, tank replacement would have been far more expensive and with the spring rains coming every few days, there was no way of knowing if the ground would ever dry up enough to install a new tank!In the end, I was extremely pleased with the way Buck’s repaired my tank. Their prompt, courteous and professional service, as well as the very reasonable price for the dirty, nasty and hard work they do, is a very welcome sight!I am fully persuaded that no more rain water will enter my tank, at least not where Buck’s worked on it for me. Lol. I will definitely use Buck’s again and you should too!

We have used Bucks for years and years. Shane has always been good to work with and always satisfied our needs. This time, a new employee, Alex, was sent and he was very efficient and courteous. The cost for replacing a water heater seemed really high but we had to have it done and Shane got Alex out there within hours of our calling. We now wish we had gone on and gotten the water heater at Lowes but it just didnt work out that we had time to do that. We have never had a problem dealing with Bucks or Shane. We hope Alex stays with the company as he sure seems to have the knowledge as he had done plumbing for 19 years in Miami before moving here, recently. Nice man.

Bucks plumbing has done several jobs for me. Everything from major septic work to just installing a faucet in a bathroom. They are always courteous and timely. I had to call them on one occasion to come and stop a water leak on July 4th!! They treat you like family and even felt like I was charged like family. I have dealt with 2 other plumbers in my area before on the same septic problem that cost me thousands. Bucks ended up fixing my problem finally and 5 years later, still no issues. I would highly recommend Bucks for any of your plumbing needs. I dont have another plumbers number in my contacts anymore, just Bucks!

Bucks Plumbing has been the best l have ever had! I can show you bad plumbing from previous plumbers I am ashamed at the tacky mess they left from drilling holes in the wrong spot & redrilling again trying to get it right. I couldnt believe this man had license but he did! So l ask around & most everyone said, Try Bucks Plumbing, They are the best & I was told over & over They truly love the Lord. This really spoke to me, because I too Love God with all my Heart & Soul! I was double blessed by Excellent Service & I had freedom to share how deeply I love my God! Much to my surprise they didnt charge as much as previous plumbers & they did great work!
