The old copper pipes sprang a leak in the concrete slab under the house. Cookeville Plumbing redid the pipes in my house without having to dig up the concrete. They were quick, efficient, professional, and friendly. My family has used them for years, and I have no hesitation in calling them when another problem pops up. Recommended by a family member over a decade ago, Cookeville Plumbing has been great. Everyone weve dealt with has been professional, direct, and easy to work with. When our water heater started leaking one weekend, Joey came on Sunday to get the leak stopped, and then he and Ricky were back the next day to install a replacement water heater.

I have nothing but good things to say. Im a new house owner and I joined the Cookeville club. Ricky has been the service person and I absolutely trust him. I had a lot of work that needed done with electrical and normal services on my a/c units . Amazing customer service.! Always on time. And friendly. The value seems amazing as well. On Monday morning I woke up to a small leak in my basement and they sent people out first thing. They fixed the issues quickly. I dont remember the guys name . But happy with their work. They always keep my house clean by cleaning up any mess that are created from fixing something and they never track in dirt from the outside. So happy I found them. So pleased!!

After calling two plumbing companies with no response and one who couldnt get to us, Cookeville Pluming and Electric had someone to the house within 45 minutes of my phone call! Joe explained the issue, quickly fixed it, and cleaned up after the job was done. He was polite and friendly. I will use Cookeville Plumbing again. (cleared clogged drain, removed garbage disposal, and installed new drain basket)

We rent through Crown Rental properties, who use these guys for their plumbing and electric calls. We have had a few maintenance calls for a few different issues, and they are always quick to send someone out. Joe has always been the main guy and him and his partner are very polite, professional, and work quickly. We got home late last night on thanksgiving and realized our garbage disposal had been leaking water all day, and we hadn’t noticed until then. I left a voicemail and they got joe out ASAP this morning to replace it. I highly recommend!
