I had a huge plumbing issue and chose to call First Choice from the reviews I had read of all the plumbers in town. Tom came and looked at the job, gave a reasonable quote and started the work right when he said he would. I was pleased with the quality of work and timing in which it was completed. There was a small issue (on a Sunday), and I called First Choice right away. The crew was back at my house fixing the issue right away, and left things better than they were before. I really appreciated that if they were going to be delayed, I got a text or call, keeping me in the know. I will use First Choice again for projects or if issues arise. I am a satisfied customer and recommend First Choice Plumbing without reservation.

They are THE BEST! We have a new direct vent propane water heater that someone else installed. It would not stay lit. Installer kept coming back but never fixed problem. 1st Choice knew within 15 min what needed to be done & found more than one installation problem. So happy with their personable manner & cleanliness. Would recommend them all day every day!

We highly recommend First Choice Plumbing! They worked us into their schedule the same day we called them. They worked until after dark replacing our sewage pump so that we could use our toilets and shower. They were back the next day and worked in the rain to complete the job and bring it up to code. They were friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We will definitely use them again if needed!

I came across Tom and his team when the previous company I was using failed to show up as promised about a year ago. I’ve called on First Choice multiple times since then, not only for myself, but also for my family and friends. Tom always responds immediately when he is needed emergently, and makes sure to get us worked in quickly for non emergent situations as well. First Choice gets the job done, and the prices are very reasonable- in fact, Tom charged me much less than the previous company did, and the first time he came for a repair, it was to fix something done incorrectly by the more expensive company. Anytime someone needs a plumber- this is who I send them to and will continue to do so based on his prompt service, reasonable prices, and trustworthiness. Y’all won’t go wrong by choosing this company!!

I dont call ANYONE else. After going through 7 or 8 plumbers for simple things First Choice Plumbing is now my only choice. They are fast, honest and fairly priced! Maybe they should change their name to Only Choice Plumbing. If they say they are going to do it, it is actually done.....the right way. And they never have tried to rip us off....ever! I love this company I will be a loyal customer.

Fast, efficient, and they get the job done for a very reasonable price. I had a blocked main line that needed to be cleared. Unfortunately, I first tried another plumbing company who cost me over $1000 and did not listen to anything that I said. I called First Choice Plumbing yesterday evening. They came out today and cleaned out the main line right away. Problem solved.Dont waste your time and money with a different company like I did. Call First Choice Plumbing.

We had a little pin leak in one of our copper pipes one evening called First Choice Plumbing. Tom was out here within an hour got it all taking care of. Tom mentioned and showed us how bad our copper piping was and suggested replacing all piping with PEX he quoted us a very reasonable price. We had it done a couple days later and we couldnt be happier. In fact we plan on having a new shower installed later and we will definitely be using First Choice Plumbing for all our plumbing needs.

This company is worth way more than five stars. The lady who answered the phone was exceptional. They were here in a timely manner. He went out of his way to repair our busted waterline in the most efficient way possible.I found this company online and I chose them based on their excellent reviews. The reviews are accurate, including the fact that he does not overcharge or break your budget.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I highly recommend First Choice Plumbing. They were punctual, polite and gave an estimate on the front end and actually came in a little bit under their estimate.They installed a tankless water heater to replace our leaking water heater. About 20 minutes before they arrived on time for their appointment our existing water heater self-destructed and dumped 50 gallons of water into our basement. The crew from First Choice quickly did what they could to drain what was left in the tank. After that they pressed on with the job at hand.Despite numerous obstacles that came up ( not their failt) the crew stayed on task and did not leave until everything was completed. That was at 8:30 at night!Thank you First Choice Plumbing

I especially want to mention the two young men that replaced the new tank...Devan Coleman and Ethan Wilmoth. These two young men were courteous and professional.
