Great service! We had a leak coming through the floor through the ceiling downstairs and also into the room next door. Ben responded even faster than the 3-hr estimated response time, diagnosed the problem, quickly offered a few different solutions, then ran to the store to get what was needed to do the best job possible. It was finished very quickly, and apparently just in time as the old fitting came apart in his hand as he was taking it apart!

Absolutely wonderful service!!! The tech was here less than an hour after I called. Adam was an absolute professional. We got a call when he was about half an hour out to let us know when he would be arriving, which was great. He came in, was very polite, and quickly assessed our issues and solved the problem. I highly recommend this service.

After calling for service because our shop commode had dumped over 29,000 gallons of water, the company determined my need was not urgent since it was not leaking into the shop but rather the sewer system. In the meantime, we turned the water to the commode off at the wall when not in use.They dispatched servicemen the next day and arrived just prior to noon. Within 5 minutes they had the problem fixed, showed what they had done and what was replaced, and were finished.They said that they are one of the few 24 hour plumbers and will even come out on Christmas or holidays if there is a problem. Very impressed indeed! Our best wishes for the success of this new business in Cookeville. They deserve to be successful!

My son broke a ToiletShroom Plunger off in the toilet deep in the drain. Ben came out and was able to clear the drain and remove the head of the plunger with a snake tool the likes of which Ive never seen! Excellent job and very nice! Always interesting to know its a first for a job. Even kept the head of the plunger as a trophy. Cant wait to tell my grandkids the story of Murfreesboros first disappearing plunger trick!

Adam and Jared helped resolve a semi-urgent issue with my kitchen sink within 24 hours of the problem arising. They were early to the appointment, courteous, efficient, and kind enough to come back 5–10 minutes after they left to address a related drip under the sink. Was pleasantly surprised by how quickly we had a solution. Had a great and prompt experience over the phone when scheduling the appointment, too. Based on the 3 people I interacted with, this operation is responsive and action-oriented. I know who Im calling if/when my next plumbing need arises!

Could not ask for a better person than Ben. I have had to deal with Multiple plumbing companies over the past year and after speaking and dealing with Ben and his company I will NEVER EVER use or ever even think about calling or using any other plumbing business besides this one. Not only is this a company with a heart, but very professional, was on time and sooo much more pleasant to deal with than any of the other 4 major plumbing companies I have had out at my house! If you need any plumbing or sewer work done call them and ONLY them.... You wont regret it. Would rate 10 stars if I could!! God bless this business 😍💯

Great experience. Ben and Nick showed up right on time. Knew exactly how to fix the garbage disposal that had some glass down in it. Gave us the Allan key for the bottom of the disposal. Glued a loose pipe we hadn’t noticed and tightened up the disposal. Gave me some hints on a toilet issue we had.

Also they could not locate the city required sewer clean out in our yard so their fact-finding investigation and advice on future system maintenance was extremely informative and valuable.
