    I’m pleased with the service! I called at 8 o’clock in the morning when I realized the temperature was dropping inside my home. My call was answered immediately, and the receptionist reassured me that a repair man would be out that afternoon. Jack was the repair man. He was very courteous and came and explained exactly The work he had done and the part that he needed to order a checked it three times to make sure it would work until he could come back and put in the part.

    I cant even express the gratitude I have for this company. I called every listing on Google search and this is the only company that produced results. Eric explained everything that could happen and assured me he would get the job done. He did and the two young men who came and knocked out a job that was not the easiest were great.     Charles Stone plumbing, heating and cooling did an amazing job with my HVAC service. Jack Trivett and Matt came out to 1st do a cleaning that my unit needed. After they helped me schedule a appointment for some much needed repairs. Very knowledgeable. Excellent work! Now my home is feeling a lot cooler and ready for the cold as well.

    The absolute best service around… hands down. We had an issue with the AC at an event center on Friday. We had events all weekend. They sent a technician out that day and we had cool air in no time. Chandler Barton is our hero!! He knows what he’s doing and does it all with a smile. Highly recommended and ask for Chandler!

    Charles Stone does regular maintenance for the company I work for, so when I had an emergency in my own home I decided to give them a call. A technician (Kevin) was on his way within an hour of me calling and found the problem I was having with my A/C in minutes!! He gave me repair options and we came up with the most cost efficient solution! He also educated me on how to care for my hvac system so that I don’t have this problem again.     Our heat and air unit was now ready for replacement. Charles Stone and his son Ken installed it 28 years ago. I believe it lasted that long due to having a service agreement. Our new unit was installed in one day and expertly done. Matthew and Danial did a neat, clean installation. The outside unit was level and square or perpendicular to our home. It also sat squarely on its pad. All connections from the outside unit through the wall of the house were neat and sealed correctly. The inside unit was also level and plumb. When finished all trash was carried off and floor vacuumed. We appreciate the neat work and professionalism. Charles Stone Heating and Cooling have been our go to for 28 years and have always been satisfied. It’s nice having a company of dedicated people to call upon when needed.

    You only need to call Charles Stone for your plumbing project! Excellent customer service from getting a timely estimate and start date to knowledgeable tradesman completing our project. Ours was a BIG total replumping project in a 50 year old BIG house. At one point there were 5 trucks and 8 workers at our house. Eric was an outstanding crew leader, he carefully planned the project to avoid tearing out more drywall than necessary. The entire crew was great- showing up early every morning, hard working and knowing their trade, polite - I just can not say enough about how smooth it all went. Thank you Eric and crew!

I had another water leak in my crawl space (old house) and of course I called Charles Stone. They came out and took care of it promptly. These people are professionals and very reasonably priced.     We had a wonderful experience with Charles Stone. After multiple visits from other companies and no solution, Travis Woody with Charles Stone came out and diagnosed the problem with our tankless water heater on his first visit. I’m so thankful they were able to order a part and repair it instead of us having to replace it all together, which is what we were told by the others! I highly recommend them and will definitely be calling them again when the time comes.

    Was able to get here same day (within a couple of hours). Price was a little spendy, but what plumber isnt these days.....gotta love inflation!! Had plumber and his trainee, re-install my kitchen faucet which had to be moved, as I had just put in new quartz countertops and a bigger sink. They were pleasant and efficient.     Gavin was very kind and informative of what he was doing. I had a leak coming from the refrigerator line that was leaking under my kitchen sink. It was hard to find at first but Gavin didnt give up! I appreciated that he involved me in the discovery process and had the problem fixed within the hour. He also went into our crawlspace to check our water pressure valve and was knowledgeable and reassuring. I fully expected the replacement would be over a grand and was happy to hear that the quote (unless something came up) would be less than half. This is our first home and we have been in it for less than two months and i am grateful to have found a company that was willing to come out so quickly!

He figured out what was wrong, gave me options and then went in the direction I decided. I am not sure where they keep finding such wonderful people to work for them, but Charles Stone is doing something right!I have only been in Cookeville a little more that 6 months, but have had Charles Stone out to my house on more than one occasion and have been extremely please each time!     Had a water leak under the floor on Wed. morning 8/16/23. Called for a repair and Travis was here in a couple of hours. I said very hard location to get to and pipes from 1992. He had it repaired in about 45 min. and the cost was very reasonable. I ask for a quote on a complete replacement and its the best one. Not the end of the story. AC/heat unit froze up that night, l looked in on blower side and coils were covered in ice. There is only a couple of things that cause this. So i let it thaw and saw rusted coils, unit is 9 years old. Called back Thursday morning for a technican and Brian was here in a few hours. Very knowledgeable, he ran the test that verified what I expected. We reviewed the cost for replacement based on size, and impoved energy efficiency. This is Friday 8/17, Stacy and Matt got here about 8:30 this morning and had me cooling down by about 2:30. Very impressed with the excellent level of customer service and commitment to quality of work.

    The lady who took my call was so nice and got in the touch with Mark. Mark helped me save 2 freezers full of food! A storm had knocked out power on one wall of our shop.
