We recently had a major water leak going from our water meter to our house. I called Lee Company to get this fixed immediately. Our water bill was $1000 a month. James Garcia came out to look at the problem and he quickly set up the technicians to come out. Ty and Allen arrived and quickly started with the repair. It was determined that the old water line was leaking under two large trees. So it was decided to abandon the old line and run a new water line. Ty and Allen are so talented and saved me a ton of money and aggravation with how they performed the repair. I thought I was going to have to destroy my 100ft driveway. Ty and Allen are Best in Class technicians. Its peace of mind knowing that Lee Co.only hires the best!

Ethan, our technician from Lee Company, did a very thorough job of analyzing and tuning up our heating unit. He took pictures of our unit to show us its condition and explained the steps he took in tuning it up. He was extremely impressive in the entire process. The service person was very nice and seemed to know what he was doing, however, this was after hours and it took a long time for him to arrive. My problem was my fire alarms which your company installed kept going off, and I couldnt silence them. He found a problem with one of the four, and we hoped the problem was solved, however, they keep going off in the middle of the night. The first night I had to silence the alarms twice. The second night, the alarm silenced itself by the time I reached it.These are 10 year alarms and this is not the only time Ive had this problem. One was replaced earlier by you company as being defective. But they still go off at random times, but usually silence themselves. This time, they all went off at one time and could not be silenced. I know I need to call you again, but I had to pay a service fee, and evidently it doesnt solve my problem.

Gerrit the service technician was very skilled and quickly identified the issue with my dishwasher, and was able to get it running again. Its an old (10+ year) dishwasher, and told me if it happened again, I would probably need a new service panel (or mother board...I cant remember the term he used), and how much that repair would be. So that was very helpful. I can decide with my budget if I should make the possible future repair, or put that money toward a new dishwasher. I would not hesitate for one second to uses this company again! They are honest, knowledgeable, and very good at what they do. Their prices were very reasonable and they care about the customer. I dont usually take the time to review...but the reviews helped me pick the Lee Company, so I wanted to make sure I took the time to do this. They were that good! (such a relief in this day and time) ;)

Lee Company has a good reputation in the Greater Nashville area, and for good reason. They finish a job and are courteous about it, even if there was a slight hiccup in the way it got done. Their technicians are extremely well-mannered and take the time to explain things and their thoroughness is appreciated.I recently had a routine check where some minor issues needed corrections. The next morning, the AC was blowing, but not cold air. I called and a few hours later, they were out to fix it at no charge to me for the inconvenience. It would have been great to get it completely right the first time, but fixing the mistake promptly without explaining why it might cost me extra was not in the cards for Lee Company. Full transparency in fixing a minor mistake and youre definitely keeping my business. My hats off to Joseph, Marcel, and Brett!!!

Lee Company installed a standby generator for us at our new home. On time, friendly service, and very professional. Daniel, our project manager, broke down all aspects of the install and costs associated. No high pressure sales and a great financing option. Beat their competitors price by a lot. Communication with all parties has been above board throughout the process.Install went seamlessly, made sure everything worked as promised and that we were happy afterwards. Their Generac tech has already been by and checked the unit to make sure everything was right as well. He gave me a detailed rundown on how it all worked.Very impressed with all of Lees personnel that I have dealt with. If you knew me you would know I am as cynical and untrusting as they come. They have proven that there are good businesses still out there that want to do good work, wont rip you off, and have repeat business.

Our 2 1/2 yr old cooling system suddenly stopped cooling. I called for an appt at 11 am and was advised they would work me in. I was advised they would most likely arrive after hours but they would be there. The tech contacted me around 6 to advise he was about an hour out & he arrived as expected. I am so grateful they kept their word! Bobby basically knew what the problem was but he checked everything out & quickly solved the issue. Service was prompt and courteous. A repair was performed and we were assured that if the fix was not adequate, an entirely new part would be provided. A Lee company tech was out at our house performing a routine home maintenance checkup on our heating portion of the HVAC system. Our system had also been struggling to keep up with the cold temperatures. The tech found that electrical components were not sending electricity to the compressor and fan causing them to freeze. The tech replaced the electrical component and was able to get us by while we considered purchasing a new HVAC/pump package. We just bought our house in spring of 2022 and the HVAC is 11 years old. With the age and also substantial micro-bacterial growth we ultimately decided to go with a new Trane unit that included duct cleaning. They scheduled us in the next week for installation and the week after for the duct cleaning. Throughout the entire process, Lee company was professional, friendly, high-quality work, and worked with us all the way through. Its never easy to make decisions like this when its unexpected high costs on your home but when it comes up and in the best interest and have the means to take care of it, we trust Lee company to take care of us.
