Carolina Restoration Pro replaced my roof about a year ago, and their crew did a great job. They were efficient and cleaned up my property very well! Recently, I had another roofing company that was in the neighborhood try to tell me I had an issue, but it was just a sales tactic. Eleazar, their foreman, came out and inspected the roof and even blew leaves off for me and caulked around the vents. He went over and above to be kind and respectful, and I really appreciated it so much. This has been a great company to work with, both in the past and present. Very professional!

Asked for a quote for a new roof due to leaks. Devin was honest and told me I didn’t t need a new roof on my commercial building yet, but that he would repair gouges recently made by a local HVAC company. I appreciate Devin’s honesty and integrity (hard to find these days!). Furthermore, Devin was prompt to repair my roof within a matter of days and before the next rain :-) No more leaks!! It was a pleasure doing business with Carolina Restoration Pro and I will definitely call them when I do need a new roof.

Very professional crew. I sent my representative, Prax, about 35 questions before signing the contract and he answered them all quickly. His knowledge about working with insurance companies made this part very easy for me. Eleazar was my crew leader and did a great job responding to my questions and requests during the installation. Clive was referred to us for our wind/hail damaged roof and handled the entire process including the initial inspection, filing of the insurance claim, meeting the adjuster on site, and following up after completion. He walked through every phase with us and made sure we understood the particulars of each step clearly. The crew did an amazing job completing the entire roof in one day. I was preparing to begin the search for a roofing contractor. One afternoon, before I even started, Jenifer came to my door. She had noticed the condition of my roof and stopped in to offer to help. There isn’t a 6 star option!? My supervisor told me to call Clive Davis after I confided that I didn’t know what do about fixing the old roof on the house I just bought. Wow! I’m glad I did! As a first time home owner I was skeptical and not sure what I was getting into, but Clive was very articulate and helped me get my entire roof replaced by working with my insurance company for me. I’ll add that he bought me lunch and drove an hour and fifteen minutes to my house in Wadesboro while I was at work to do it! It was worth it. He knows what he’s doing, and comfortable to talk to. Finished in half a day, the roof looks great, and now the value of my home has increased for barely a fraction of the repair costs. If you need of a new roof, there is so much Clive and Carolina Restoration Pro can do for you. Call him!

I purchased my first house 1 year ago and within my first year I developed a roof leak. I have never had to make a homeowners claim before in my life. Prax Casanova promptly came out. He took care of everything and even called my insurance company to start the claim for me. My insurance company only wanted to do a small repair. Prax come out and did a brittle test and got me a brand new roof! I highly recommend Carolina restoration pro and especially Prax Casanova, he truly went above and beyond

Corey and Sandro did a great job explaining all the important stuff to me as this was an insurance claim job. They had the crew here both mornings between 7:30 and 8 am the crew covered the entire house surroundings with tarps to catch any errant nails or shingles.Great job,just have a couple loose ends to tie up.
