5++++. Roto-Rooter is the way to go. I called five different plumbers in the area and all of them were trying to charge me up to $5000 just to tell me it was clogged. David came out here and cleaned it and cleared it within two minutes and it didn’t cost an arm and a leg. Definitely choose Roto-Rooter and ask for David. He is so professional, nice and actually walked me through the whole process!!🙌

I am sincerely satisfied with the service from Roto-Rooter in Columbus, GA (2024). This technician, Terry, has excellent knowledge and experience. He made sure everything was done right from start to finish.This is the second time they have done work for me. The last time was in 2019 on a completely different repair. I was just as pleased with the technician’s work this time around as I was the last time.Expert workmanship, very thorough, respectful, understanding, courteous, reasonable…I highly recommend!

Very knowledable, not so quick to say you have to replace the whole thing with a tremendous bill that no one can afford this day in age. Straight shooter on that.Repairs are a first options with a warranty. I feel like I wasnt taken advantage of. Other companies quoted were thousands and thousands didnt even offer or entertain the repair route, straight to nope it needs to be replaced.Talking about a hot water heater.Estimate on a pipe repair outside, same job other company thousands to cap a pipe.This company under a thousand.Ill update you how its going....to be continued. They came right away when we called and everything went great.December, 2022 I had a gentleman come out to my house today. I believe his name is Andrew and he was amazing. He not only fixed my problem but taught me about it. What I can do to avoid it in the future. He was so professional and so kind! Made me feel completely comfortable. We have used Roto-Rooter several times and all I can say is that they are not the cheapest but the best. Great technicians and superior tools and equipment. We also recommended them for a service call for a public facilty and they were very pleased with their service after another company could not fix the issue. Their customer service is very courteous and on the ball. Usually we can get appointments the next day and they keep us informed of all steps in the process.

Have used Roto-Rooter several times to repair leaks in my plumbing. Every time they have been able to find a repair the leak quickly and efficiently. Prices are generally fair and are good compared to some of the competitors. They are generally very responsive even calling after hours they will take your info and generally get a call to schedule someone first thing the next morning. Only issue has been if you need them to come out same day or on holidays/weekends there is an additional $250-$300 fee.

Very prompt and professional. I called them on a Saturday for a blown pipe in the yard. The lady who took the call was very friendly and helpful. The technician assigned was out within 45 minutes and proceeded to evaluate and fix the leak. He was knowledgeable and extremely competent, and had it fixed in a couple of hours, even in the heavy rain!! Very reasonable price especially for a weekend. I highly recommend this company.

Once I made the call they were able to get someone out here in less than 24 hours. The guy was very professional and took his time making sure the job was done properly. After using a neighbors son who she and he said was a plumber and charged my mother $200 for absolutely nothing. Stating she must have a crushed pipe I got smart called Rotor Rooter in 20 minutes the clog was gone and gave a warranty. Price was also excellent. Diffently use these professionals not these crooks saying they can do the job. I know I cant put the crooks name on here but I wish I could. It would be taken down. Cant go wrong with Rotor Rooter great job and thankful for them helping my mother.

Weve had to enlist Rotorooters services several times over the three years that we lived in Columbus, and each and every time the technicians have been top notch in pretty much every way. They are responsive, always seem to be able to detect the issue, explain it in terms anyone could easily understand and ultimately solve it, thus minimizing the trauma (if you know, you know) of plumbing repairs. In the process of putting our home up for sale, some more serious plumbing calamities began to arise, and we were fortunate enough to end up with a technician named Terry assigned to us. Not only was he knowledgeable, patient with us (we are out of state and having to do everything remotely), transparent and professional, but he was KIND. He remained on top of communication with us at all times and was very nice about having to coordinate with our realtor in our stead. Terry is A-One. Seriously. His sewer side manner out of this world. Treat Terry right, Roto-Rooter, this gentleman is a true gem and made an extremely stressful situation for us, much easier. I dont know anything about plumber salaries, but I do know that regardless of the norm, Terry deserves a raise. Exceeded our plumbing and human expectations. THANK YOU SO MUCH, TERRY!

Justin came out and fixed the slow sink drain and knew exactly what was wrong with the leaky kitchen faucet. He ordered the parts onsite and they were delivered a week later. Justin came back out and replaced the part and now everything is working perfectly!! Customer service was outstanding! They were on time to each appointment and called before they sent the technician out. This is the first time Ive used Roto-Rooter and it wont be the last! Extremely satisfied customer here!! Don’t waste your time and money like I did. If you need camera inspection, this is the way to go with Justin.

I am a landlord with a home in Fort Mitchell, AL. I live in North Carolina. In August, I had a pipe break and flood the first floor of our home in Fort Mitchell. The pipe was located under the slab and was not easy to get to. Yesterday we had a leak caused by an upstairs shower, which flooded the downstairs bathroom. The team at Roto-Rooter has saved the day Twice. I got the reports about the floods after hours for both floods. I don’t have a property manager, so I felt like I was taking a gamble when I called them the first time. Being far away did not help the situation. That said, I made the right choice. They came out immediately both times and they knew what they were doing. They have an associated water mitigation team that was prepared to begin work immediately. They also knew how to make me feel at ease with the situations, and they explained what I needed to do with my insurance company. I have no reservations recommending them. I can’t remember the name of the first gentlemen who helped me back in August, but he was terrific. Equally awesome is Reynaldo, who came in last night. A special thanks to Reynaldo because he was not even on-call when he came out. The gentlemen who was on-call was stuck at another location helping someone else. He didn’t have to come, but he did. For that, I’m grateful.

He fixed a leaky Cooper fitting in the plumbing under the crawlspace. Not only did he take his time to explain everything to me he showed me the issue and gave me recommendations. He worked late into the night until the job was done instead of giving me a cookie cutter answer. He has restored my faith in hard earned services for the people. He fixed not only the clog but installed another device that would help us immediately if this were to happen again due to guests and kids using flushable wipes or paper towels! I have to applaud the professionalism and knowledge of technicians Terry Hewitt and Carl. They arrived on time, ready to tackle the job and work to fix the slab leak I had. After explaining in terms I can understand what they were going to do, they proceeded to contain the dust in the work area by hanging plastic thus protecting contamination throughout my home.I had used another plumbing service on a slab leak I had prior to this. So I can make comparisons from prior service to current service with Roto Rooter. Prior company did not take this precaution and I had a huge mess to deal with during and afterwards. So I am especially appreciative of this in the current service.For Terry and Carl to repair my problem they had to unexpectedly contend with fixing the prior companys flaws. But they took care of it and handled it with postive attitudes.Once the repair was completed and they had me fixed up, they picked up & cleaned up after themselves to where you wouldnt know theyd been there.So in conclusion, I can say I feel very confident in the work quality of Terry and Carl along with the practices of Roto Rooter. As typical, the hot water heater pipe burst during our sleep, and we discovered the burst pipe at 8am on a Saturday. We were frantic to get a plumber here to repair. I had utilized the inline shut off valve, and the inside main shut off for the house, but water continued to flow from the pipes. David promptly shut the water off at the curb. YAY!! AND, upon completion of the repairs, he demonstrated to me how to shut the water off at the curb! A+++ service, and we will definitely use Roto-Rooter for future plumbing services. P.s., I am going to my local hardware store and purchase the tool to shut the water off at the curb. I am not PLAYING with this water muck again.
