I had a leak in my upstairs tub cartridge and it was leaking downstairs in my kitchen. Seth came out on a Sunday evening and repaired my cartridge quickly and efficiently and had my water back on in a couple hours. Michael and Juan both showed up to look at what we suspected to be a leak from our master bathroom above the kitchen. The both were super professional when they arrived. They inspected the kitchen and saw what we thought was the leak from above. Before starting any other work, they went upstairs and inspected both bathrooms to see if anything above was leaking from drains or water outlets. Not finding anything there, they informed my wife and I of our options moving forward. We approved the cutting of the ceiling to look at the drain pipes. Before cutting the ceiling, they took the time to take a few items from the top of our cabinets, and put up a drop cloth to minimize the amount of mess from the drywall. I was impressed that they would take the time to do this. One simple step like this showed me that they care. After cutting the ceiling, they inspected the drain and supply piping and found no leaks. We ran water upstairs while they watched just to make sure that no leaks were going undetected. Michael and Juan put the items back on top of the cabinets and took the drop cloth down leaving nothing behind besides the hole in my ceiling to show that they were even here. I would whole heartedly recommend them again and will ensure that if I ever need assistance with my plumbing that I will be calling them back. Thanks!

He immediately diagnosed the problem (a handle of a measuring cup) was blocking and causing not to work. Prayerfully he did not recommend a new garbage disposal. Seth is one of the best plumber that has come to my home and fixed the problems that we had. Started in Nov 2021 a under slab leak that ended up more than one leak throughout the pipes under the house. Seth replumbed the house with less mess and interruption then other companies stated needed. He also looked out for our needs to stay in the house throughout the repairs. Seth made it possible to use different areas ei: Bathrooms and/or Kitchen during the repairs without making the repairs take longer. All repairs was completed timely, in less than a week. Based on these and BBB reviews, I called BF plumbing and they were here the next business day. While we initially thought this was a simple bolt or gasket issue, it turned out to be a cracked tank, so we had to replace the entire toilet. While the cost was much more than Id initially anticipated, Im very pleased with their responsiveness and quality of work. Their lead technician, Seth Chambers, and his in-training assistant were both professional and affable; I enjoyed having them in my home. I will definitely contact this company for future needs and request Mr. Chambers if hes available.

He tried to save me money after already spending $2,800 on pipeline replacement but after trying to unclogged the pipeline he recommended that we go with the hydraulic jets to clear the line and it did happen, although it charge me $1058, it still better than having to break up the concrete.

He had to work in a crazy environment as we currently have 6 kids in the house and are in the middle of a move but he was patient and professional, kind to the children, nice to the dog, etc. as a mom I really dislike having strangers in the house around my kids but Bill put us at ease and we would absolutely be comfortable having him do more work in our home. He also helped with a couple of minor things for no extra charge which we deeply appreciated.Yes, other companies may have lower prices but as a professional myself I know the value of hiring a company that has the training, licensing, and experience to do a job right the first time and the confidence to back that work up with a 2 year warranty.We will absolutely be using this company for all future plumbing repairs and recommending them to friends! Seth did an excellent and professional job a professional job at my house with a gas line it initially started out as a repair we fixed it pressure tested and it was still a week Instead of paying the other half of the cost Seth called his boss name boss and talked to him and said that I wanted to replace the entire line at work its the entire line and what I owe got waved so I could go ahead and buy me a whole new gas line its fine I dug the whole out for the gas line right called ups called a Benjamin Franklin plumbing stuff came over that day that day I started figuring out how to tie my new one in to the main end My water here and everything else It came out where all the parts got it all put together pressure test fix the little leak that was still there pressure test again the inspector came out the next morning thing passed 1st inspection great job

I called on Thanksgiving and was able to make an appointment for the next morning. They called and arrived by 9 am. Both technicians were courteous and did a thorough job assessing the situation and giving me options. They used a camera which not all plumbing companies have. I have a house built in 1937 and it wasn’t a straight forward situation. They came back Monday and after digging discovered the water from my kitchen and washer were not connected to the sewer and of course needed to be with newer city regulations. That increased the total bill of course. They had to hand dig a long trench all the way from the back of the house to tie into the new sewer line. They worked late until the job was completed except for inspection. I was completely satisfied with their communication, timeliness, courtesy and work. They were also several thousand dollars less than the first plumbing company who had come out on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. I would advise getting the Ben Franklin Society membership which saved me $200 on this job and gives you some nice benefits.

The dispatchers at this Company were very diligent about working me in so that I could get the water heater installed quickly, and Michael and Juan (technicians) were very courteous, respectful, and credible regarding all that would be involved with replacing the unit. Michael was transparent about all charges that would be necessary to get the new water heater installation up to code (with none of the insulting unnecessary up-charges that Ive had from other technicians). In those instances where they needed to leave to pick up an additional part, Michael always gave- and adhered to- a timeline for returning. I will definitely like to have Michael and Juan handle any of my plumbing issues in the future. They also did a great job cleaning up after themselves.

When Jason arrived and realized what he was dealing with he could just have said i dont have the parts and left us with no water until the next day. Jason then went out of his way to find the parts on another truck and have them brought to him. It was almost 2AM before he could finish and leave for home. Most would not have been so kind to stay and get us water for the next morning.While there he discovered what was fixing to be another water issue. He then scheduled Brian to come back and do the repairs. To our surprise Brian was just as nice and did a great job with the repairs! The job site was left great and much better than it had been before. Much easier to access and control our water cut off! This was not an easy job because of all the roots that they had to remove just to be able to do the work.Thanks again Jason and Brain! You guys and your company are great!

Chris came on the spur of a moment to replace my water heater. He went far beyond what was necessary. His knowledge on the installation of the water heater was very professional. His knowledge of other things was expertly utilized also, as I had a problem getting to the water heater. However, Chris had a plan and it worked perfectly well. Upon his leaving, he made sure all of my concerns were satisfied, and they were. He is an asset to the company and anyone he serves.

The technician, Chris Mead, arrived promptly and assessed the problem we had with a water leak that had created a hole in the ceiling below our upstairs bathroom. He gave us a very professional description of the problem, a couple of options for us to decide upon as well an exact breakdown of costs. He was to quickly effect the repairs we authorized without messing up our entire bathroom. Highly recommend this company for plumbing work. I cannot express how grateful I am for Bills professionalism and empathy for my situation. My teenagers toilet overflowed on the 2nd floor so bad it leaked through the ceiling to the first floor. The shower was clogged as well. He checked from every angle on how to clear the clog and provided the most cost efficient way to do it right. He was not scared of my 3 gigantic English Mastiff dogs and offered to let them meet him before he got started. He wore shoe coverings and a mask. He went above and beyond with amazing customer service down to cleaning the toilet and shower because of how grossed out I was. I am so happy I chose this company. Thank you so much Bill!

I meant to post this from my other account, which i use more so for Google reviews - I have over 40 reviews on that account. I feel that gives a better read than someone that post a few reviews.Last week I called 1 company, no one ever picked up. Called another, guy said he would call back - never did. Called BFP, Monique answered and our 5STAR customer service started!!! Chris came out Sat, gave us quote and said plumbing repair, tub install, and tile demo could be done this week. Project done today thanks to Chris and Bill. Warranty to boot!! Take my advice, call Monique, schedule Chris for the est. , request him and Bill to do the job. The people matter!!! THANKS !!!!

James came out and diagnosed our plumbing issue after another company had come out and done some work to fix a clog and then told us our pipes were collapsed but the only way to know what was up was to just start jackhammering up my floors (with no estimate, either). I was in panic mode, and called BF.James told us told us that1- the blockage the other company fixed was still there. He fixed it.2- our pipes were rusting through the bottoms and will need replacing3- told us exactly where the pipes were rotted through with a camera4- he said they could fix it without jackhammering into the slab foundation, or even inside the house at all! He was so calm and took the time to make sure I understood exactly what needed to be done. Highly recommend! We will be contacting them to replace the pipes!

He was right on time and was patient with me as I told him about the leak I saw (while I corralled my three young, rambunctious kids out of his way). Chris quickly discovered the problem and explained what needed to be done. He had all the tools and parts with him and went right to work. I put my toddler down for a nap and Chris worked so quietly she did not wake up. He was done before she woke up from her nap.
