    Clearwater Plumbing has been the best company to work with. Lacey in the office is the sweetest and most helpful. She worked with us through our insurance claim we had to file.     Price and service were great. Justin gave a reasonable estimate to replace a tankless water heater. He initially came out after hours on a Friday. He called back on Monday morning with an update on availability and informed unit was in stock in the warehouse. He was out within a couple of hours to replace the heater. Work was very neat and clean.

    Highly Recommend these guys! They are knowledgeable and have the equipment and skill to get the job done. They are very courteous and professional. They will also work around your schedule and need. I had three services done, which were performed in progression, as needed, until the issue was resolved. They were clear about their pricing and I was charged fairly. They explained what was happening every step of way and bottom line, they got my issue fixed. Kudos to Andron who had to come out the evening before and once we decided to clean out the lines, came back bright and early the next day with Walter to knock out the problem in less than an hour.

    We had a issue that was not resolved by the first time but a second plumber came out and was able to fix the issue.     Justin did a great job! We had a blocked main sewer line. He cleared the blockage and found the root cause. The “root cause” turned out to be a 7’ length of tree root that had decided to mess with our sewer line! Justin went above and beyond what some folk would have. Problem solved.

    Justin, was the gentleman that showed up to assist me with a leaking pipe. He was personable seem like a honest and hardworking gentleman.     I had a water leak. Mr Holler came out within 30 minutes of my call. The lady who took my call was very nice and quickly set up everything for me. Mr Holler is outstanding as well. He is very personable, polite, conscientious and knowledgeableHe even located for me a closer to my home water shut off valve, something that the home inspector could not find years ago when I bought my home. Mr Holler spent almost two hours diligently searching for the leak. Even though the leak was too small to locate, I appreciate how hard and thorough he worked to try finding it. He even showed me some things about my water meter that I did not know. IHighly recommend Clearwater Plumbing. I will be calling them again for any plumbing issues.

    Extremely professional. Walter was referred to me by a family member and it was an excellent recommendation. Walter did two repairs for us: first a faucet in our hall bathroom tub and then replaced the emergency shutoff valve in our bathroom. The jobs were quick and priced fairly.     I called on a Friday and was scheduled for Monday. On Monday, I received notification via phone and text alerting me that the technician was in route.There was a free estimate (no service call charge).I called the other competitor first because it had been in business for over 100 years. Clearwater only listed 4 on Google. Justin shared that most of Clearwater plumbers have over 30 years of experience.I suggest Clearwater plumbing post young (4 years) company staffed with plumbers having 30+ years of experienced.The estimate was actually 40% less than one of their competitors. Whatever my grands had added to drain was unclogged in about 15 minutes. I will definitely use them for any future plumbing issues.Justin was courteous and caring. I have a serious health condition and he expressed concern and offered assistance to me.Thank you.

    Had these guys come to my moms house twice since January 2024. Once to replace a pipe that was missing a shut off valve under her bathroom sink, and to install a faucet. Second time to remove and replace the hot water heater. I believe Justin was out both times, and he was really helpful each time. They may be busy when you call, but if you have questions, they try their best to return your call as soon as possible. Would definitely recommend to friends/family.

    We had a great experience today! Walter came out to check some plumbing for us. He was kind, courteous, honest, and professional. My mom asked him to check her bathtub faucet while he was there - something he was not originally scheduled to do. It was defective, so he removed it and immediately went to find a replacement. He came back and replaced it and also fixed a small leak in the bathtub wall. Talk about customer service! Highly recommend this business.

    I had a leak in my water heater. Insurance required I call a plumber. Call them because they had great reviews. They sent someone pretty fastJustin came and didnt disappoint. Took him 5 minutes to identify the problem and less then 10 minutes to fix. Very professional and knowledgeable. Let me know it was a faulty pvc tube due to the manufacturer. I was so impressed I booked another appt to fix my shower faucet. These folks will be my first go to.UPDATE 4/1Had Justin come back today to change out my 14 year old water heater with a new one and pipe it to my garage because it was up in the attic. Of course I had to get the electrician out here to move the box from the attic but money well spent for peace of mind. The price was reasonable and he was professional and answered all my questions.

When I spoke to him over the phone he was very professional and was able to pretty much diagnose the issue and provide a round about $ amount (very inexpensive) …. and when he got here he was very professional yet so friendly, he informed me of what needed to be done and even showed me the leak….He was done in less than an hour and that round about inexpensive $ amount he quoted was right on the money (I can barely tell that he dug up my yard)…..This was my first time using Clearwater Plumbing but it will definitely not be my last if everyone is as professional and friendly as Justin Mills!

    I contacted Clearwater Plumbing about a leak in my homes foundation. The next day they sent Walter over who assessed the situation and quoted a price to fix it. Two days later, he came back and spent approximately 4 hours locating the leak, breaking through the foundation, and fixing it. He was able to do so with minimal damage to the floor and sheetrock. Walter was extremely professional explaing the process and keeping us informed throughout. The pricing was very reasonable and the customer service provided was exceptional. I would absolutely recommend them if you are in need of any type of plumbing services.

    Everyone at Clearwater were extremely polite and responsive. They scheduled a team member (Justin Mills) for between 5:00-7:00 pm on the same day. Justin reached out to me earlier in the day and said he could come to my house earlier in the day if it worked for me, which it did. He arrived at my house around 3:30. I explained what was going on and he felt as though he knew what was happening, only to prove out his suspicions within about 20 minutes and had the repair fixed within another 20 minutes or so. They are one of the only businesses that can conduct a leak detection test and conduct repairs in the area.They were able to send someone same day for the leak detection and repairs began the following morning, right on time.Brad and Walter were incredibly supportive and professional throughout the entire process. What I really appreciated was the tech providing me sage advice regarding plumbing and after-repair maintenance.I have used Benjamin Franklin and Roto-Rooter in the past, but they simply cannot be compared to Clearwater in terms of professionalism, timeliness, quality of work, and pricing. (This was the second slab leak and price-wise, I saved a lot more $ with Clearwater) Furthermore, they were also able to install an expansion tank and pressure regulator same day.Albeit a stressful experience, Brad and his team did amazingly in proving service and care. Another note is how familiar Brad and his team are with dealing with homeowners insurance.Clearwater Plumbing has certainly earned my return business in the future and comes highly recommended.

    Walter did a fantastic job installing our new tub! He completed what I thought would be a two day job in just one day. He came in, went straight to work and didnt stop until the job was finished.     Would give 10 stars if I could!I had a leaky sewage pipe that needed to be repaired ASAP. The issue turned out to be a bigger problem than I thought - my entire plumbing system was stopped up, and the old cast iron piping had a hole burst open at one of the joints due to the pressure building up in the pipes, which also caused some other plumbing problems throughout my home. I called Clearwater Plumbing on a Sunday, and Justin came out the following morning to assess the problem. He knew right away what the problem was and immediately got me on the schedule for the repairs to be done three days later.Justin displayed a level of professionalism and expertise that exceeded my expectations! He arrived on time, listened attentively, and provided clear explanations of the plumbing issue and the available solutions. He went out of his way to help me with other small plumbing problems/repairs and checked all areas to make sure the source of the overall plumbing issue was identified. His workmanship was exceptional, and Im very pleased with how quickly he was able to make the repairs. Beyond his technical skills, his professionalism and courteousness were truly commendable.     Clearwater Plumbing is the way to go for leak detection services & repair! They’re the only company in town that does leak detection in-house & then they can repair it too!     I called at 7:15 am for a problem with the drain lines in my crawl space. That same morning 9:00 am Walter was at the house reviewing the issue(s) and giving me a quote. Work started the next morning. This was not a walk in the park job but Walter maintained a friendly and professional demeanor.
