After 8 years on a 12 year Reehm NG water heater, it failed. Water Heaters Plus did the original install for HomeDepot. I contacted Reehm for warranty replacement. They said they would replace it under warranty but I was responsible for removing it, returning it to HD for replacement, and then having it installed. I can do many DYI things around the house but I am not a plumber. I called Water Heaters Plus. They were very familiar with all that was necessary to turn this around and have hot water again. They put me on the schedule two days out. The service man Que called me 30 minutes before the scheduled time to verify he was on his way. Que was friendly and pleasant and let me know he would take care of everything. He removed the old water heater, returned it to HD, exchanged it for the new one, installed the new water heater and had it cooking water in no time. Including the hour or so to go to HD and back Que completed the replacement in only three hours. I don’t know how it could have been completed any better. It was unplanned and unfortunate the water heater failed and required replacement but thanks to Water Heaters Plus staff for the excellent service.

I had a perfect experience with Water Heaters Plus. From the initial contact to obtain a quote, to installation, and post installation phone follow up to schedule inspection everything was seamless and professional. My installer, Jeff, arrived earlier than anticipated, phoned me to let me know he was on his way, and was professional, courteous, friendly, neat and efficient during the installation. I was a bit concerned about the removal of my old water heater as it was corroded and leaking. Jeff made sure to wrap and safely remove it with no mess at all. In addition to the great customer service and installation, Water Heaters Plus also had the best price of all the 4 companies that I received quotes from. 10 stars!

Great experience. Jason came out to quote and provide guidance on a tankless system. He was very knowledgeable on details of the system and able to provide practical recommendations with no upsell. Pricing on website is pretty accurate and the small additions are needed based on the specific situation. Much more reasonable than two other quotes considering the material and labor cost. Very pleased with the Cam and Josh who did the install - very professional, good communication, clean work. Navien system is working very well and Im happy with Jasons recommendation.

Great experience. Transparent pricing, call support was very helpful, answered my questions about the different brands, and explained the process and what to expect. The tech, Ekoue, called 30 min before the appointment (as promised), and was very thorough and walked me through every step of the install and how to operate the unit. We chose Water Heaters Plus because they were straightforward and honest. We had gotten quotes from some of those big plumbing companies splashed on the internet and they only sent ‘salespeople’ to our house and their quotes were super high. Jason came next day, on time and went through the tankless hot water install process, answered our questions and provided a great education about the recommended model’s maintenance we can do. (The other guys wanted to sell us a maintenance plan.) Jason was passionate about his experience installing hot water heaters which was nice to hear. Easiest purchase and install ever! I wanted a 75 gallon tank and had left several messages requesting quotes at other plumbing companies without getting a response. When I found Water Heaters Pluss website it was so easy to put in the tank size and choose gas or electric then the site recommended 3 brands. I chose AO Smith because that is the brand I have and it has lasted 24 years and was still running. (Just is getting less efficient and we didnt want to push it to the point of failure.) I had a call from the company within 5 minutes, an appointment the same day to look at my current tank (which was a Friday) and an install appointment on Monday. They were prompt, courteous, and efficient. The tech explained exactly what he was doing and answered questions. VERY pleased. Highly recommend.

Water Heaters Plus did an outstanding job replacing my 20+ year old hot water tank. I didnt have a plumber, and a family member suggested reaching out to Lowes so Id get a good warranty. I did reach out to them, but after receiving a shockingly high quote, I decided to try my luck with a plumber recommended through Angis and was connected to Water Heaters Plus.From Aliena, the scheduler, to the technician who provided the quote to the technician who did the installation, everyone was professional, pleasant to work with, and the cost was a thousand dollars less than Lowes. Cameron and Josh, the plumbers who came out to inspect the situation and offer me a quote, were amazing. Cameron grew up in the business and was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. He answered all my questions and made sure I got exactly what I needed and wanted. We scheduled the installation for the next morning when Ekoue arrived, I realized he was another top-notch plumber. Some copper lines needed to be cut out and replaced, and it was fascinating watching him weld the pipes, and hes right, welding is an art form. The job he did with the installation was exceptional-making sure everything was done exactly right, even though it took a little longer than it should because of issues stemming from the age of my tank and a pressure problem. A friend recommended Water Heaters Plus, and I cant thank them enough. We called WHP after receiving an obscenely high quote from another company. WHP came out to our house quickly and gave us very reasonable estimates for a repair of our existing system as well as replacement costs for both a traditional unit and a tankless system. We opted for the tankless system. The guys from WHP came out the next day and were very pleasant and professional. They ran into a couple of issues during the install, but they stayed late until the job was done. With two daughters in the house who used to constantly fight over who used all the hot water, the tankless system has been amazing. We will definitely be calling and/or recommending Water Heaters Plus for any plumbing issues that arise in the future.

Our water tank failed and needed to be replaced. I would have went to HD or Lowes and did it myself but was a little unsure about gas lines and installing. This is basically where water heaters plus comes in, they are going to install these tanks at a reasonable markup with labor. All the other quotes we got were from plumber selling premium Bradford tanks at a high markup and labor costs ($2500 - $3500) for a 40 gallon tank and trying to upsell maintenance plans from there. Water heaters plus was quick to respond, very professional, and reasonable on cost.

I was replacing a worn out 20 year old Bosch tankless and first called a nearby competitor. I was told to text them a picture and they would send me a quote. They text back a price and a brand that they would use but never discussed what my needs would be for the tankless such as how many showers would be running at the same time or any options during the install. I clicked on Water Heaters Plus website and they offered the same brand with two different models with even the higher output model listed installed for a lower price than the competitor. I gave Water Heaters Plus a call and asked if anything else would be needed. She asked a couple of questions and asked when they could send someone over to look what I had and give an exact quote. Jason was over the next day to verify the install and said the only thing extra was to change the exhaust piping on my furnace which I already expected and gave me the option to add the Navicirc to allow hot water to recirculate with my existing water lines. He emailed me the exact quote before he left my driveway and was still at a better price. Woody came a few days later and was professional as could be. He was on time!!! efficient on the install, took extra time on the exhaust pipes to make the install look better and cleaned everything before he left. I already told my parents to use this place to replace their old tank units because you can tell Water Heaters Plus cares about the customer start to finish.

After calling around pricing water heaters when ours blew up I stumbled upon this little gem of a company. Let me say I called rotor rooter first and they wanted nearly twice the money to install one and was very shady about who was going to do the install and their experience. After calling water heaters plus I was impressed by the knowledge and helpfulness of literally all of their staff. The manager who answered the phone patiently walked me through shutting my water of to the water heater and not the whole house preventing further damage until they arrived. I can’t thank them enough for that! The driver was a little bit late and he did call to let me know but I understand he was on another job and with the quality of service done he sure took his time at my place too and did not do a rush job. He walked me through everything that I needed to do to shut my water heater off in a emergency or when I’m on vacation. He set my temperature and went and made sure everything was working before he left. He was very clean and kept his work area organized and even offered to mop up the mess from the leak but I declined so he can get to his next job and provide them with fabulous service. I was really impressed with how he managed not to get any dirt on my white carpet. He made sure to put the old water heater in a bag so it wouldn’t leak and he wore covers over his shoes. I was worried about that and I didn’t even have to tell him. Thanks your super impressed customer for life Janet!

I wanted to have a tankless water heater installed but cost was about 3 times what replacing my tank water heater was. They were very honest and told me that other companies would tell me I needed to replace my incoming gas line with a larger one but it was not necessary because my incoming line was high pressure and regulated. Sure enough, another company told me my gas line from the meter would have to be replaced and since I live in a condo, they would have to access my neighbors attic and garage. Woody was extremely knowledgeable about the various kinds of tankless water heaters and explained in detail how the unit would be installed. (Note: There were no hidden fees--the amount on the estimate was exactly the same as the final invoice.) I called Water Heaters Plus to get a quote on a water heater because mine crapped out through the night and was leaking into my finished basement. They offered me a free site check and was able to get someone to my house that afternoon. The plumber (Jeff) showed up, on time, and quickly found that my problem wasnt my water heater at all. The leak was coming from a water line behind the water heater. He quoted a very fair price to repair (which I had him go ahead and do) and also informed me that my water heater was 27 years old and explained how they become worn out over time. I asked for a price to replace and he gave me a written quote. After he left, I called other companies and he was the lowest by quite a bit. Called them to confirm the price and even told them what the other companies quoted. They stood by their price and I am now the proud new owner of a shiny water heater. Jeff was the man. He fixed my leak for a great price and then came back and installed my new water heater (and even cleaned the area better than it was before) for a great price. Great guy, great service, and great price. I give them 5 out of 5.

My 11 year old conventional hot water heater was not keeping up with demand. After a lot of research decided to go with a tankless hot water heater. Get it done correctly by a friendly pro, and ask all your questions for the next time, because these things are designed to probably leak again.If your Water Heaters Plus technician is Ekoue (pronounced Eh-Kway), consider yourself lucky.Hes quick, respectful, and efficient by default, but so friendly, and knowledgeable if you have some time to talk and learn from him. Everyone I have spoken to who works for this company have been nothing but amazing. Honest work, kind people, and outstanding services. I was so impressed by Ekoue. He came out on a short notice and replaced my water heater. He was so polite and made sure to explain everything he was doing. Our Hot Water Tank broke down. I called several local Delaware plumbers on a Sunday. Two companies called me back. Only @WaterHeatersPlus.cc was able to come out the next day on Monday for an estimate.The owner Jason spent at least 25 mins on the phone on a Sunday evening talking to me about Hot Water Tanks vs Tankless water heaters. His response time, knowledge and honesty were refreshing. He provided the pros and cons for hot water tanks. Then he provided the pros and cons for Tankless water heaters.He also explained the difference between each manufacturer (strength/weakness).Once again the honesty was refreshing.We needed hot water urgently but we also wanted to make a good long term decision about what heating technology would be best for our house.The ROI for Tankless was fairly simple to understand.As a note, the base prices for tankless water heaters are Actually LISTED on their website. @WaterHeatersPlus.cc prices were between 10% & 40% less expensive than other area plumbing companies that provided estimes to me.I will recommend Water Heaters Plus to anyone.Photos are before and after.

He did thorough examinations after the work done and even cleaned the work site for us. I had a very positive experience with Water Heaters Plus. Khoue came to install a new water heater on March 27, 2024. He told me it would normally take a whole day to install. He didnt start installation until mid afternoon. He stayed until he finished which was after 7:30 pm. It was evident there was no possibility hed leave because it was time to quit and tell me that hed finish the next day. Khoue was so efficient and very good natured. He told me details about what he was doing and never lost his positive attitude. I congratulate your company on being able to keep such an excellent worker and an intelligent, great natured person. I hope you can do everything possible to keep him wanting to work for you.

Wow! Our water heater installation process with Waters Heaters Plus was a breath of fresh air after dealing with a few other local appliance and home reno companies. Their quote process was straight forward and immediate, they were able to fit us into their schedule very quickly and the installer came early for our appointment. They were significantly cheaper than other quotes we got for the job.The technician, Ekoue, was courteous, helpful, hard working and just all around a delight to have in our home! He was great with the install, easily figuring out everything necessary to adapt the new water heater to all the pipes and infrastructure already in place. My young son loved watching him during the install and Ekoue answered all his questions with patience and kindness. I couldn’t help thinking that I hope my son has that same courteous and hard working attitude as a young adult!Thank you for a wonderful experience!
