I had to replace my water heater. When I called, everyone I spoke to was very friendly. An estimate was easy to get, accurate and affordable. Installation was quick and within 24 hours. I have had to get a lot of work done on our house but this was the best company I have yet to work with.

I had a slow drip in my water main near the meter that was causing some issues. I noticed it on Friday, called 1-Tom-Plumber on Saturday, and they had somebody out Monday morning (They have emergency weekend hours, but for a premium; since mine wasnt that urgent, I opted to wait until normal operating hours). The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable, had the issue fixed quickly, I paid by card, and the problem was resolved.I have no idea if the pricing was comparable to others or not, as I typically do my own plumbing work, but I wanted to hire a professional when it came to the water main/meter. But I couldnt have been happier with the experience that I had with 1-Tom-Plumber.

I tried to repair the toilet & really messed things up, Dan from Toms plumbing truly saved me. He came out that night was able to complete the repair & did it at a reasonable cost. The scheduler (Stacey) who took my call couldnt have been nicer & I’m grateful for their help. Since it’s the only toilet in the house I was in a true emergency situation. 5 stars all the way! I highly recommend.

Cole was great and answered all my questions! He was fast and efficient but took the time to walk me through exactly what he was going to do! (Had the refrigerator water line with a saddle valve on replaced with a T shutoff.) Great experience!

Came home from work to find we had a clog in the iron pipe from the house to the septic tank. Three toilets that would not flush, showers drain etc. My 98 year old mother-in-law lives with us and this was an emergency situation. When I called 1-Tom-Plumber and told them of our situation with it getting late, Rick got a Master Plumber out within the hour to snake the pipe and get us up and running. Could not have been more pleased with their service and well worth the money spent. Definitely will use them for any needs in the future.

As a customer service representative for 40+ years, it’s important to me that your first point of contact, which is the person answering their phone is polite, courteous, and asks the right questions. Their customer service rep was very upbeat, courteous, and asked all the right questions. She was very honest with their TOA, And she said that they would contact me once they were on their way, however, I explained to her that I would be here all day so whenever they arrived, that would be perfect. They came sooner than anticipated, we’re very courteous, wore covers over their shoes, Brought in all the necessary equipment to be as clean as possible, explained everything to me, and even gave me some tips on how to possibly avoid the problem in the future. I cannot say more positive things about this experience.

This was my 1 st time useing 1-Tom-plumber and i was very impressed. I was awaken at 1:30 am due to flood in my basement, my main drain had clogged in water was backed up into my basement floor. I was looking up companies and came across 1-Tom-plumber that said open 24 hrs and of course I didn’t believe this, but I tried anyway to my surprise, so when answered told him what was going on, he was able to make an appointment for me that time in the morning. I was really shocked someone answered but overall they sent out a young man name, Austin Gilbert. I’m really grateful with Austin patient he even gave me advice to help in the future with this situation and he was very, very nice and patient. He did not give up. He kept going. We worked as a team and got her done, I’m really grateful for Austin like I said he was really really patient and helpful, and I look forward to using your business again if ever I should need it . Your prices was on point. Everyone else was double almost tripping the price. Some also grateful for that times are hard. I’m a single parent and the situation just popped up right after I paid my mortgage so times is tough but your prices was on point and very reasonable thank you again. 1-Tom-plumber and your customer service lady she was super super helpful. She keep me in contact she called. She asked questions she was able to find out exactly who I needed to get the job done so thank her as well. My son bought an old house to renovate and we found the main water shut off valve in the basement was rusted open. We called 1 Tom Plumber and within a day Dan showed up to replace the rusted open valve. Dan had several challenges working on the old piping and also had to bring the whole assembly to code with the city. The repair was done properly and the city approved the work. Dan was very professional and communicated with us great. The price of the job was also very fair in my opinion. I will definitely call 1 Tom Plumber for any future jobs.

Did an excellent job with water mitigation, but installed sump pump with too short of the output pipe and the pipe was angled to check valve. When I moved the sump pump so the output pipe would be straight the pipe came off the check valve coupling. I reattached and put a brick under the sump pump in order for the output to be straight and connect to the check valve.

Thanksgiving Eve - both sides of the kitchen sink are backed up. Quite the recipe for a disaster. Plunging, liquid drain cleaner - nothing. No movement overnight. I lost count on the number of other rescue, emergency plumbers I called, including my trusty company. No answer or they werent coming out. Until, I called 1-Tom-Plumber. Rick answered the phone I think on the second ring. He said there would be a technician out within an hour. I was skeptical. Rick was correct; not that I was timing their response, but it seemed only shortly after, Austin showed up, ready to go to work. And, did he ever. Within 45 minutes he had the drains on both sinks running to beat the band! And, he did a wonderful clean up afterwards. Austin may not have been our knight in shining armour, but he was a hero in my book! I sincerely appreciate 1-Tom-Plumber making themselves available on a holiday. Job well done! :)

We called 1-Tom-Plumber to fix a problem for us. Ill be honest, there were some mistakes, and they had to come back twice. However, they were more than happy and willing to come back asap the fix all problems. They truly wanted the job done right. It is my understanding that the company was recently purchased, and the owner is trying to do everything to make this a top-notch company, and the people who made the mistakes on my job are no longer there. I really value customer service, and I can tell you they do to. The customer service, determination to get my problem fixed 100% correctly, and desire to make me completely satisfied really earned this 5 star rating.

Its less than a week before we close on the sale of this home, and of course we just found water leaking in our basement. I called 1-Tom-Plumber at 7AM and was able to get a same-day appointment in the 11AM-1PM timeframe! Our technician David was friendly, courteous, and thorough. The source of the problem was difficult to detect and it took a little while to figure things out. I appreciated that David started out with the least invasive (and less expensive) approaches. Ultimately he did have to cut a hole in the wall, but he only cut what was necessary and managed to perfectly center the location of the leak -- a pinpoint hole in a copper pipe. The diagnosis and repair took less than 2 hours and David did a nice job cleaning up the mess that was made. I also appreciate that David pointed out another spot we should keep our eye on for potential future issues. I thought the pricing was fair and I wasnt being sold on unnecessary extras. What an unexpectedly pleasant experience!

UPDATE Jan 2022: Called 1-Tom-Plumber again for a leaking water heater. It was 11:30 on a Friday night. The dispatcher was very helpful, she got me in touch with the general manager (Mike) that same night! I needed some idea of what to do over the next few hours to keep the situation from getting worse, and to get me an approximate cost for the new water heater. This company is OUTSTANDING to work with. They are responsive, helpful, and efficient. The Technician (Dave) communicated with me ahead of time and all during the installation. He answered questions politely and clearly. He installed the new water heater and made sure I knew the basics of the operation and maintenance. He was very conscientious about taking the old rusting water heater up my newly carpeted basement stairs! He wrapped it in a tarp and made sure there were no leaks on my carpet!. I wouldnt hesitate to call this company again for any plumbing need. If I could give 10 stars I would.Friendly tech, professional and explained everything before and during service. Clean and considerate. 5 stars!!

These guys are great I would highly recommend them. I called them one morning and got an appointment almost immediately that day. The plumber they sent was John and after looking at my problem he told me that I could get the parts I needed under warranty from Delta, to order them and call when I had all the parts. He said he would come back and install them. Two weeks later he was back completed the installation for a very reasonable price and even deducted the cost of the first service call from my bill. I couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend it one time plumbers to anyone in need of plumbing work. I would ask for John.

John and Tony were fantastic! We had an emergency issue that took a lot of investigative work and they kept us updated and informed the whole time. Not only did they solve the problem we called them about but they discovered that some remodel work we had done recently was not done correctly and they fixed it while they were here!! This additional discovery saved us from a potential major water issue in the near future and thousands of dollars in damage. They even went above and beyond to help us understand how to best report this issue back to insurance for possible reimbursement of the bad remodel job. Overall thrilled with these two gentlemen, and I will definitely be calling them for any future work.
