Our septic backed up into our basement-gameroom…on Christmas Eve!! Called a few places and he answered and came over within an hour! He didn’t even charge extra for holiday/weekend…and it was 9pm and pouring rain! They resolved our problem quickly, and they were very friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Hue was great! He showed up at my house within 15 minutes and spent the next several hours there, finding and fixing a cracked main water line running from my meter to the house. Excellent service and very affordable. I’d recommend him to anyone needing fast and affordable plumbing repair. I’ll be keeping him in mind for any future maintenance needs. Thanks again!

My only problem with this company is tardiness. It took three hours to get to our house after saying it would take him only 1.5 hours. This was a Saturday and we were happy to have a 24-hour company come out. But we waited all day to get the issue fixed. He didnt have have all his tools, but he did come back with them and got the problem fixed. He did a good job fixing the issue. Company just needs to work on giving a better estimated time of arrival.

Ive talked to and hired several local plumbers, but AAP is the best Ive found. AAP came out within an hour of calling to survey the work, ended up returning that day to help me identify my plumbing systems, figure out the problem and resolve within 2 hours. Fast, efficient, and professional. Had been working with an issue with pipes at my moms mobile home for over 7 months. No one could fix the issue but AAP corrected the issue within a reasonable amount of time and gave us a peace of mind. Definitely will be using them again
