Excellent service! I had a problem with my sump pump/downspout drainage system, the guys did a great job to locate a cut in the pipe, and a collapsed section of pipe. They did a full inspection and discovered another cut in the main line that was due to a utility contractor’s mistake. The location of the damage was marked by flags and depths, the location was precise and I was able to find and repair the damage thanks to their expertise. Thanks, it’s nice to work with craftsman that know their trade and provide a helpful service!

After researching several companies, I called Tischbein to solve a drainage issue regarding standing water near my foundation. Brent was very professional, and he responded to all of my calls/emails. He recommended installing a French Drain and adding top soil to get positive slope away from the foundation. Brent is knowledgeable and very thorough. I would highly recommend Tischbein.

You can’t ask for a better company to come out for any plumbing issues. They are reliable, honest, and family owned. They won’t rush you or try and sell you something you don’t need. Mike/Brent responded quickly through text or phone. They called to keep me updated of when the job would be started and completed. I never had to call them to check up on things. They are very proactive which is so rare these days. They put a liner in my basement pipe for a great price and left the place cleaner than when they got there. It was done all on one day. Give them a call, you won’t regret it.

Absolutely the best in Cincinnati! We called multiple companies to address a drainage issue on our front walk. Others were either non responsive, had unreasonable solutions, or just had no clue what they were doing. Brent was upfront and responsive, said he absolutely could fix the problem and was wonderful to work with. We could tell immediately he knows what he’s doing. Our formerly flooded front walk is now dry as a bone. They are honest, family owned, experienced, and do impeccable work. They are very busy because they are the best. Brent and his crew are excellent. I needed my main sewer line repaired which involved digging up a large portion of my front yard. The crew knocked out the job in two days (one short of what we planned for). Also, Brent is very honest and straight forward in terms of his pricing and explanation of the work he was going to do and possible risks/problems. Overall I couldn’t be happier.

Tischbein came highly recommended to us by a family friend. They came out to help us with two drains that were backing up outside of our garage. They were able to schedule us relatively quickly (non-emergency) and were on time and reliable! They were quick and helpful with cleaning the drains out and explaining how to prevent the same problem in the future. They even swung back to us at the end of the day after leaving because we accidentally broke a piece they had given us. We will certainly call them first for future needs!

Brent and his team did an excellent job. They worked quickly with a high level of quality. The crew kept every area of the yard that needed to be clean very clean. While the nature of the work itself is quite invasive, the work was done with minimal negative impact to our yard. Brent and team restored the yard very well after the work was completed. With my attention to watering the newly seeded areas properly, the grass came back in very well quickly. After heavy rain we received October 29/30 and November 12, before the work was done I would have expected to have standing water in the back yard. There was no standing water anywhere after those heavy rains!Thanks for the great work, Brent and team.

We highly recommend Tischbein. Very reliable, honest, timely, and professional. We called several companies to fix a possible main sewer line collapse who either provided outrageous quotes or refused to do the work bc our street was too busy. Short Version: Phil and Brent double checked all their work and discovered some pipes were not cleaned to their liking. They stayed until the job was finished. The peace of mind that all my drains are clean is worth every penny. Just two guys with a truck that do an awesome job.dhildebrandtLONG VERSIONPhil and Brent came to my house to check a thoroughly clogged main sewage line under my basement. The used a camera to check out all my lines through two different clean outs. Ran the camera all the way out to my yard and then all the way to the street. Recorded all the footage and gave me a VHS. Then used a water jet machine and auger to clean out all my lines out to. Double checked their work with the camera, then cleaned them out to meet their high standards. Cleaned up the entire mess themselves...even had bleach on their truck to mop up my floors.dhildebrandt
