I scheduled an appointment online for a leak behind my wall. They had someone available relatively quick. Dylan arrived and immediately got to work. He narrowed down the issue and was very knowledgeable. He explained everything each step of the way and was super helpful. He was also very respectful of my home and tidied up after himself before he left, which is greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend this company and especially Dylan to anyone in need of plumbing services.

Today I had my furnace/air conditioning maintenance check. Jeff was very efficient and I had a few questions about the new thermostat that had been previously installed, a moisture issue in the mechanical room and our tankless water heater. Jeff was able to answer all my questions and wanted to make sure I didn’t have any other questions. He didn’t a great job!

Our water heater started leaking..it was 25 years old and we expected we would need to replace it. I was very pleased with the entire process. Questions were answered during my initial phone call to schedule. Jonathan was the technician who replaced our hot water heater. The gentleman that came first thing in the morning, (Matt, Austin, and David), AWESOME fellas!.They explained how the systems work and the differences that have improved since the old unit was put in. Had an issue with our AC not producing cold air or a strong air flow. Was looking for local companies that offer a military discount since AC and HVAC things are not the cheapest and came across Knochelman. Ive seen their company around the area and was appreciative they offer a military discount. Surprisingly even at 4:30p when I was looking to see what availability they had they were able to have someone out here within 2 hours. Dayvon was my technician who did a great job. He quickly identified the issue being a bad capacitor and was able to get it replaced! Thankfully I am back to having cool air following through the house! So thank you to the folks at Knochelman for the quick and great work as well as honoring our veterans for their service with the discount!

Great experience. Austin was able to diagnose and repair my AC and have it up and running within 45 minutes. It’s the first week of the high temps so I knew they were busy. 1/1/25- Jeff came out on New Year Day when our heat went out. He was very helpful and got the furnace up and running for us within a few minutes. We are very thankful to have hear again!My furnace went out and we had no heat on a very cold couple of days. They were able to get me on the schedule for that night with the on-call technician. Scott was able to figure out the problem quickly and order the parts that I needed. He had the furnace up and running as quickly as possible. Scott was on-time, extremely helpful, and very nice. I will definitely be asking for him next time I call.

9/17/24 Jeff and James did a awesome job servicing my furnace today! I highly recommend them.We needed a winter tune up and operational check of our heating system. Serviceman was supposed to be here between 12 and 2 PM. Patrick arrived at 12. He was very neat and efficient. We sat down for a total review of what he did. I am completely satisfied. The total process took 90 minutes. I have been dealing with Knochelmann since 2007. They are an honest, efficient company with reasonable prices and excellent service people.

He arrived in good time and was very friendly and explained how our system was performing and what tests he was doing. I hope Tom is able to scheduled for all the follow up services.Today, Puspa, came and replaced the Capacitor after the original one became swelled and caused the AC to not work properly.
