If you need a plumber for ANY reason, theres seriously no need to look any further than Feichtner Plumbing! We called them late in the afternoon for a leak we discovered, and they were here bright and early the next morning. Collin arrived promptly, was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, personable, and -- he has a great sense of humor!Collin isolated the issue in less than 10 minutes, and had the problem resolved quickly. I recently had my hot water tank replaced with a tankless unit using Feichtner Plumbing. Dan was super responsive and answered all my questions and Greg / Connor were able to complete the job with no issues. I am especially happy with the attention to detail on the install (Greg did an excellent job!) and how everything was cleaned up prior to leaving. Ill be using Feichtner again for any major plumbing repairs or installs.

My niece had used Feichtner Plumbing and I had their number in my phone along with several other plumbers we have used before. On a Sunday afternoon I noticed our 13 year old gas hot water heater was leaking and called several plumbers we had used before and left messages. Called Feichtner expecting to leave a message and Dan ANSWERED THE PHONE (!!!!! ) who was so kind and courteous. Made an appointment for next day for a service call to take a look. Colin arrived on time, donned shoe covers and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. We have an old house and the water heater is in what was once a root cellar with a very narrow stairway down. He was very thorough, advised us to also replace the pressure relief valve, and it would take 3 people to get the old tank out and the new one downstairs. They provided a quote that was EXTREMELY reasonable and arrived promptly on Tuesday. I also requested they replace our 20+ year old sump pump at the last minute which they were happy to do. The old hot water heater dripped brown rusty looking water on my deck when they were hauling it out and they went out there and scrubbed the deck clean! I cant tell you how courteous and professional every single person was and I am a VERY satisfied customer.

Fantastic service from start to finish. We only interacted with Dan and Colin but I am sure this is a top notch family owned business. I was able to get a quote over the phone without a service charge and was provided additional information when trying to diagnose some of the issues we were having. Was able to get on the schedule quickly and had excellent service from Colin during the time he was at our home. And when we saw the invoice it just made the whole experience even better. Fair, professional, efficient, I cant find enough positive words to describe our experience with Feichtner Plumbing. We will be customers for life.

We used Feichtner Plumbing to replace our water heater and we couldn’t have asked for better service. We are still within the warranty period for the house we just purchased and I wanted a quick job. Within days I had a new water heater and a check in the mail from the warranty service. The water heater is a trusty State, and the installation price was excellent. Colin was willing to quickly do all the steps required by the warranty service and answered all of our questions so well. Will absolutely call them again if I need plumbing done.

It was clear that he wanted to understand the problem before costing us the expense of sending someone out. The plumber he sent was courteous and professional and provided a repair skillfully and timely. Strongly recommend Feichtner Plumbing.

During the process of selling our house, we suspected we may have low water pressure and needed a plumber to come inspect and correct, if needed. I called Dan at 9 AM, and to my surprise he told me he could have someone over later in the day. By 10 AM, one of his plumbers, Colin, was already at my house! Great turnaround time.He inspected our pressure, and to my surprise informed us our pressure was WAY too high! He told me right away what it would take to fix, provided an estimate, and told he me could do it right then and there.Less than an hour later, I had a brand new pressure reducing valve and my water pressure was perfectly calibrated. All related issues went away immediately.The final piece was a written report that I could provide to our house buyers. Dan was happy to provide this within a 48hr turnaround, and gave me exactly what I needed to close our deal.Thanks to Dan Feichtner and Colin for great customer service, knowledgable repairs, and for a great on-the-spot fix. Highly recommended!

From the start this was a wonderful experience with Dan the owner being the only plumber I’ve ever spoken with that would provide some rough pricing for my project over the phone without charging a service fee to come out and assess. The guys that came to help called ahead, were on time, and stayed way longer than expected to troubleshoot and eventually fix a troublesome tub filler. After everything was done and installed they walked me through everything they did (new gas line, hose bib, relocated disposal drain, and tub faucet install - which was top notch work), how it all worked, and gave pointers on things to look out for in the future. I’ve now got my “go to” plumber for all needs I’ll ever have- you should do the same and support a great local business in the process.

Saved the day!!!! We had used Thomas and Galbraith before to come out and fix a problem and 6 months later we had a sewer backup in the basement again, Thomas and Galbraith said since we were within our warranty they would come out but it’s not an emergency (yes sewer in a flooding basement is not an emergency) they said they could come out in a week. Feichtner plumbing saved the day by coming out within one hour! They were precessional, fast, and fixed the issue quickly. 100% would recommend if you want things done the correct way!

Colin and John did a great job of installing the new 75 gallon hot water heater, answering all of my questions and removing the 26 year old behemoth. We should have called them first and next time we will.

Would recommend them to everyone!Well its a year and we havent needed a plumber. Our luck ran out and needed one just recently. The first plumbers we call our these guys. UPDATE: Dan called me and we worked through the issue—incorrect number was written down so they couldn’t get ahold of me. Really appreciated that Dan was proactive about getting this corrected. That said, I’ll definitely use Feichtner again in the future.ORIGINAL (2): I spoke with Dan on Friday, May 6th to get on his schedule ASAP for an exterior drain that was backed up. It was agreed that they would have someone out the following Monday, May 9th. No one ended up calling or showing up.Full transparency, I missed a called from a number I did not know Monday afternoon, but no voicemail was left and no one answered when I called back shortly after I noticed I missed it—because of this I had assumed that it was just a telemarketer. If it was indeed the technician, I would be a bit disappointed there was no identifying voicemail left and that no one answered/returned my return call to, at the very minimum, reschedule the visit for a later date.I had used Feichtner once in the past and was happy with the result, BUT this time not so much. Interested in finding out what happened.

I had Freichtner plumbing come out and replace a p-trap for an apartment and they were very good. They did a great job, cleaned up when they were done and the price was reasonable. I will use them again. Ive tried three other plumbing companies and they either dont do a good job and cleanup or they do but the prices are unreasonable. I highly recommend Freichtner and will continue to use them.

Long story short instead of coming out on a service call he told how to diagnose the problem myself. That’s honest business. Dan and Greg at Feichtner Plumbing were absolutely incredible. Unlike many of the mega-plumbing places, they are not out to rip people (women in particularly) off, but rather to help. When I first called with my issue, Dan answered the phone and I explained all of the things Ive already tried and he mentioned one more thing I could try on my own. When that didnt work, I called back and he sent out Greg who diagnosed the leak pretty quickly and gave me my options. We did end up getting a whole new tub/shower, and it all happened before any of the other plumbers were even able to come out and look at the leak (like- they had me scheduled for March and April!?!?).But overall, I appreciate that both of the men at that company that I came into contact with did not underestimate my knowledge and ability because I was a woman. It is rare and refreshing to find such a company these days, and Im glad I did.Side note- I wanted to do a little bit of demo on my own for this project- they said SURE! Then, after I was finished, I quickly found out this is harder work than any of us non-manual-labor-people ever realized! And then the prices of the jobs all made sense to me!! Thanks Dan and Greg!

We had a pipe separate, called Feichtner and they were able to come out the following day.And, their prices were better than others we had talked to.We, however, were able to find the broken coupling and fix it ourselves.So, we called the morning of the appointment, and they were gracious and kind when we advised them we didn’t need the appointment any longer.Much respect, and we will be going to them in the future for our plumbing needs!
