I woke up at 2am to a flooding basement. Water was rushing out of the water heater, and I had no idea how to stop it. I was panicked, wet, and completely distraught. I called Allied Plumbing at 2:15 and spoke with Joseph, who not only walked me through how to make the water stop, but also showed up at my house within the hour to fix what was broken. He was patient, kind, knowledgeable and just...simply amazing. Joseph rocks! Allied Plumbing will now be my first call for any future plumbing issues. Thank you sooooo much!!!

Water was pouring into our floor because there was a crack on the grease trap. They quickly scheduled Jason to come out and fix it all. I have yet to meet anyone so thorough and efficient. They met and exceeded our expectations. The grease trap was an absolute mess that we inherited. Jason was amazing, I cannot say enough about this guy. They worked tirelessly, removed the old trap, bought and replaced our new grease trap and left everything clean and orderly! We were able to open our restaurant within a day! Wow! Thank You, Thank You! You guys Rock!!

We had water coming up from our floor drain. I called Allied Reddi Rooter and they came out that day. This was not a clogged sewer main. The drain pipe under our basement floor concrete had a clog getting in the way of draining making its way to the main pipe that leads to the city sewage system. Ryan was persistent with the snake and fixed the problem. He tested it and made sure everything was operating as it should.

From the start, the woman that answered the phone (sorry I didnt get her name) was wonderful. She was understanding and scheduled us for same day service around a doctor appt we had. She even wished us good luck at the doctor. Our techs, Roger and Sherman were awesome! Arrived right on time to clear our sewer line and also another plumbing issue. They were finished in under 2 hours for both jobs! They were a pleasure to deal with and we had a lot of laughs while getting the job done. Keep up the good work!

I recently hired Allied to help fix a plumbing problem at my house. The plumber they sent out, Roger Fraley, was not only early to the job but very professional and courteous. He addressed and fixed my problem right away (hot water heater leak) then he not only fixed it quickly, he also educated me on proper care for my hot water heater. I had a major emergency ‼️ at by childcare business . Jason showed earlier than scheduled and stayed until it was figured out . He went over and beyond to clean up after himself and sanitize . I work with children so cleanliness is sanitation is a must! The issue was on the city side . He did report. Called the city . Stayed and explained the problem. I was impressed and would call and request only him if I ever have another issue . Every business needs a Jason. He was efficient, dedicated , and respectful. Thank you Jason for everything

Ever since we move into our home a little over a year ago Allied Reddi Router has been there for us. Let me count the ways. Toilet repair, outside hose connection, clogged kitchen sink, sump pump replacement just to name a few issues that come along when you purchase an older home. Jason has been great in analyzing situations and coming up with solutions. As much as I like hearing about his golf game and his kids I’m hoping he has identified all our issues. Thanks again for all the great service. I’ll keep their number on speed dial even though I hope I don’t need them again anytime soon.

Wow! So impressed and grateful to Allied. I needed a sewer line inspection done same day. I called and they set me up with an appointment range of 4-7pm. Rik and his assistant arrived PROMPTLY at 4pm and did a thorough job. He patiently explained his process, what he was observing as he scoped the line, and explained everything he thought I needed to do to get the clean-outs in good shape again. He worked efficiently and did a really thorough inspection. At the end of the appointment I asked for a written statement of what needed to be done since Im in the process of purchasing a house. Rik said he would provide the statement and a proposal so I could document costs to get repairs done. I expected this within the week but to my surprise, I had it NEXT DAY. This company has top-notch customer service which is vital in the home buying, inspection, and construction process. Allied Reddi-Rooter will be my first call whenever I need future plumbing work done! Thanks guys!

I called the day before with a garbage disposal no longer working due to age of the unit. I was told a technician (Jason) would be there by 11am Monday morning. Jason was on time and was able to remove the old disposal and replace with a new disposal in under 1 hour. The performance and professionalism of Jason gave my wife and I complete peace of mind! We have used Allied Reddi-Rooter on other occasions and have always had a very good experience. They get it right the first time. Thank you Allied!

I called for service on a Sunday evening and reached their phone service. The lady on the line misunderstood the severity of my situation and told me someone would call me on Monday. I was pretty upset. I left a poor review. John from Allied called me twice to discuss my poor review. He was very pleasant and professional. He explained to me that their company uses a phone service and the woman who answered my call doesnt work for their company. I understand that accidents happen and miscommunications are understandable. I appreciate John reaching out to me. I will call Allied again if I have another problem.

I received very professional service pertaining to the main sewer line in my front yard. When originally contacted to provide a quote for the service needed, the Service Technician arrived within an hour, explained the how the repair would be completed, what caused the need for this repair and provided a written quote on the spot. When contacted a month later to complete the repair, the quote stayed the same, I received the same professional service and updates on how the repair was progressing. I couldnt be more appreciative of the professionalism of Charles and Branden - who assisted on his day off!!! Thank you so very much!!!!

They were there when Roto-Rooter (RR) wasnt. We had a main sewer line issue (collapsed pipe) that has been identified by first said plumber, but refused to make the necessary repair because of proximity to my front porch. In my opinion, RR saw the job TOO BIG and decided it was a safety issue. Thats where Allied Reddi-Rooter stepped in. They sent someone to identify the problem, made necessary recommendations, and within a day, a backhoe, jackhammer and a bobcat were on my property getting the job done. This was not a one day job at all, but Allied showed up on time every day and persistently worked to rectify my plumbing issue. If you have ANY plumbing issues, big or small, I would highly recommend Ray and his team at Allied Reddi-Rooter.

A+ from start to finish. Tracey took my call and was delightful on the telephone-- clearly she enjoys her job. Rosezell (sp?) and his helper were on time, clean, and professional. They explained that my sill faucet leak was caused by a loose fitting and not a broken pipe, as I had thought. What couldve easily been a $300+ repair was only $95. I appreciate their honesty.Ive hired a lot of tradespeople over the years and none have impressed me as much as everyone at Allied. Truly, they are an all-around cheerful bunch who clearly understand their line of work, like what they do, and enjoy helping their customers. I highly recommend them and would definitely call them again.

First,. the receptionist was patient, polite, and helped me to verbally clarify my problem (I don’t speak plumbing.) Second, the service technician texted two times to let me know exactly when he was coming, which was great to know (I called in morning, and got service the same day.) Last, the technician (Roger) was polite, but more importantly, smart, and quick to problem-solve a situation that stumped my contractor. The actual problem was nothing like how it appeared; the leaky basement mess around a plumbing stack was not related to the plumbing, but something a floor above. I’m so happy this was resolved so quickly.

A couple years ago, I had in issue with drains that were backing up in my basement.I called Joe Lay & Sons. They came out days later and (after I had to hound them), left my house filthy, and told me I had to reinstall brand new pipes. Costs $15-$20k.To get a second opinion, I called Allied. In 1 hour, they fixed the problem for a couple hundred bucks.I’ve used them several other times for different, unrelated issues. They are honest and try to Figure out the easiest way to get it done.I’ve called the weekends and nights. They’re always right there.Since I live in a house over 110 years old, it is a relief to have a trusted contractor like Allied. I highly recommend. These guys are great.
