Usually dealing with plumbers is not the best interaction. Honestly, I dislike having to deal with them. However, Prime Plumbing Service personnel were courteous, reasonable and punctual. The work was done professionally and clean. I was very pleased with the entire experience. My water heater went out on Sunday and when I called on Monday morning, the plumber was at my house by 2 pm. After he assessed the work and we discussed the price, the work was completed the next morning.

The plumbers did an awesome job! They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and super thorough! They went out of their way to check and double check the issue, and even answered questions about unrelated (plumbing) issues. I would definitely recommend Prime Plumbing Service and call them again, great value, excellent service and great quality!

After a bad experience with another plumber, I called Prime Plumbing Service to clean out my sewer line. This was my first time using them. Their plumber arrived on time and did an excellent job.He also cleaned up after he was done. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend them.

I had a clog in the main sewerage line, late on a Friday. When I called , I was given a 2 hour window for someone to be out that day. The tech came when expected and was courteous and knowledgeable. The drain was cleared in a timely manner and I was shown where the issues were with the camera that was used in the pipe. The price was reasonable and the job was done right and quickly. What more could you ask for?

Prime Plumbing Service was available to get a washer connector replaced quickly unlike all other plumbers I had called. Jim was our guy, very friendly and competent. Quick assessment and implementation of remedy. Price seemed about in line with what other plumbers guesstimated over the phone. Benefit of Prime Plumbing Service was availability in much quicker time than other plumbers. Would call again.

We called Prime Plumbing Service for a large job fixing our main water line to the street hookup. They had to dig down through the sidewalk and replace some piping. They were open about their pricing and options and gave great service in one afternoon. Will definitely recommend.
