I am absolutely delighted with the plumbing service I received from Howard & Sons Plumbing. From the moment I dialed their number to schedule an assessment, right up until the work was finished, the standard of service and follow-up was of the highest level. I am particularly impressed with Theodore, who was an outstanding plumber. He paid attention to every detail, tidied up after completing the task, and was both professional and polite. In the office, Patrick was also fantastic to work with - professional and easygoing. I wholeheartedly endorse them and will continue to utilize their plumbing services in the future. Its tough to find good employees, and Chicagos Howard & Sons Plumbing definitely has them. Keep up the excellent work! Its worth mentioning that the new management is doing a fantastic job, providing exceptional service now more than ever.

My plumber, Leonard, did an excellent job sorting out the issue, and he was also a very pleasant person. I enjoyed conversing with him about our shared experiences living in Chicago. He was polite, wore a mask for safety, and tidied up after finishing the work. Ill definitely contact Howard & Sons Plumbing again and specifically ask for Leonard, although it looks like the problem has been permanently resolved. : )

Those drains were no match for them! they were speedy in arriving at your house in chicago. while it was a bit surprising to be charged $50.00 to secure my toilet back in place, at least it was for a couple of high-quality bolts. the bright side is that theodore was upfront with the billing, so there were no hidden surprises. in addition, they offer a 30-day warranty, providing peace of mind just in case your drains need another round of unclogging.

I had a pair of outdoor faucets that had seen better days after 35 years of use. so, i reached out to this plumbing service for help. as promised, they were at my chicago residence the very next day. they were quick to identify the issue with the spigots, provided me with a clear explanation, and gave an estimate for the service. following day, leonard and bruce were back at my place. they expertly un-soldered the aged faucets, fixed threaded fittings, and installed brand-new fixtures. i must say, the work they did left me quite impressed. its clear that the companys new management is making a big difference, delivering great service now.

I had an excellent experience with this plumbing service in Chicago. They were able to accommodate me at short notice. My interaction with Javier was nothing less than extraordinary. He worked hard to clear my sump pump of wipes that were blocking it. The quote he gave me was exactly what i ended up paying after the job was done. I appreciate the honesty of this plumbing business. I got an estimate from a different local company the day before for the same job, and they wanted to charge me more than double what this plumbing service asked for. I cant recommend them enough.
