We faced an urgent predicament where the plumbing system for our entire upper level was blocked, leading to no hot water supply. Initially, the first plumber from Lukes Rapid Plumbing, lets call him Melvin, arrived and suggested that we might need to replace all the pipes upstairs due to the uncertainty of the blockage location. Melvin coordinated a follow-up visit with his manager, Ezra, assuring us that if anyone could resolve this issue, it would be Ezra. Ezra did mention the possibility of re-piping but committed to doing his best to avoid that. Cutting to the chase, Ezra successfully managed to rectify the issue without the need for extensive re-piping, for which were immensely grateful! While their services might seem a bit expensive, they are transparent about it. Considering the urgency of our situation in Chicago, we were simply relieved to have the problem fixed.

I was assured that help would arrive shortly to resolve the issue. Brian and Terrence were on the scene in just a few minutes and they managed to fix the problem in less than an hour... Their professionalism was top-notch and I cant recommend them enough... The quality of their work was outstanding and they were great people. My partner and I have been busily renovating our home for a considerable amount of time. Its been a labor of love, filled with lots of effort and dedication. The final piece of the puzzle to make our house truly habitable was to get our shower faucet operational. Melvin came over, admired our home and appreciated all the hard work weve put in, and then proceeded to fix our dripping shower handle in roughly 20 minutes. He was extremely pleasant and even included a few essential extras we needed at no extra cost. Well absolutely turn to this plumbing service for any future plumbing concerns we may encounter. So grateful! Lukes Rapid Plumbing was simply outstanding, and I would endorse them without hesitation. I received an alert from my water provider that I had a significant leak causing excessive water use. I contacted the plumbing company immediately, and in less than an hour, Terrence and Brian showed up. I was clueless about the leaks location, so Terrence began with the toilets. He quickly found a leak in my guest bathroom. After replacing a few parts, the leak was no more - problem solved! In addition, my water shut-off valve in the garage was malfunctioning, but Terrence and Brian fixed that too. They were incredibly diligent and left both areas impeccably clean. A huge thanks to Terrence and Brian!

Ive finally discovered a plumber, from Lukes Rapid Plumbing, who not only arrives on time but also does top-notch work, charges reasonably, and is so amiable that he feels like a member of the family! I enlisted the help of Terrence to improve a pipe for the installation of a sprinkler system. When an old town pipe, worn down from years of decay, suddenly ruptured, Terrence remained composed and took control of the situation. He, along with his team members, Melvin and Ezra, had to work in a cramped, dim crawlspace, but they completed the task without losing their good spirits. The backflow preventer they fitted on the front of my residence is a masterpiece. But theres more! When my sons boiler began to leak, I reached out to Terrence and he was there on the same day! I wholeheartedly endorse them, they are always ready to assist.

Our ceiling was leaking water and Lukes Rapid Plumbing came to our aid. The plumber, Brian, arrived and located the leak between the floors. Brian was extremely professional and well-informed. He quickly fixed the leaking pipe. The cost of the repair was quite reasonable. The only hiccup we experienced was the extended wait for the water to be turned off and on again in Chicago due to a system failure. However, thanks to the excellent service provided by Lukes Rapid Plumbing, we are now satisfied customers.

After we made our choice on how to proceed, he got down to work. Brian showed a clear dedication to the task, willing to invest as much time as required to ensure a successful outcome. Given that the service was charged at a flat rate, not hourly, his commitment was particularly noteworthy. Well definitely call on Lukes Rapid Plumbing again, should we need their services in the future.

Brian was the plumber dispatched by Lukes Rapid Plumbing and he did an exceptional job. The issue was with the faucet stem in the shower that had broken. I confess, I dont have any knowledge about plumbing, it might as well be rocket science to me. Melvin assisted us in selecting fixtures that were a perfect match. Upon Brians arrival, he discovered the entire shower valve concealed in the wall required replacement. This didnt shock me, as weve replaced all the pipes in our house except for that hidden section in the wall. I would have rated the team a full 5 stars, but Melvin didnt inform us of the exact arrival time of the plumber. Fortunately, I happened to be home on that particular Friday afternoon when Brian arrived.
