These guys went above and beyond on a weekend when our tankless water heater broke and needed replacement. Not only did they spend Saturday finding the right model to fit into a tight space, which wasnt easy to find, but then they came out on a Sunday morning to install it. The plumber did excellent work. Personable, experienced, efficient--thats how I would describe him. His work is just the best and I cant recommend Pierce Plumbing highly enough.

I had a leak under the kitchen sink of my house Contacted Pierce Plumbing Service and they gave a reasonable price quote and were able to get the job done the same day..He was very professional. All work done was great. Plumber fixed up a mess that originated with the old home owner who was a do-it-your-self. Pricing was reasonable, emergency service surcharge was very reasonable. Id definitely use Pierce Plumbing Service again. I wont be procrastinating next time I need a plumber.

I experienced flooding in my home due to a toilet overflowing. I called Pierce Plumbing Service and scheduled an emergency callback with the after hours operator. Mark contacted me immediately and came out shortly thereafter. He figured out what the problem was and tackled it right away. He let me know what was happening every step of the way and made sure that I understood my options. Thank you again Pierce Plumbing Service!

Last evening I called Pierce Plumbing Service as I had a water drainage leak running from my second floor bathroom into my kitchen.They responded promptly and came first thing in the morning and was able to get a plumber the same day.He located and replaced the leaking pipes perfectly.The cost to repair was reasonable and less than I had expected. I was very pleased with the service ,the plumber was very friendly and knowledgeable.I recommend them fully.

Excellent customer service. Mark was able to come out less than an hour after we experienced a problem with a shower valve and had it fixed in 30 minutes or so. Fair pricing and quality work. Previously bought hot water heater from them as well. This company is my go to first call for plumbing services. Highly recommend to others!!!

Available on short notice to fix a leaky gas valve, they showed up the same day. The space to work in was small but they tried to do the job in the confined space without cutting a bigger hole and succeeded. Very kind and easy to work with all around. Especially in contrast to the plumber I worked with before who took 3+ days to schedule, this was a huge step up.

Mark the technician came out to our house for an emergency sewer backup into the basement. He was personable, efficient, explained what he was suggesting and doing at every step and did a great job. He also gave detailed options for what we might do for follow-up to prevent the same problem in the future, including estimated costs. Great service.
