J Sewer had a rapid turn around time for what we needed to get done for our home, which was hydro jetting and cleaning out our catch basin. They were able to provide estimates over the phone, and the very next day sent someone over to see if the work matched what they estimated, and it did!I will mention that two separate groups came to complete the job. One group for hydro jetting and the other group of cleaning the catch basin. There was about 2 hour break between the both of them.All crew members were professional and made sure to show me before and after photos / video of our sewer lines and catch basin. All members listened to our concerns and provided guidance towards future maintenance.Pro tip: Coupons may be available on the website for some services. Make sure to check out, and I was lucky enough to save $125 for these jobs.

Second time using them and consistently dependable when the other guys arent. Previously fixed a leaking toilet without issue for a reasonable price. This time had an issue with gas pressure for a stovetop and had five different people come check it out (even bought a whole new stove!) and J figured out the problem immediately. Didnt even charge me since it was the gas peoples fix to make. Incredible people, Im just starting with them for all my needs in my home from now on.

An estimator was sent out the same day to provide quote. I accepted the quote and the secretary coordinated a date to do the work. Another worker, Milton, came on time on the arranged date. Before working, he confirmed the work to be done before doing it, which was very reassuring for me. He was very respectful and cleaned up after he was done. He had me test all the plumbing before he left. Communications, either from Milton, or from the secretary, was regular and helpful throughout. Would hire again.

Jesus and team came in on an emergency basis (one-day turnaround from estimate to job completion) and installed a cleanout and check valve in my front yard. This required digging a trench ~7 feet deep and at least as long to replace with PVC the multiple feet of clay pipe destroyed by tree roots. Then, his team came inside and addressed hours of sump pump discharge rerouting. All in the same day! I highly, highly recommend Jesus.

Highly recommend! we had to do several emergency plumbing repairs on a newly purchased place, including digging up and fixing faulty new-to-old plumbing connections, removal and reinstallation of new piping for a bathroom shower, sink, and toilet, as well adding a clean out outside for future plumbing access. the entire team was prompt, communicative, and very responsive to our requests. we had to spend a decent chunk of change (it was a LOT of work they had to do) but feel really confident that the service and information we were being provided was trustworthy, reliable, and in our best interests. thank you j sewer!

Can’t say enough positive things about J Sewer! He was super prompt! Came out within 24 hours. We had previously called one of the plumbers that advertise on TV - they came out, didn’t even lift the leaky toilet from the floor, just told us it would be $1000 (that’s right, ONE THOUSAND) to replace the wax ring, or $2000 to replace the flange.J Sewer came out and let us know the flange was fine. There was a slight leak in the water hose running from the wall to the tank, and water was dribbling out. That fix was like $300.We’ve got this guys number saved and he will be out go to plumber in the future!

They are very responsive and do great work, around my schedule. A dependable plumber is hard to find, but J Sewer is dependable. They are the only plumber who correctly diagnosed my sewer line issue when I had a misaligned connection under the street that the city is responsible for fixing. They were back the next day with the city inspector first thing in the morning, and got the city to agree to make the repairs. Most other plumbers were just trying to get nickel and dime me without letting me know the real issue, but J Sewer was more concerned with correcting my sewer problems and I greatly appreciate that. Because of this, I will definitely be going to them in the future with any of my plumbing needs instead of any other plumber.

We had a clogged drain line last year that they inspected and hydrojetted, they also found a broken pipe (luckily it was on the citys side). Jonathan responded right away after having an emergency issues with pump in basement. My old land lord recommended him. He was very knowledgeable and patient discussing options. Within 1hr Milton was in the property, took a quick look and started to replace the ejector pump. Showed us what he would do, answered all questions we had, and was very profesional with everything. At the end, parts and labor was half of what Roto Rooter was going to charge me and now I have a go to plumber that I will call back if I have any issues.

He replaced 2 sections of broken pipe outside, one under grass, the other under concrete, they had to hand dig everything too, about 5 ft down. Jesus is my savior! But no joke. He has done major home repairs for us at a beyond reasonable price.First experience: We didn’t know what was wrong with our hot water heater, just figured it should not be blowing as much out but he was very knowledgeable and courteous about the situation as we had to ask our neighbor to get access to see where it was blowing out. Found out we had a really dangerous situation on our hands as carbon monoxide was not properly funneled out correctly.Second experience: Thought we needed a sump pump to get out moisture in the crawl space but Jesus got to the root of the problem and found there was actually a broken pipe that needed to be excavated and re-routed. Although it could have taken him 2 days or another company 3-4 days, he and his team worked late into the evening to make sure it was all done at once and did not increase the price for the extra time and labor than we all originally thought the project would entail. He even worked with our home insurance company to answer questions in order to get a partial reimbursement!Third experience: Minor water leak in our downstairs bathroom.. had some difficulty locating the source but fixed it rather quickly. Always walks us through the process and explains the situations and solutions, which is definitely great as a new homeowner!Another great thing is that he is knowledgeable in so many areas that you don’t need to go to different companies with different problems for your house.Will definitely be using this company for any and all needs! I had a great experience with J Sewer & Plumbing. I wanted someone to pick up a toilet I had purchased at the hardware store, bring it to my home, remove the old toilet, and install the new one. I sent out a request for quote to multiple companies. Some didnt respond. Jesus from J Sewer & Plumbing responded within an hour and provided a fair quote. Others wanted to schedule a time to come give an estimate (and charge a trip fee). I didnt think it was a job that required a separate trip to estimate. On the day of the service, Jesus and his team showed up on time. The work was done professionally, timely, cleanly, and properly. I highly recommend J Sewer & Plumbing.

Called for sewer rodding service. They looked into the catch basin and told me that it appeared to be in good shape. Asking why I requested this service, I told them there was a problem with 1 bathroom drainage. They identified the source of the problem by crawling under the house, getting covered in dirt and spider webs and still insisted that this was a free estimate. Jesus quickly shed wisdom on the direct problem...a problem that was not able to be understood or explained by a whole afternoon spent with ABC Plumbing. Highly recommended.

Jesus and his team are excellent. They have completed two jobs for us. September 2019, Jesus replaced a malfunctioning ejector pump for us. He was able to diagnosis and complete the replacement the same day we called. June 2020, they repaired our broken sewer main. Our finished basement flooded after the heavy rains in May. We have a good drain tile system and sump pump, so we assumed the worse. Jesus was able to scope our pipes and find the broken pipe fairly easily. Initially, Jesus thought they would need to break the tile floor to access the pipe, but fortunately, they were able to access it through the wall. Jesus and his team are very tidy and efficient. Jesus was able to have a city inspector out a few days after the work was completed. In total the work was complete within two weeks of the diagnosis (1 week was us dragging our feet on scheduling, because we have a toddler). I would highly recommend Jesus and his team: efficient, clean, courteous. Jesus answered all of our one million questions with professionalism and patience. Covid note: everything was as good as you can expect - everyone in masks the entire time, social distancing when possible.

Jesus was awesome. Right after moving in to our new house, we had water backup in our basement. He assessed the situation, tested it the ejector pump, and determined it was just a stuck valve most likely due to having not been used in so long prior to us moving in. He said it if happened again we could just jiggle the pipe to dislodge the valve. He tested it a few times and it DID WORK. He said if I still wanted, he could open it up and look but I decided his verdict was good enough for me. He said it was NO CHARGE and wouldnt accept payment even though I tried to insist.
