    Look no further than Dino for any remodeling projects you are considering. He remodeled my condo from top to bottom and Im thrilled with his work. He uncovered a lot of shoddy workmanship from a previous reno and had to reframe walls, add installation, install new drywall, electrics and plumbing. I literally have a new apartment. He takes his time to do the highest quality of work possible. Hes reliable and honest and tells you where you should spend money and where you should save. Hes very particular and remodeled my home like it was his own. There really isnt anything Dino cant do. I highly recommend him for any remodeling.

    Dino and his guys were amazing. Especially in this day in age. I waited months to get them in, but it was totally worth it. They did all my work in 3 days, which should of took at least a weeks these guys were legit and also the work if next level. Already referred so many of my clients to them. Next is my bathroom and can’t wait. I know there’s so many bad contractors out there, that’s not on any level these guys. I almost don’t want to tell anyone how amazing they are, so I can get them again to do more work. Tip them pressed juice and water lol! Thanks again guys!

    We have several tiles jobs for our almost 100 year old bungalow. The Tile Shop suggested Hi Tech Builders and after reading the reviews, I asked for a quote. Dino spent almost 2 hours looking at our various jobs, talking through the options, measuring, etc. The other quote was in and out in 10 minutes. Even though our other quote was less, we decided to go with Hi Tech because we wanted to build a relationship with a contractor that we could rely on. His crew just finished their first job with us. It turned out perfect, as promised, and with no extra costs. We are looking forward to our next project with Hi Tech builders.

    I reached out to Dino and Hi-tech builders after having a previous contractor do some work to our basement bathroom. (its a work in progress). Due to some mis-communication the previous contractor never ended up installing an exhaust fan for the steam from the shower. I found Dino by searching for a contractor in the general area (Portage Park).after explaining the situation to Dino, he accomodated my work schedule to inspect the undertaking. He quoted the job, and was able to get the job done, not only in a timely manner, but also recommended a specific fan that worked perfect for our application (lower than normal ceiling). Its a can light AND exhaust fan in 1 assembly and was exactly what we were looking for!! as it doesnt hang below or take up head space inside the shower.I appreciated His attention to detail, (he made sure the can lights were centered and aligned with eachother) professionalism, cleanliness and knoweldge/experience for recommending that specific fan. We will deffinitely be using him again for any future upgrades, or repairs that may be a little too much for us to handle ourselves. The bathroom isnt finished yet but with the exhaust fan done its one step closer!

They are incredibly detail orientated, will only do things the right way, and care deeply about the quality of their work.     We called Hi Tech Builders initially to replace the tile in our entryway with hardwood flooring. After talking with Dino we found out that they could update the bathroom and half bath as well. It was great to have one crew handle all the different jobs. They laid new hardwood, sanded and stained so it matched the existing adjacent flooring. New tile, fixtures, drywall and paint in the bath and half bath. Very professional and kept us informed about what needed to be done. Were looking forward to working with them again on our next project in the fall. Thanks again, Dino!

    We recently used Hi-Tech to remodel our kitchen and half bath. Dino and Ben did amazing work and were incredibly nice and great to work with. They showed up on time and were very professional. They kept the site clean and got it done AHEAD of schedule which was very important to us since we did this just before the holidays. Dino helped us with key decisions including ordering cabinets but also didn’t bother us with small things or disrupt us throughout the day. Most importantly they did incredible work on everything - cabinet installs, appliances, sinks, crown molding, tile, dry wall, painting, everything top to bottom. Thank you!

    I received Dinos name from the Tile Shop. He was my fourth and final estimate--I immediately sensed that he was highly skilled and capable of trouble shooting. Dino made suggestions (such as a walk-in shower instead of a bathtub) that no one else had offered. He was responsive to texts and emails before the project began and throughout its duration. Dino worked on my bathroom remodeling and entranceway tile continuously for 5.5 weeks; I felt that he gave my projects his full attention. Dino was hands on whether it be tile, painting, electrical work, or plumbing. He dealt with unexpected mold and did detective work to solve the problem of a leak from our upstairs bathroom. Dino knew how to keep the job moving along. He has a keen eye and fashion sense; he really helped me make great decisions on paint color, grout, placement of fixtures, and miscellaneous items. Dino is well connected with individuals who do shower door installation, hardwood floor buffing, caulking, and even natural stone slabs. Dino was assisted by George on a daily basis with many aspects of the remodeling. Georges tile workmanship is absolutely amazing. He meticulously and strategically placed each tile like an artist creating a masterpiece! Besides their professionalism, both Dino and George are pleasant, punctual, and patient. Their work ethic is incredible. By the way, I dont think Dino ever began a conversation without first asking me how MY day was going.

    Dino and his crew did a top rate job. They were neat and timely. One of the things I valued the most is that I wasnt on site while he did the job, but Dino chose finishes and subtle detailing that were perfect for the overall finished product. He was able to show us about 3-4 various options, and kindly offered his thoughts on the pros/cons of each.     Dorin was very prompt in coming to provide us with a quote for removing old adhesive tile in our kitchen and bedroom and installing luxury vinyl planks in those rooms and an additional bedroom. He also removed two 100 yr old single pane windows that were horrendous and installed vinyl windows. We asked to add on new kitchen base trim as well and new window and door trim in the kitchen. His work is absolutely superb. He completed all this work in one week. ONE WEEK ONLY! He and his crew were on time each and every day and delivered amazing results. His pricing was honest and fair and changes were discussed before completion.We highly recommend Hi Tech Builders and will continue to use them our future needs.Thank you Dorin and crew!
