It had been several years since our sewer line had been rodded / jetted. With a quick camera inspection, Jeremy discovered multiple cracks in the 100+ year old pipes through a section of the line. He did not pressure me to replace anything, only stating it would eventually become a problem and that he could continue the jetting as requested or could replace the damaged section. I opted for replacement, and Jeremy and his crew were able to pull the permits and dig out and replace ~10ft of badly damaged line. They did it efficiently, kept our sewer line flowing, and kept me informed all along the process.

Called Grayson Sewer and Drain Services on Saturday because shower in basement was backing up. Jeremy said he could come out early afternoon after he took care of 3 customers before me. He came on time and did a video inspection of my main sewer drain that showed root growth. They hydro jetted the main sewer and cleaned out the root growth. They also rodded the drain from shower to the connection at the main and got my sewer drains working again. Pricing was reasonable for the amount of work they had to do. Would use them again.

This company went above and beyond to do a thorough sewer and drain scope inspection for a property Im considering buying. When they came, the corroded cap made it impossible to remove. Since they needed to wait for the sellers approval to cut the cap, they had to make a second trip. And they didnt even charge me for this! They even replaced the cap for the seller free of charge. This company stands behind integrity and a genuine desire to help people. Thank you!!

Excellent service from this company. Jeremy was great in working with our busy schedule to set up at time for his team to come out to replace our ejector pump. Chris came out and was awesome, in 15 minutes we had a new pump installed and working! These guys are efficient and very knowledgeable. Our washing machine drain plug was backing up and flooding our basement. Our regular plumber tried auguring but was unable to fix it.We then called a sewer specialist who charged us several hundred dollars to clear roots from the front which did not solve the problem. A second trip yielded an huge estimate on a completely different part of the system.Enter Grayson. They were knowledgeable and had a good grasp about what could be the problem before they even came. They arrived the next day and did a thorough evaluation of the sewer system. Using a camera, they were able to pinpoint the problem and solve it. I would give 10 stars if possible. We were having some sewage problems at one of our buildings for a few months now. We called a few plumbing companies and no one could identify the problem. Fantastic! These guys just fixed a pipe in our basement that froze and burst during the recent cold temperatures. They were so thorough, and did an amazing job. Highly recommend Grayson Sewer. Jeremy came out within a day to hydro jet our sewer backup. Through the camera we found that we had a couple of issues that needed replacement. If you live near by and need help. They are local and friendly. They got me out a jam that I myself with a “I can go to Home Depot get the tools and fix it” would me break something and costing me more time and money. Tell what it is as best you can and they will help you. Called and got penciled in next day. It’s worth having a professional out to do it well the frist times. Even it took them less than 15 minutes to unclog a pesky drain.

When I first called I got to talk to an actual plumber so I was able to thoroughly communicate my issue and not just be given an appointment blindly. They were out here the next day and quickly determined the leak source. Within a few days (based on my schedule) the crew was here and did great work in 4 hours tops. I have a new toilet and lavatory faucet installed in a professional and proper manner.I will hire Grayson again with confidence when its time to remodel my 2nd bathroom.

These guys are some of the most honest and hardworking we have ever seen. Absolute professionals. Knowledgeable beyond belief. We have dealt with two dishonest plumbers as of late, and Grayson came into our home and put us at ease. They rebuilt a good portion of our sewer at an affordable cost. Every aspect of the job was done with diligence and expertise. Owner was on site numerous times daily to oversee project. Customer service was number one. A breath of fresh air in today’s world. Jeremy and his crew replaced 15 ft of sewer pipe and installed a cleanout outside. He was great to deal with, he was professional, compassionate, and spoke to me like a friend. Our house needed this work done to be relisted, and Jeremy and his guys were able to start right away and were there til the job was finished. They cleaned up after themselves and talked through the completed work with me. Id recommend Grayson to anyone looking for any sewer related work.

We called Grayson Sewer and Drain to open up the clogged sewer backing up into the basement in to our 100 yr old Chicago home. They responded 90 minutes later and cleared the system. We were so impressed with their work that we asked for an estimate on repairing broken tiles that we had received a few estimates on already but were still procrastinating. The estimate was right where it should be and we signed the contract the next day. Grayson started the job on the day they said they would and finished up ahead of schedule. We couldnt be more satisfied.

I’ll be recommending them to everyone I know that has sewer or drainage problems. They actually came earlier than expected and I was impressed that everything they needed was on their truck (electrical and water). They told me what the the problem was and started the Hydo Jetting process and camera inspection and continued until the lines were flowing. I’ve had sewer issues for years and have used several other companies but from now on Grayson is the only company I trust to fix my problems!
