Incredible service and unbeatable price. Ive been a homeowner for 40 years (three different places), and rank Garrity among the best providers Ive experienced. He installed a new water heater for much less than the competition, did it professionally, with excellent communication, and everything as explained up front. I couldnt be more pleased (and impressed). -

I’d called another company who quoted ridiculous amounts and frankly the guy who came out try to oversell me. Garrity had installed a hot water heater quickly for our condo building, so I called for new seals on my toilets. They were quick, efficient, well priced and on time. You cannot ask for better. If I ever need anything else in Chicago for plumbing - I’ll always call them. Thanks!! -

Honest plumber, the owner actually does the service calls. Could have taken advantage of me to fix my faucet mechanism but didn’t! Asked me to email him a pic of the faucet. He knew exactly what it was and when it was made and what to do….absolutely trust & recommend. -

I would give these guys 10 stars if I could.Both times I had an issue they sent someone out within hours. They worked expediently and left no trace they were here (Except for the fact I could now flush my toilet)Brian and Tristan we courteous and professional.Telling all my friends. Would highly recommend this company. They are very professional, clean, respectful, and reasonably priced. They arrive on time, I mentioned I had pets and they were mindful to keep doors closed when coming in and out. They are also great with dealing with older homes and older equipment. Ive used them many times and would recommend them. -
