My technician Juan was a blessing. It seems that when the boiler was installed there was a blockage that wasn’t taken care of. Juan removed the blockage and my boiler is working great. Sharing an update to this review to reflect the companys commitment to resolution.After contacting Four Seasons, they took my concerns seriously and took action to address the issue thoroughly. Despite my having a third-party inspection, they did address the issue that same week. To my surprise, they went above and beyond by completely replacing the panel, exceeding my expectations. This totally demonstrates their commitment to the workmanship guarantee and their dedication to customer satisfaction.I am incredibly grateful for their professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to rectifying the situation. Thank you!_________________Workmanship/WarrantyI am extremely disappointed with the services provided by Four Seasons Heating and Cooling, and I feel obligated to warn others about their unsafe workmanship and refusal to honor their warranty.In December 2023, I hired Four Seasons to replace and upgrade my homes electrical panel to a 200-amp service. Initially, everything appeared fine. However, less than a year later, I discovered alarming soot and burn marks inside the panel. Concerned for my familys safety, I had a licensed electrician inspect it, only to learn that the issues likely stemmed from poor installation and loose connections—problems that pose a serious fire hazard.When I contacted Four Seasons to address the problem under their warranty, they outright refused to inspect or resolve the issue because I had a third-party professional inspect the panel to identify the cause. This excuse is both unethical and dangerous, as their refusal to stand by their work leaves me in a vulnerable and costly situation.Their lack of accountability and disregard for safety is unacceptable. I trusted Four Seasons to provide quality work, but instead, I am left with a hazardous electrical system and no support from the company that installed it. If you value your safety and peace of mind, I strongly urge you to think twice before hiring this company.I will be taking further action to report their deceptive practices to the relevant authorities and encourage anyone else with similar experiences to do the same. Protect yourself and your property—look elsewhere for a contractor you can trust.

Very professional knew his job and explained everything.My system was very dirty and I didnt even know. Then explained how to keep it clean so it doesnt break down or burn the motor. Best 79.99 spent vs. 3500 for new oneSince this day, they came out again because it wouldnt kick on. Unit is 8 yrs old carrier..the capacitor went bad and was under companys carrier warranty.Because 4 seasons guaranteed their work when they cleaned my system, the install was free. This 450 call cost me nothing. I LOVE THIS PLACE. Get to your system checked twice a yearYoull be good

Joe Neal was a WEALTH of (safety) information. He showed me where the soot and burn marks were on the *OUTSIDE* of the burner cabinet? area, as well as TWO cracks in the metal cabinet. The furnace, a Luxaire, no longer in business, had no fail safe mechanisms and would continue to burn regardless of hazards. It was truly old when I moved in, in 1999, and I thought I was in great shape since it was just now starting to act up in 2024. When I scheduled the inspection, I feel Joe Neal literally saved our LIVES. I decided to replace it, and he showed me options within my budget and 4S INSTALLED THE SAME DAY. The installation guys Jackson and Rolando were true professionals also. They came at 1pm, dismantled and disposed of the old unit, installed the new including thermostat, CLEANED UP, gave me a walk around of it and were outta here by dinner time. I RECOMMEND FOUR SEASONS HIGHLY-10 STARS!!

The two technicians that came out to install my new furnace were great. I have 12’ ceilings to access the attic unit and a fairly small attic space. It took them all day to navigate the removal and installation. The new unit is working great and just in time for the predicted low temps to come in next week. Thanks Fours Seasons!

Fantastic service. Arrived only a few hours after initial request for service to fix a humidifier water leak. Not only fixed the leak but also tuned up two furnaces, a second humidifier and then installed two new thermostats. The service technician, was polite, hard working and very knowledgeable. He also cleaned up after completing the repairs and upgrades. Five stars! Highly recommend. I’ll be a Four Seasons customer forever because of the initial experience.

From my initial consult to my actual repair (all in the same day), it was a pleasure working with Four Seasons. My first technician, Charles C, was very approachable, knowledgeable, and worked with me to get the best possible deal for my repair. He was able to schedule another technician to come with the available parts as soon as possible, was very transparent with me about what to expect, and was professional and easy to talk to. My second technician, Carl M, was also a pleasure. I was very interested in the repair and wanted to understand more and he welcomed all of my questions and took the time to help me understand. He did a great job and even went the extra mile to put in a couple J hooks to secure some loose piping to reduce the noise. Carl did an excellent job, and was professional, polite, and honest. I can tell that both technicians are very passionate about their customers’ happiness and safety. Thank you and well done!

My service tech Nick was very courteous. Upon arrival he slipped on booties to protect our hardwood floors and carpet. He was very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed our furnace issue and also discovered another potential issue with a nick in the thermostat wiring and fixed it. He cleaned our furnace and completely answered all questions we had. Very satisfied with Nick.

Returned from a two week trip to be greeted by a cold house as my furnace was out. I called 4 seasons at 7pm and was told they had an appointment for me between 8:00am and 12:00pm. Technician arrived by 8:30 and diagnosed the problems. He offered a couple options. I elected to have the immediate problem fixed and another part that would eventually go out. He made a quick trip to the warehouse for parts , returned and I was good to go shortly after 12 noon.

Had to replace my old furnace. The two gentlemen who worked on the replacement should be the high bar that all other HVAC installers are compared too. My new furnace was a bit smaller than the old one so a lot of modifications, (wiring, exhaust/input PVC & duct work) was required to accommodate the new one. In over eight hours of steady work (no breaks) they left with a clean and perfectly installed furnace...Plus, these guys were just a couple of nice & knowledgeable fellows. I am not shy about asking questions and I was always satisfied that they were happy to accommodate me. Truly a great experience.

He discovered 2 gas leaks during a yearly maintenance, showed me where and how he found them and I could see for myself where the issues were. He repaired the problems, finished his inspection and cleaning and even worked with his manager to come to a reasonable price for me. It was a pleasure to have him in my home.

The price and the second set of installers who came to complete my job are why I am giving my experience a 2; otherwise, it would be a 1. The first set of installers were courteous, but lacked experience and professionalism. Apparently there was a problem with my install requiring a manager to stop by. It turns out the manager was here in my home for 35 minutes and I never knew. I was informed after the fact that there was a problem and that a manager was in my home. Day two installers saved the day. They were awesome. Overall, I had a poor experience.***After Tim, the Quality Control Tech came out today, Im upgrading my review to a 3. He was professional, knowledgeable, thorough. Excellent!10/10/24: Due to the diligence and genuine concern demonstrated by the Customer Care Team, Im amending my review from a 3 to a 4. Four Seasons as a whole made a great recovery after a very poor start. They truly try to make it right!

The technician, Karim, clearly explained the problem, walked me through my options, and provided fair pricing. The part needed to fix my furnace wasnt supposed to arrive for another 2 days but the tech personally picked the part up so I could have it fixed same day. Friendly, efficient, and effective!

He came out for a yearly check up on the boiler and systems, which included diagnostic and filter change. The serviceman was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. My old furnace went out during a cold snap and needed a new one urgently. Because the old furnace was so old, there was an issue getting certain parts to fit in the old framework, but Jose and Luis went the extra mile and got it installed, and working great. They were very obviously proud of their work, as they should be, which is exactly what you want when people are working on such an important part of your home. It was a great experience and I was very impressed with the job they did.

I’m not convinced the BRAND NEW AC UNIT is yet fully operational. I pointed out exposed wiring for 24 volt connections to the unit. The tech said it’s only 24 volt no big deal. Shoddy craftsmenship no exposed wiring connection should be allowed in outdoor settings. The technician said the unit needed calibration? What exactly does that mean? Does that mean when the temporary outdoors become hot and humid again I have to call for service. I’m hoping my short relationship with Four Seasons will improve however at present time will not consider Four seasons again. For nothing short of a pony cart I currently remain dissatisfied. New systems should not require multiple service calls to be 100% operational. The technician involved have been professional, Update :ALL REPAIRS TO AC unit have been completed to our satisfaction and continue to open operate very well. Thank you for your timely response to this matter. The technician kept us informed of all work to be done and completed work in professional manner best regards

He was extremely polite, professional, and showed me exactly what the issues were in my system. Referred to Four Season through Home Depot and was not disappointed. Specialist came by the house, did a very detailed walk through (checking vents and return vents etc) and asked me a few questions. Provided his recommendation for me to consider and answered all my question promptly. Setting up the installation appointment was also very easy. Crew came out on time and getting to work right away. Installation took about 5 hours, clean up the area, wipe everything down properly. The crew finish up the work with a final walk through of everything they did and what has changed compared to the old unit I had and provided me with a few tips and tricks. Overall a solid 10/10 experience with the team.Updated on 7/11/236 months later following up with my updated view! Had Four Season team came out again to put in a new AC unit (lol at the Chicago weather), and SAME quality experience never the less from this team. Really enjoyed working with the (different) team from beginning to finish, and they 100% prove to me their value and I will for sure be returning as a repeat customer for all my HVAC needs.Added pictures for anyone who is curious of the work that was performed!

From understanding my concerns regarding a gas leak in my home, to promptly dispatching a repair person, assisting me with financing and payment options, and completing re-piping work within the timeframe quoted, everything was done to my satisfaction. The repair team even waited outside my house while the gas company completed its inspection to ensure there were no problems and my gas could be turned back on! An outstanding experience that will drive my recommendation of Four Seasons to family and friends, and have me coming back to them for any future needs.

Had a major leak on a Sunday, called 4 seasons and they set an appointment for me that day. Had service man Stan come out and did a fantastic job , showed me what the problem was and what he needed to do, very professional and knowledgeable of his trade. My technician was great. Honest person.I initially called as furnace was making noise, but within short time the issue was resolved. He did yearly cleaning. He called his supervisor and was able to get waiver for service call and I only payed for cleaning and inspection.This is why I am loyal Four Seasons customer for many years and will stay loyal.

My aunt, who is a senior citizen, contacted this business in an effort to repair a damaged thermostat for her furnace/air conditioner. This company then proceeded to charge my aunt 444 dollars for the most basic thermostat. The hardware is a basic thermostat that can be purchased on Amazon for forty dollars. Her previous thermostat offered much more options. Along with this, the technician persuaded her to purchase a new filter for her humidifier, get a cleaning of all the equipment and also replaced a part that she had no idea whether needed to be replaced or not. She was charged for the following: 1. New thermostat $444.00 2. Service call $85.00 3. 7.5 md Capacitor. $247.00 4. Clean and check humidifier $28.00 5 clean and check furnace $139.95 Minus a $50.00 coupon the total in the end was 894.95 My aunt suffers from anxiety and is not one to question things. However she felt like a victim. She contacted the company shortly after the technician left, to be offer 180 refund. How can a business with these types of practices still be in business??UPDATE: Spoke with CSR Bailey who was very empathetic to the situation. She was patient and provided all the detail related to the cost of the services. Her personality and willingness to help rectify the situation was greatly appreciated. Overall, the service provided by the technician and the customer team was great. My feedback is that the business needs to be more transparent with their prices.

We needed a heater….BADLY as the one we had was 30 years old. We got multiple quotes and all were very similar. Hence Four Seasons was little more than we had planned to spend, however you pay for what you get in quality. Four Season provided a phenomenal service and professionalism. They did the job in less than 10 hours. I was really amazed and happy with the heater and quality of work they provided. I really recommend four seasons. Thumbs up 👍

He thoroughly walked me through the entire process, explaining the necessary work, multiple options, timeline, financing process, and everything in between.Bill’s communication was top-notch. He was highly responsive to texts and calls, answered all my questions, and provided regular updates as the start date approached.When the work began, Bill arrived at my house with two other technicians, Ramiro and Stanley. They were all extremely respectful of my home. They parked their work vans in my driveway and always ensured the gate was closed to keep my dogs safe. The technicians were very friendly and made us feel like we had known them for years.The work was completed on time and within budget. Bill walked me through the finished project, addressed all my questions and concerns, explained the warranties, and most importantly, they did a phenomenal job cleaning up.Great job, Bill, Ramiro, and Stanley! Very happy I hired Four Seasons to execute my furnace, air conditioner and water heater replacement project! From start to finish the overall experience was excellent and headache free. Really appreciated the time that Project Manager James took in meeting with me upfront and really understanding the details of the current installation and my goals for the replacement in terms of budget and performance. James developed three options all within my budget constraints and was very knowledgeable in helping me to understand the pros and cons of each. Ultimately arrived at the option that represented a considerable efficiency increase for my home while maintaining my budget. The installation team was awesome! The lead field technician Pete was excellent. Kept me aware of their progress, kept a clean job site and installed the new system in a very clean and organized fashion. His supporting team of Nahom and Nate were highly skilled as well. It was evident that a high quality installation was their goal and they definitely achieved it. The duct cleaning technician Alex was equally proficient and communicative. All things considered, I am a very satisfied customer and will definitely be recommending Four Seasons to friends and family.

Technician shows up at 5 PM when our appointment was from 10 AM till 2 PM.No courtesy call to say a technician is running late, I have to call to find out what’s going on and they tell me a technician wasn’t even assigned for our address. Customer service rep on the phone when I called was rude and short. The only reason we use them is because we bought a furnace from them and in order to keep up our warranty.Not happy. On the other hand, the technician was professional said he just got the call to come out to us and did a good job.After leaving this review I received a call from customer service that was accompanied with an apology, insisting it wouldn’t happen again.The customer service rep named John handled himself well and took care of the issues that I had and made everything right.I will continue to use four seasons for the right reasons now and praise them for their good customer support.

We have them come out to clean the furnace and ac every year.We had our furnace cleaned 6 weeks ago and the tech tested my furnace and everything was working fine. Last night I go to turn it on and nothing. My husband changed the thermostat because its a few years old first. Still nothing. Called Four Seasons and they had a tech out first thing today and waived the service fee because it was so soon after the cleaning. Thats the positive side of this.The tech was respectful and got right to work. After an hour or so my husband walked down to see how things we going and the tech said our control board went. He replaced it before telling us how much or if that might be the issue. Its not cold out just yet but it would have been nice to have options to shop around.My husband was quoted $2157 after the board was installed. My husband asked if there were specials or coupons or something. The tech called his manager and we were offered a new price of $1900.I am glad the furnace is working, and I understand that parts break. I just would have liked to have been told what it will cost before the work is completed.As a customer prices need to given BEFORE THE WORK IS DONE. What if I couldnt pay that much? Why couldnt I be given options? This doesnt seem like the way thing should be done.Before my car is worked on I am given a quote. Before I hire someone to do a job like build a deck I am given a quote. My power as a customer was usurped. Not happy at all.Update: Four Seasons reached out to us and were very concerned about that happened. They listened to what we had to say and quickly found a solution that everyone was happy with. They stated that want to make sure processes are followed correctly every time. I appreciate there willingness to make things right.Thanks Four Seasons!

I echo the sentiments of another reviewer. I would have given “Four Seasons” 5 stars also If it werent for the handling of the permit and scheduling process. I was also scheduled for installation, only to have the installation cancelled because the permit had not been approved. And just like another reviewer, I thought to myself, “How can you schedule an appointment without checking to see if the permit has been approved”?Based on this experience and a few phone calls to my towns building department, I have become more knowledgeable regarding the permitting process than I ever wanted to be.So let me pass along what I found out and maybe it will apply too others who might find themselves in a similar situation.If you must have your furnace replaced, and you live in a town that requires a permit. Make sure that the company that is doing the replacement of the furnace indicates when they apply for the permit that you are WITHOUT HEAT. (and in the town I live in) A non-working furnace can be replaced/installed the very same day as long as a permit is applied for the very next day.The process that should have taken only about 3 days (not including inspection) took over 10 days. And we did wake up a couple days with temperatures at 60° inside the house. We managed to survive, and no lives were lost. 😊Everyone I dealt with at Four Seasons was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. (well, maybe except for the permitting/scheduling process) And from others I have talked to I got a quality furnace at a good price.Bottom line: I would recommend Four Seasons, and I would not hesitate to call them if I have any future HVAC needs.

But 4 seasons got the work because they were upfront with a diagnosis charge (comes off if you purchase work) others were not, or didn’t use it towards the work.Cons— They ARE the high end of the spectrum, but I do have 10 year warranty on parts and labor, and received a better brand name unit.I mean we all want to pay the lowest price, and having been in the trades for 20 years, HVAC is not my strong suit, I know enough but furnace and a/c replacement is big job.Sometimes it’s worth it to pay the high end.Overall I’m satisfied with the work, and the speed it was done in. I will never be happy with the price, that’s a hard pill to swallow. If I went elsewhere, I maybe could have cut $3 or $4k off the price, but maybe I also would not have the warranty, the quick turn around, the quality work, name brand unit.They also left the site clean, aside from the new unit, you wouldn’t know they were here.

A super nice guy came out to do the annual service on my 2 furnaces. I have upstairs and downstairs zones. After about an hour he came up and showed me on his multimeter that a capacitor was 1% below optimum range and said it would be $250 to remove and replace. Mind you neither furnace is hesitating or making unusual clicking sounds or anything of the sort. He was REALLY jumping the gun! A new capacitor on Amazon (identical to the one currently there) costs $8-10. My furnaces were installed new 5 years ago and capacitors should last 10-20 years! I feel, had I not been a little savvy, I would’ve been completely taken advantage of. Not cool. I denied the rip off.

Chris our sales rep was a pleasure to meet with to facilitate our job and give us peace of mind!There was a simple air filter cover missing from the overall furnace kit, but since then I’ve communicated with Four Seasons who has treated me with the upmost dignity and respect, and they are taking care of the matter.Every single time you speak with any associate from Four seasons, they treat you the way customers should be treated and treat you like a valued family member!

The technician that completed my air conditioner repair today (7/2/24)was excellent. He was very friendly and courteous. He seemed very conscientious and knowledgeable. He offered to do and completed the cleaning of the air conditioner since he was already here. Very pleased with his service.
