I called Easy Side Plumber Service for some minor repairs. The customer service from the initial phone call was great. Their plumber called before and arrived on time. The prices were competitive and he was very clear in explaining options for repair. Repairs were made in a timely fashion. I will only use this company and use this plumber from now on for all my plumbing needs.

After a no go with another plumbing service which would not try to find a water heater that would fit in our condo, Easy Side Plumber Service responded and arrived very quickly the same morning. They installed a new water heater and fixed various other minor plumbing problems. The plumbers were courteous and worked very hard and efficiently. A great job. Definitely recommend them to anyone.

Their rates are comparable to other major plumbing companies. I like that they give a warranty to their work. However, due to COVID we decided not to move forward at this time, but I would use Easy Side Plumber Service in the future. They have done a lot of work in my parents home and my parents have been very happy with their results. Thank you!

Everyone at Easy Side Plumber Service was great. Jane answered the phone and made me feel better right away that I called the right team. Jack and Jeff were at our house on time the next day to take a look. Jack stayed and took care of everything. He was great too. He took apart a cabinet and put it back together when he was done. So glad we found Easy Side Plumber Service.

We had a backflow over the weekend and called Easy Side Plumber Service.They sent out a plumber right away and he fixed the problem very quickly. Even after the water company turned the water back on they still followed up to make sure our water was flowing to our property.I was very impressed and would definitely recommend them.

I called these guys in the evening for a kitchen drain clog.They sent out a plumber immediately and he showed up a few minutes later. He explained everything he was going to do and answered our questions. He was able to clear the clog and took his time to clean up after he was done.I was very impressed with the entire experience.

I had a plumbing company come out because I wasnt getting hot water in my shower. I called Easy Side Plumber Service. He was going to fix my problem over the phone but I was still unpacking and didnt have my tools. He sent out a plumber who showed me the faucet was installed backwards and how to use it. He also checked the pressure with me there and it was perfect! These guys saved me a bunch of money and they were here within an hour. Will definitely use them again!
