    I have been using the company to do work all my buildings. The services is AAA rating and one of a kind. All job is guarantee. Best of all if they can’t fix it, you dont have to pay it. Can you get service like this anywhere? The secretary is the best. You only have to describe a problem in one short sentence. She can identify your problem. Great job and great services not a rip off.

    I’ve been using Bubba, Wayne & Tim Sewer Service for over 10 years and am extremely happy with their service. They’ve maintained my older flood control for many years, and last year installed a new flood control system with battery backup, and will continue to maintain it. They are always prompt, efficient and very careful leaving my property clean and neat. Their customer service is always available and helpful. I highly recommend their service.

    Bubba Wayne & Tim did a great job for us. Installed a cistern & sewage backflow valves in the basement and rerouted a drain (just in case). Ive never mopped up water from basement again! And it cost less than we thought!That was a few years back - B&W&T have come back every year for the maintenance. Weathers gotten worse and worse but we have no trouble with a flooded basement.

    We have counted on Bubba and Wayne over the last 20 years in both regular maintenance and emergency situations- sewage in the basement of our new home when I was heavily pregnant and just recently when the city installed a new street light directly through our sewer pipe in our next new home. Really great company, with truly honest reliable people who go above and beyond. Best customer service ever.

They were able to come the next day (within the time window they provided) and solved the issue quickly and efficiently.     It is so hard to find a reliable and honest plumbing company. Bubba & Wayne was recommended to us by a friend; It was a great recommendation. Placed a call on a Sunday and they returned my call first thing Monday morning. (This was not an emergency). I loved the fact that they always communicated with us. Kudos to their very sweet receptionist. There was no wondering if they were going to call us back or when they would show up. We had four gentlemen who solved our problem. They were very, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I will use this company again for all our plumbing needs and I will recommend them to friends and family. They came out and rodded out the line, then determined it needed to be hydro-jetted. They said theyd be back the next morning at 8am and showed up at 7:30! I cant recommend Bubba & Wayne enough! They are my go to sewer guys!!!

    This is a Family Owned and Operated business. For two generations I’ve used their services and they’re as ethical today as the first day they opened their doors.Everyone is treated equally and fairly regardless of whether you’re in Lincoln Park, East or west Lakeview, Uptown It doesn’t matter.They’re the definition of the good old days, if more businesses operated like Buba’s the world would be a much better place than it is today.

    Have a large tree in parkway with my sewer line under it. Have used Bubba and Wayne for over ten years for a once a year cleaning. Gas line replacement crew in fall used cameras in everyone’s sewer , saw lots of roots . Now twice a year cleaning, we have old clay pipes and they are careful . Also had them repair mortar in catch basin. We also get senior discount
