Arzet Heating and Air Conditioning is an outstanding company that deserves your business. I own multiple buildings in the OHare area. One of the buildings developed a heating issue, so asked my friends and acquaintances for referrals. One suggested Arzet, so I gave them a try. That was maybe 15 years ago, maybe longer. Whenever a heating or AC issue developed in one of my buildings (including my personal residence), they have always been there for me. This includes service calls at 3 AM in -20 degree weather, holidays and weekends. They fix any problem the equipment has and clean up the worksite better the before they started. I have never needed them to re-fix any recently repaired issue. Their costs are competitive. Give them a try, you wont be sorry.

Arzet just finished installing my new HVAC system at my loft in the West Loop of Chicago. Due to supply chain issues, the process took a while, however, Arzet was in regular communication with me and kept me informed throughout. Since I work at home, I was concerned the noise would be an issue, but they were surprisingly quiet. Very efficient team for sure. Replaced the furnace and AC, installing top of the line units 2 years ago and have had no issues since. I shopped around and was very happy with the outcome.2. Installed a tankless water heater system this past fall, which was complicated due to a cramped space and required drilling through brick, yet they managed to get it all done in a day. Daniel led the installation and Victor kept me informed throughout the estimate and scheduling process.3. Most recently a water pipe froze and burst in my wall - Daniel was able to come out within 2 hours (and on a holiday weekend) to replace the pipe. This was incredibly stressful but Walter went above and beyond to talk me through the issue and next steps, and Daniel was on site to fix it. Cannot thank them enough!

Our old house had a unique HVAC situation - radiator heat & no AC on the 1st floor, and furnace + AC on the 2nd floor. Weve used Arzet since 2011 to keep it all running well, and theyve always been the best. When the old AC went out, Walter came out to consult and we opted to have 5 Mitsubishi mini splits installed instead of replacing the old AC. Walter & his team removed the old boiler & radiator pipes and the old AC, and then installed the mini splits. It was a lot of work but everything went very smoothly. The communication was great throughout, the work happened when they said it would happen, and everything was done faster than we expected. They somehow managed to leave the house tidier than it was to begin with, despite the demo needed. The mini split units are working perfectly. And we finally have consistent AC & heat throughout the house. We highly recommend Arzet.

I dont know why something always breaks around Christmas or Thanksgiving. 😁 The guys are amazing. We called them on Saturday because our water heater started leaking, and by 10:30 am next day the new water heater was installed. Arzet came during the window they scheduled, were very professional, and suggested some improvements to our HVAC (a vent did not close the water completely). Truly wonderful job! We paid via Zelle, so no checks/cash were required. Very convenient. Arzet communicated with us throughout the process (from the order through installation to the last payment) providing timely updates. We are certainly planning to continue using Arzet for our HVAC needs!

After talking to dozens of HVAC companies, Walter was the only one who devised a creative plan to solve an issue with a very difficult to heat space (25 ft ceilings in concrete loft). I am out of town traveling and I get a call from my wife (home with our newborn baby) letting me know that our air conditioner has stopped working. I take her through all my usual tricks of unplugging and restart ... nothing.I then call around to a few places who let me know it might be a few days before someone can on out.... but then I find Walter! He is amazing he was out the very next day! On-time! was a quick and thorough job, he replaced a burnt-out piece and even gave us pointers on how to maintain the units for a better/longer life out of our units!
