Dont second guess just pick up the phone and call. It will be the best decision you make in caring for your property and mental health. I recently purchased my first home and a few months in the basement drains began overflowing. I called and left a message. SInce it was well after 7pm I did not expect a call back until the morning and to my surprise I get a call back same day! I scheduled a time for the next morning and was quoted a very reasonable price (for the service you get I would have paid more no questions asked). Bob, Nathan, Mike, and another amazing gentleman (forgive me for not remembering your name) did an amazing job while it was snowing and cold! They explained everything to me and gave me a temporary solution for a problem that will require more extensive work. Prices are very reasonable. They saved me an insurance claim for a flooded basement. Did I mention they diagnosed the problem within seconds of me explaining? A company that cares about their customers and treats you like your family. Thank you so much for your help! I will not be searching for another plumber. They will forever have my business and my families.

We hired All Pro in 2022 to replace a problem length of sewer pipe. The buried pipe had shifted over time and developed a belly - a section of the pipe ran uphill, and a bottom piece became cracked.They sawed through the floor, removed the bad sections, and installed the replacement pipe. They explained what was going on along the way and communicated well.Everyone was very friendly, polite, and professional. They did a quality job at a good price.

I just want to say a million times over All pro Plumbing are my plumbers! They are professional, equipped, and honest. I have been working with Bob and Mike for over a year between rodding and a major repair I knew I needed done. He provided me the most detail explanation for the repair, came out quickly when ever I needed a general rodding and all I can say over the course of this project he has always had my property as well as my budget in the best interest. Ive never been excited about a plumber clearing my main sewer line, but I am. They havent arrived yet. Ive had a humdinger of a time finding a plumber. Then I called All Pro. Bob answered. He was polite, organized and kind and honest about his availability and had a can-do attitude. Later in the day, he actually called back! Other plumbers drop you like a hot potato! He had an earlier appointment and referred to a snafu with, we can do it. Fingers crossed!

I recently purchased a home and inherited a first-time buyer nightmare. I had all types of water issues that was not disclosed to me at the time of purchase. I had foundation issues where the water was coming in from the walls and plumbing issues. My plumbing issues only got worst after the heavy rain we received. My basement flooded very bad causing me to remove all the carpet. In the past I have called several plumbers and I would get a lot of no shows and no call back. I had one plumber come out and rodded and fixed a leaky toilet, but give me a crazy quote that was 3 times higher than All Pro. When I called, I spoke to Bob, he was very nice and was able to get his team to come out the next day. That is when I meet Bob son Michael. Michael was super cool and very knowledgeable. He was able to walk me through what the problem was and how the were going to fix it. Bob came out with his team and located the broken pipe. Which by the way was not where the first plumber said it was. That plumber was just full of mess. After Bob team was done, Michael and his time got to work. I am so happy that I called All Pro and got Bob, Michael, and their team. They were very professional, knowledgeable, on time, cleaned up behind themselves and nice. I would recommend them to anyone who is having plumbing issues small or large. They made me feel like family and solved my problem. You would have thought that Michael and I knew each other the way we were talking outside of my plumbing issue. I am praying for his family, and I am so glad that I met Michael, Bob and the whole All Pro team.

I would give Bob and his team 10 out 5 stars if I could. These guys are very responsive, nice and honest. I had called plumbers such as roto rooters who I wouldn’t recommend to anyone and was disappointed with the service because I paid them upfront for work that they never performed. They left my toilet disconnected in the middle of my hallway for a week and never came back. I got the run around and needless to say took over a week to get money back. I called Bob from All-Pro and he was able to tell me the problem right away and fixed the issue the very next day. If any problems occur or if I have questions I can always call Bob and he will respond. Working with people who care about the work they do is the best type of service you can get. These guys hands down are the best at what they do. I highly recommend them.

Licensed, professional, prompt, excellent work and fair price. Bob brought his team, performed Jetter (high-powered sewer rodding/cleanout) & also unclogged kitchen sink pipe (he fully understood the sinks initial/unique setup). They work as a team, are quick, pleasantly confident that they resolved your problem and all shake your hand afterwards. Furthermore, Bob tells you how to ensure only a regular sewer clean out is needed in the future, how to avoid sink clogs and gives a warranty for their work. Given my financial restraint, every now and then you run into top notch contractors at a fair price and the All Pro Plumbing team is one of them.

Called All pro plumbing for a camera inspection for a sewage line on a home we are looking to purchase. Bob was able to come by and start the inspection but issues with the original house plumbing led to this not being possible. Bob was able to let us know what the issue was and how to solve it, if there was proper access to the sewage line I have no doubts Bob would have done an amazing job. He was able to answer all our questions and how to tackle projects when the time came to start them! 100% would recommend

Friday morning All Pro Plumbing reviewed a video of a tub drain leaking into the basement of my home. Saturday, 10am Joe and Bill arrive at my home wearing masks (due to the Covid-19 virus alert). I showed them the leak. They told me what needed to be done and it was consistent with what other companies were telling me (replace pipping with PVC). At 1:30pm they were finished. They cleaned up all the dust and lath they had to break through to do the job correctly. They showed me how the new tub drain held water. They showed me the new PVC piping had no leaks. In looking at their work it was very neat, very clean, very nice. Also, they didnt remove their masks until they were outside. Im very happy with All Pro Plumbing. So, for any future plumbing concerns I may have, my first (and hopefully only) call will be to All Pro Plumbing.Thanks guys,Don

I dont know why Yelp is saying Allpro is closed because I was just serviced by them today. As a matter of fact they just handed me my receipt complete with company name and address and left 5 minutes ago. Anyway, here is my story.We called last week about our commode because it was not letting the water go down. They came out and discovered that I had accidently threw a replacement kurieg cup in the toilet and it had stuck. All 4 men; son, husband, including the plumbers have banned me from my Kuerig. (Yeah right; it was a 125.00 mistake not a life sentence) .In the process of fixing the toilet however, one of the gentlemen accidently broke the lid. I didnt know. I paid them. As I was handing them the money, they lead plumber told me of the accident and it was their duty to make me whole. They were very professional calling me keeping me updated. They finally came out again and explained that they still couldnt find a lid to replace mine, but would I mind them replacing the whole unit? That was integrity. They brought out the taller toilet which we previously had), and the toilet was better quality. I know because we put the previous one in. They didnt try to charge me one red dime. Also if they apologized one more time for the lid..... lets just say I finally understand why my husband gets at me for apologizing more than 2x.They were kind, sweet, hard working and filled with integrity. I didnt have to beg and plead for them to come out like I did with big named Sears who had me hanging for a month. I tell you, I will hire them for our next home should the need arise

All pro had to repair my collapsed sewer line under my basement floor. I was amazed at how efficient they were the job took 2 days but the sewer was dug up and replaced on day one and we were able to use it that evening . Day 2 was finishing clean up and pouring concrete. It was a lot of work but boy did they work hard! They also repaired a leaking pipe and changed out faucets . We’re quick and neat. They kept us informed every step of the way and showed us all of the things that needed repair. They were polite , respectful and very observant of safety precautions and COVID precautions. John was their lead and very concerned about our satisfaction with service!!! Well done. This is our second time using this company and they will continue to be our go to if necessary

My basement flooded last May so I decided to take preventative measures this year and get my sewer line rodded and inspected. It was a very easy and pain-free experience working with Mike and Mike on this. There were no major issues with my sewer line, but was worth the peace of mind to at least know the condition of the sewer. They let me watch the inspection process all the way from my catch basin to where my sewer line meets the citys, which was interesting to see.

My sewer was clogged and rod would not go through. John came out exactly at the appointment time. Explained the problem and what would be needed. The sewer pipe was excavated, replaced and trench back filled in a day and a half. The work area was cleaned up and John and Chaz were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them. Prices were more than reasonable for the amount of work required and the work came with a 10 year warranty.
