He tried every option possible including crawling in the crawlspace until he found the source of our weird electrical issue. Had some electrical issues at a restaurant I run and called up On Time Electrical. Had not previously used them before but needed work done ASAP on some commercial lighting and wiring issues. Tommy came out the same day when our power went out and it was an 18 degree low expected. He assessed the problem and came out the next available business day and spent the day installing a new electrical panel. He also discovered another problem and fixed that as well! Either issue could have caused a house fire. Greatly appreciate Tommy and Arthur and believe we’ve found an honest, trustworthy, personal and professional electrician. High oh recommend.

Troy was very professional and courteous. Very timely same day service, too.He needed to make a return visit the following day to take care of a new issue. During his first visit I mentioned that I needed to replace my outdoor spotlight bulbs. He showed up on his second visit with new spotlight bulbs, a very tall ladder and did the bulb replacement for me even though I hadn’t asked him to. He said he remembered my comment so he brought bulbs and a ladder to help. It was very kind, incredibly helpful and definitely appreciated.

I will start by saying this, I had an issue with my breaker constantly flipping for no reason and decided to engage my warranty company. I wont say the name of the company they used, but it was incredibly hard to get them on the phone. When they sent someone out he was here 5 mins replaced some wires and left. The issue came back within a few hours. I tried to call multiple times and they never answered. Took several days for them to return the call and then they sent him out again which I had to wait 5 days for. He was here, couldnt figure it out said he was going to make some calls and never called me back or answered the phone. Out of frustration I Google another company to just pay out of pocket and On Time Electrical came up with the most reviews. They answered the first time I called, sent David out the same day and he had a good idea of what my issue was. He tried the first fix and sadly that didnt resolve the issue, but I called and he came back out the next day and resolved my issue with another fix. I am so happy with this company and with David. He did a great job and now is my go to electrician.

We scheduled On Time Electrical to come out for a quote and Tommy/Quinn arrived on time and ready to take a look. Once we walked them through our needs, they not only helped us narrow down what was truly needed, and not only got us a quote but was then available right then and there to complete the work! He and Quinn worked efficiently and did a fantastic job. Tommy also noted some of the general electrical of the home and made suggestions to what may need to be updated in order to keep the home up to code. He didnt try to push to upsell that day, but moreover wanted to make us aware so we could plan for that work sometime in the future. Will absolutely use again in the future!

Newman with On Time is an amazing human being! Had him out to give an estimate for an EV charger. Newman took his time explaining what I would need, gave a quote and scheduled the service. Newman went above and beyond and did his own research. He let me know that I needed a different charger than I had. I am so thankful that Newman is the person that he is because I would have wasted money and been in a bad spot. Tommy troubleshooted and found EcoFlow battery system not sending current to inlet box to power home. Customer to contact Ecoflow support. Note, Ecoflow is not an On Time product. Tommy was super knowledgeable, very compassionate, and friendly. Highly recommended.First visit Jan 2024: World-class service from Tommy today! Tommy professionally installed a generator circuit inlet plug with interlock kit, surge protection, and four plug outlet. He was extremely friendly, courteous, and highly knowledgeable. Called today and Arthur came out two hours later, found a loose wire & our generator is working again. Arthur installed our generator and services it every year so he knows it well. I trust him and am grateful for his professional and knowledge service.Previous review:Last night a GFCI outlet in our bathroom starting smoking and was too hot to touch. Today Newman came and replaced the broken GFCI outlet and explained to me what had happened to cause it and how to avoid it in the future. It was a very valuable lesson in load capacity, resistance and how to avoid a fire in the future. Grateful for the service and the willingness to teach.

Im going to keep this short and sweet, we had dilling come out to repair diagnose then make repairs the first two visits cost my company roughly $900 and the only thing fixed was two three way light switches (just a light switch) and a estimate for repair of 2 burned out contactors. These contactors cost about $250 each on Google, the estimate I received was for $3770 dollars (tech said it would take 10 minutes if he had the parts) and it would be two day until it was done because they had to get the parts. I called on time for a second opinion(free of cost as long as I had an estimate of over$500 from a competitor)and they sent Mr Perry he asked what I needed done I explained the visit and diagnosis from the other company and he said no problem but he could not guarantee their diagnosis of the problem was correct and if incorrect a further diagnosis would cost a fee. He gave me an estimate of $987 which came out to $1032 with tax and then got the job done on the same day.IF YOU NEED A FAIR PRICE AND QUICK REPAIR DONE CALL ON TIME!!!Thank you again for the pleasant experience Mr Perry is a great asset to your company. I know I said I was going to keep it short but I am long winded

Then I called the day of the service to confirm my appointment and Lindsey was just a joy to talk to. Lastly, and most importantly, the actual service appointment went smoothly and simply was a great experience. Travis gave me a call 30 minutes prior to his arrival. He replaced our faulty outlet in no time and even handled the invading ants with a smile. As a bonus, he solved another electrical issue and fixed a faulty wire with our pool light (which is now working for the first time in 4 years). Jay Hayes from On Time was GREAT! He was able to identify and resolve our issue on a Saturday. Jay went to great lengths to troubleshoot and pinpoint the issue, and once found, he was able to resolve it quickly.I reached out to On Time on a Saturday, and they were able to accommodate a visit same-day just a few short hours after I called. This did incur a fairly pricy weekend charge, but my issue couldnt wait as my outlets affected were required for my work on Monday. On Time gave us a heads up via text and email that Jay was on his way; Jay also gave me a courteously call with an ETA when he was en route.Jay was a personable, fun guy who was easy to talk shop with. He didnt mind that I followed him around a bit, and he was happy to teach me some basic things when I had questions.When going through the pricing expectations, I was a little taken aback about the service fees - I knew I would get a $180 service charge for the weekend call, and I think most would understand that that cost is inclusive of diagnostics and resolving the issue outside of any additional cost for parts. However, I was charged an additional $250 for the troubleshooting fee once Jay was on-site. I have mixed feelings because Jay and On Time do explain the charges and have you agree to them prior to working, but I do believe the cost is both high and lacking in price transparency.That being said, Jay definitely worked hard and I think I paid a fair cost for the work performed at the end of the day.At the end of the visit, though, I was happy to pay for fixing our electrical issue. Not only was the issue resolved, but Jay gave me a lot of confidence about the status of my electrical work at my home, and gave me recommendations for improvements down the line. I hope On Time employs people with the exact same mindset and approach to work that Jay has. Big props to On Time, and ESPECIALLY to Jay Hayes!

He arrived early this morning and contacted the inspector, in order for me to not have to be without power for very long. What an excellent job he did. Also Heather McClain who was coordinating on the phone with me, was also very friendly and helpful. At this time I would also like to thank Shantah Polite who also coordinated with York electric and the inspector to get this job done. She totally went out of her way to make sure that everybody was coordinated so I wouldn’t be without power for any length of time. She is truly an asset to your company.
